I seriously can’t say enough good things about Dr. Castillo! I had a tummy tuck and breast augmentation, and the whole experience has been amazing from start to finish. He was super honest with me before surgery. He explained that I didn’t have a ton of loose skin on the upper part of my abdomen, so there was a chance I might end up with a small vertical scar where my old belly button was if the skin couldn’t be pulled down all the way. I really appreciated him being upfront about that. I did end up with the small vertical scar, but it’s very thin and already healing beautifully. At only three months post-op, my incisions look incredible, and I know it’ll be barely noticeable over time. One thing I LOVE is my belly button. My stitches are placed inside of it, so there are no obvious stitch marks around it. It looks so natural and honestly amazing, not that “worked on” look at all. What really stands out is how much he cares. He always responded to me in less than 24 hours, checked on me daily right after surgery, and even now, three months later, he still checks in weekly. That kind of follow-up made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. I was 145 lbs before surgery and I’m now 134 lbs, and I feel so much more confident and happy with my body. My results look natural and exactly what I was hoping for. If you’re thinking about surgery, I definitely recommend Dr. Castillo. He’s talented, honest, and genuinely cares about his patients. I’m so happy I chose him!

Truly can not ask for a better experience- I did a lot of research on who to pick as a plastic surgeon for a breast augmentation, and it paid off! Dr. Castillo is very knowledgeable, and a great communicator. The whole process could not have been easier. On top of that the results are better than what I could have hoped for. My only regret is that I did not do this sooner! I can not say enough good things about this practice. If you are in search of a excellent plastic surgeon and team you are in the right place!

I can never say enough good things about Dr. Castillo. We consider him our family plastic surgeon. He has performed surgeries for me, my husband, and my daughter and I recommend him to everyone. There is a reason he has so many 5-star reviews. His artistry and skill are unmatched, as are his personality, bedside manner, and attention to his patients. He has impeccable follow-up - you will hear from him personally every day for quite a while after surgery. He seems genuinely interested in his patients aside from their surgery. My second surgery with Dr. Castillo was a tummy tuck revision in October 2025. My previous tummy tuck from 2000 was... not good. The most noticeable part of the previous tummy tuck was that my belly button was flat and only discernible by an oversized "cookie cutter" scar around the area where a belly button would be - in my bikini days people would ask why I did not have a belly button. Although my belly button later did get some indentation from my hysterectomy, the oversized scar was always a source of distress. Consultations with two other surgeons (before I met Dr. Castillo) advised that the outer scar could be reduced, but it would still be noticeable and that the surgery would result in a "lollipop" scar, meaning I would have an additional noticeable, vertical scar. Dr. Castillo revised the original tummy tuck perfectly, including somehow fixing the belly button without needing the vertical scar - in fact there is now no visible scar outside the belly button at all - it just looks like a belly button. Not only that, but I never regained complete feeling after the first tummy tuck. I was numb in that area for years and only ever regained partial feeling. I don't pretend to understand the mechanics of it, but I now have normal feeling in that area. Dog ears and odd indentations and pulled areas from the original tummy tuck are gone and he also elevated the mons area, which had begun to droop. I'm so happy with my results and know that whatever my next surgery is, it will be with Dr. Castillo.

Excellent experience from the procedure to the results. I had my 20 year old breast implants exchanged for new ones. Similar size 340cc silicone. My recovery was very smooth and Dr Castillo revised my scars and they look much better

There is a reason for all of these 5 star reviews! I have lost over 100 pounds and was looking to do a lower body lift which includes a tummy tuck, butt lift and liposuction. From my very first meeting with Dr. Nelson, he made me feel totally comfortable. He answered all questions and made not just myself but my husband (and even my mother) feel comfortable with moving forward with such a serious surgery (body lift). He even followed up with me over the weekend after the first initial consultation. I had another consultation with another plastic surgeon and knew from the very first consultation with Dr. Castillo that I would be moving forward with him. We scheduled for about 4 months out and he kept in contact with me over that time to help nerves and ask any lingering questions I had. Fast forward to my pre-op appointment, I came in and got marked up for surgery. He walked me through what would take place during surgery, where to go, and what I needed to do whenever I arrived for my surgery. Surgery day arrived and I got all checked in and ready. He met me and touched up any marks that may have faded over night and went back over what we were about to do, making sure that I was 100% sure of what I was about to do. The man is incredibly thorough. You know any possible complications and he makes sure that you’re comfortable in some moments that could be uncomfortable. Fast forward to waking up from surgery. His face was the first I saw and that level of care followed. He immediately walked me through everything. I saw him several times before I left the surgery center. My surgery required an over night stay and he made sure that I had whatever I needed to be comfortable while there. When I arrived home we stayed in pretty constant contact whether with myself or my husband. He made sure my husband knew everything I needed and what to look out for. We are now 6 months out and Dr. Castillo has completely changed my life and given me my confidence back. I cannot sing his praises loud enough. I am so incredibly happy with my results. Book the consultation and allow him to change your life for the better too!

I got a tummy tuck and a breast lift with implants from Dr Nelson Castillo. I am beyond happy with the results! He gives you all the time you need to answer your questions and explains everything so well. All of the staff there is super nice and makes you feel very comfortable.

Dr Castillo is a go-to for a breast implant revision or breast lift with implants. He creates amazing results and takes you along the journey with care. He was incredibly attentive at all times, detailed oriented, and thorough. Having a doctor who educates you on the procedure and outcomes is incredibly important and he does just that. He keeps you up to date with progress, healing, and of course the status of your appearance changing. The results could not have been better in general, and especially with where I was starting from. The aesthetics look amazing (symmetry, size, feel,nipple placement, lift, etc.)!! I was dealing with capsular contracture in L breast and a ruptured implant in R breast and you can’t even tell in the final outcome. Could not be more pleased from an aesthetic standpoint and patient care standpoint.

Literally nothing could have been better. Dr Castillo is absolutely wonderful to work with and he can perform miracles with a scalpel!! I could not be happier. If I could give greater than 5 stars I would! From start to finish Dr. Castillo was absolutely amazing! To say he exceeded my expectations would be an understatement! He did a phenomenal job! After breastfeeding for a total of 6 years between 3 babies, and having deflated, tuberous breasts, I am a new woman! I had a lift and augmentation and I could not be happier with my results. The patient care I received from consultation to post op and beyond was amazing and honestly it’s the kind of care you don’t hear of much, he really cares about his patients, he’s available, an expert in his field, and ready to help and answer questions. Would highly recommend him! Will be going back for a different procedure next year.
