I have been recommended by my friend who is a current patient and who recently visited the office. After i saw her results I was ready to take my first step. This is My first time getting any type of treatment, the staff is absolutely amazing and very welcoming. Dr. Rich was not only very detailed in his explanation but very kind and absolutely fabulous. Dr. Rich was very thoughtful and walked me through every single step, answering any question i had. I am very happy with my results and will definately be returning!! I am only one week post surgery but am very pleased with what I see. From the first appointment everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I went to one follow up the next day and a remote via my cell today. I cannot wait to see what I look like in a month!

Dr. Castellano is always very personable, as is the staff. Not only is Dr. C extremely knowledgeable, but you can tell that he loves to teach others as well. If I had one tiny complaint, it's only that he books out so far that I do not dare miss an appointment, but that just means that his services are in high demand. :-)

I went to Dr. Castellano for a non-surgical nose job. I was a little hesitant about going with him because he doesn't have any before and after of non-surgical nose jobs on his website. But the changes that I was seeking were so minor that I was willing to move forward with the injections. Both he and his staff are very patient. His philosophy tends to be that less is more; he doesn't want to risk overcorrection or having his patients look too "plastic". I wanted the dorsal hump disguised as well as the bump on the right side of my nose filled in. He did exactly that, and was able to understand what my concerns were. We discussed possibly using Bellafil for the next time I want it done, but I'm Bellafill is essentially 20% PMMA, also known as fiberglass or lucite. I'm not sure how I feel about putting plastic in my body so I may continue with the Radiesse.
