5 out of 5 stars Rhinoplasty

Five weeks post op

First of all I cannot beleive I'm posting pictures of my nose on the internet since this is the main reason why I'm electing this procedure. I HATE my profile! So I will start by saying how horrified I am of profile pics. However, I feel since I DID chose to finally go through with this...WELL...here we go:) I have been reading all of your stories and have felt close to each and every one...

5 Weeks..Already Amazed! - Tampa, FL

My motivation for this surgery was a defect in my nose. Dealing with being made fun of, insecurities, and never wanting my picture taken, especially a profile was my driving force. Pre-Op meetings enabled me to align my goals with the surgery plan. I have been amazed how the initial results have already aligned with what I hoped they would be. With more time things can only get better.

5 out of 5 stars Eyelid Surgery

Upper Eyelid Surgery in Tampa, FL

I had upper eyelid surgery on 10/31/11. It's only been a few weeks, so I'm still healing. I wanted to share my experience with people because I notice a lot of posters on here had little to no bruising and my experience was quite different. Some people look great after just 2-3 days after surgery, and I want people to be aware that it might not be the case for you. I wanted to...

8 Days Post-op and Could Not Be Happier! - Tampa, FL

Just over a week ago, I was a 40-year old female who loved everything about her life...except my nose. It was too wide and too long at the tip. It was the first thing I saw when I looked at myself in photographs or the mirror. Dr. Farrior is an artist. Everything he said about recovery, which despite his words I expected to be worse than it was, turned out to be spot on. What a great...

Rhinoplasty 45 Year Old Woman - Tampa, FL

I had preOp 2 weeks ago and surgery today. It has been a positive and calming experience. I will have the splint on for 3 days. I fully expect to see a lovely harmonious nose in the days to come. I did have unbelievable shivers upon awakening, the op room was THAT cold. I had a friend drive me and pick me. He won't operate unless you have a ride and also 24 hour home care for first night. I...

I Don't Have a Big Nose Anymore! - Tampa, FL

Rhinoplasty is serious medical procedure, and Dr. Farrior and his staff treat it as such. They were extremely professional and hospitable from beginning to end. I chose this doctor for two main reasons: 1. He's highly skilled at what he does (compare his before and after photos to other doctors in the area- he's an artist!), and 2. All of his surgical work is focused on the face. I believe his...

Neck Lift at 52 - Tampa, FL

It's only been 2 days since surgery at this point. Day after surgery I returned to Dr.office, the bandages were removed. My face is very swollen and my neck feels very tight and it is very bruised. The incissions around my ears ache but not too bad. I have only taken extra strength Tylenol. When I bite down my lower jaw feels tight as well. I have been applying the ice pack to my neck...

3 out of 5 stars Deep FX

Deep FX AND Facelift at Same Time - Tampa, FL

Under general anesthesia I had a neck lift, brow lift, and Deep FX all over my face on January 14, 2008. I'm almost 54, youthful in many ways but had a LOT of lines/wrinkles in my cheeks, severe squint lines, jowls, wrinkly neck, and droopy, tired, sad appearance. I will from here on out just refer to what I believe were the benefits/cons of the Deep FX rather than the brow and neck lift...

So glad I did this! - Tampa, FL

I’ve always wanted a nose job since I was a teenager. At the age of 13 I was emailing plastic surgeons asking questions and sending my photo to see what they could do for me. Crazy… huh? Now that I’m 25, I’m so ready to get this done not only to look better, but to get the confidence I lack. I’ve been picked on and lost too many tears because of my nose. I dislike the bump and...

I Would Not Recommend Dr. Farrior Doctor to Anyone. I Had a Terrible Experience - Tampa, FL

I had an upper and lower blepharoplasty performed by Dr. Farrior six years ago. From the moment I came home from the procedure, I experienced very bad nerve pain that persists until this day. I never received a call from Dr. Farrior or even a nurse following the procedure and I while was in very bad pain, I contacted the office myself. Someone finally called me back and when I described to...
