I loved that I was able to do a free virtual consultation. Dr. Farrior immediately knew what I wanted before I told him, and even pointed out a divot on the bottom of the tip of my nose I hadn't noticed before. He charges one flat fee for everything (surgery, anesthesia, etc), so there's no surprises. They offered anxiety and nausea medication before the surgery, plus a gift certificate afterwards for a future procedure (which I used on botox). During the consultation Dr. Farrior said that he does free revisions (you pay for the anesthesia) if a revision is needed, but I definitely don't. I have my perfect ski slope nose and I highly recommend Dr. Farrior to anyone wanting a nose job.

8 months rhinoplasty post op- absolutely in love with my new nose! I had 5 consultations with facial Plastic Surgeons in the Tampa, Palm Harbour and Sarasota area. I had to wait 2 months for my consultation with Dr. Farrior but it was totally worth the wait. What I loved about him from the get go was the fact that he LISTENS and takes his time with you, I actually scheduled a 2nd consultation with him to ask a few more questions and Dr. Farrior and his staff were so accommodating throughout the whole process. Farrior is so patient and has such a nice demeanor and he’s very confident in his work. Dr. Farrior told me things about my nose and the post op results that none of the other surgeons talked to me about. Every nose Dr. Farrior operates on is different (look at his staff and his before and after pics) he 100% makes sure each nose fits the patient’s face. My nose looks so natural and beautiful!! Hands down the best surgeon and I’m so glad I picked him, I’ve read so many horror and unfortunate rhinoplasty stories on here and I’m very lucky I had nothing but a great experience and amazing results. My post op results are actually identical, if not BETTER than the digital imaging they did pre-op. Most people tell you not to get excited with those digital images because they can’t guarantee your nose will look just like it, by mine did! Dr. Farrior’s staff was great, I contacted them so much through out the process with questions and they were so sweet and responsive. Thank you Dr. Farrior, I truly love my face and I’m so much more confident!!

Dr. Farrior knew exactly what I needed and wanted right from the very first consultation. He has a fantastic sense of humor and is always on his toes. His staff is kind and fun to be around. I felt no anxiety going into the procedure because I knew Dr Farrior was double board certified and highly trained. I had my Surgery on October 25th and I felt very little pain those first few days. In fact it wasn't until a few days before my cast came off that I felt very swollen and hardening of the nasal bone. The doctor had me do some excersizes on the nose and take an antibiotic for my special case - supposedly an infection under the skin. Regardless, Dr. Farrior has been showing me that he cares enough to treat me and re-evaluate me as needed and even made an additional appointment to do so. He is fantastic at his job, professional and wise amazing human being and deserves my referral. I highly recommend him and his staff!

I recently got my nose done by Dr. Farrior, On September 20th 2017. First of all, He is really nice and so is everyone who works with him. They make you feel comfortable and less nervous about the procedure. One of my favorite parts of my consultation was that Dr. Farrior knew exactly what I wanted without me even having to explain it, we were on the same page immediately. He will answer any questions you have, and they tell you the price right after looking at your nose and seeing what needs to be done to it. Once we got to the point of getting the surgery done, I was really relived because getting the IV didn't hurt for me and I don't even remember falling asleep, and then I woke up and the surgery was done, one of the nurses stayed in the room to watch over me. When I woke up I just felt kind of drowsy from the medicine but I didn't feel any real ' pain ' on the first day after waking up. Once I got my splint removed I saw my new perfect nose. ( It was everything I could've ever imagined it to be! ) Before surgery I was really really uncomfortable about how I look and got anxiety out in public because I just really felt ugly. Every day, I heal more, I feel more beautiful every day. I love looking at myself now and I love taking pictures and being out in public. I feel amazing, my confidence is at a level I've never been at before. I just want everyone to see my new perfect nose! If you're looking for a really sweet and AMAZING doctor with a lot of experience then Dr. Farrior is the perfect doctor for you. I think anyone who really hates their appearance because of their nose should consider getting surgery. Don't let something as simple as a nose hold you back from what you can become. This surgery really changed my life. One last thing, If you are considering surgery, it does feel uncomfortable and somewhat painful during the week of having the split on, at least for me, because he had to break my nose and do a lot of other things to it. ( but trust me, it really is worth it, don't be scared to get the surgery!!! + they give you medicine that you can take if you are in pain or can't sleep etc. ) Anyways, the point is I really do think Dr. Farrior is the best doctor in Florida! Maybe in the world haha, he is my hero. I'm genuinely happy for the first time, and ready to start my life. I feel beautiful :)

Procedure was very quick....less than an hour. Given pain med and something to relax me plus they injected anesthetic inside my mouth to numb so I was awake during the procedure. I asked to look at the fat afterwards and noticed that there wasn't much fat in the one pile. I believe they had a pile for each cheek. Not much pain but lots of swelling. Swelling went down after about 10 days and looked how I used to. Spent 2 days on liquids then another 7 on soft foods. It's been almost a month and I do see some slimming on the mid side of my face but not the lower area closer to the sides of my mouth which is what I was most concerned with. I'm hoping that area will slim down but don't have much confidence that it will. I see the surgeon again in 4 days so I'll see what he has to say. Updated on 2 Dec 2016: Almost 3 months and I can see a little more of a difference now but the right side is still fattier than the left. Also the fat to the sides is still there which was my main concern. Regretting paying so much for something that didn't even fix my problem. Updated on 28 Dec 2017: Overall for the price this was not worth it. Recently found someone else to do perioral mound lipo on the face and it worked much better.

After considering having my deviated septum and crooked nose fixed for years, I finally took the plunge and had consultation(s) with Dr. Farrior. Dr. Farrior immediately put me at ease as he clearly had a great degree of knowledge, experience and expertise in performing rhinoplasty. I had multiple consultations with him (I was very nervous) and throughout the process he was patient and explained everything in great detail. I am only a couple of months out from my surgery and I cannot say just how much I love my new nose! I am so grateful to Dr . Farrior and his staff for their diligent care and work. I couldn't be any happier with my results! Dr. Farrior and his entire time were consummate professionals and rendered such great care. I highly recommend Dr. Farrior!

Wanted to straighten nose and remove spur so as to stop migraines and continual stuffiness. Only second day after surgery but don't feel bad at all. Dealing with typical stuffiness but Allegra and saudades is helping. Can breathe better already with spur removal. Wrapped up so can't see shape of the nose but way too early anyway. Will continue to post as things evolve. Updated on 26 Aug 2015: Not bad - congestion Seems to be the most prominent but sudafed and Allegra are helping a lot. Taking pain meds every four hours and eating non stop. Eating tons of protein such as steaks. Eating a lot of salads and yogurts and soups with a lot of chicken in it. Just listening to a lot Of music, resting, and eating eating and eating! Updated on 26 Aug 2015: Seemed have held the swelling and bruising at bay. Don't think I will see any progression - in fact it seems to be receding already. Tip of nose aches and teeth are sensitive. Nothing to ruin your day over. Changed to Tylenol as I couldn't stand the itching from percocet. Cleaning multiple times daily with hydrogen peroxide and saline spray. And gel that was prescribed I reapply to nose then add the dropper bad again. Not bad all in all. Post surgical follow up tomorrow morning. Updated on 28 Aug 2015: Just uncomfortable. No pain

Rhinoplasty is serious medical procedure, and Dr. Farrior and his staff treat it as such. They were extremely professional and hospitable from beginning to end. I chose this doctor for two main reasons: 1. He's highly skilled at what he does (compare his before and after photos to other doctors in the area- he's an artist!), and 2. All of his surgical work is focused on the face. I believe his office told me that he does, on average, 4 (four) rhinoplasty procedures per week, which is at a much higher frequency than doctors who spread their focus across different medical procedures for different parts of the body. If you are shopping for a doctor for this procedure, my best advice to you is to choose a doctor who only focuses on facial procedures and who does multiple rhinoplasties per week. You don't want a doctor who is doing a liposuction one day, boob job the next, and only one nose every now and then. That should be a huge red flag for you. This is your nose- do it right the first time! I also liked that during our first consultation, he basically told me everything I didn't like about my nose without me having to say anything. He could tell by just looking at my nose what needed to be done. And finally, he creates the nose that is right for you. Don't bring any celebrity or magazine photos to your consultation because he is not about giving you someone else's nose. He reshapes your nose based on what is right for your face. Just over a week ago, I was a 40-year old female who loved everything about her life...except my nose. It was too wide and too long at the tip. It was the first thing I saw when I looked at myself in photographs or the mirror. Dr. Farrior is an artist. Everything he said about recovery, which despite his words I expected to be worse than it was, turned out to be spot on. What a great experience that ended in an even better result.

My motivation for this surgery was a defect in my nose. Dealing with being made fun of, insecurities, and never wanting my picture taken, especially a profile was my driving force. Pre-Op meetings enabled me to align my goals with the surgery plan. I have been amazed how the initial results have already aligned with what I hoped they would be. With more time things can only get better.
