I went to see Dr swerdloff a few months ago to remove some moles on my face he removed them and you cannot even see the scars, so I recently decided to have a lower lid blepharoplasty or as I call them airbag removal, I was very nervous about having the procedure, I went into the surgery center and about a week after I'm blown away at the results! Dr swerdloff literally took 10 years off of my eyes, the incision was made inside my eyelid and has healed beautifully in just 1 weeks! He is a true Master at his craft and a gentleman and kind-hearted human being and believes MD stands for medical doctor and not Medical deity!! He is probably in my opinion one of the best plastic surgeons in the country and if I had to rate him one out of 10 I would give him a 20 and recommend him to anyone, his staff is very kind and professional, Melanie is a sweetheart and is very knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable and is a genuine and caring human being as well, thank you Melanie and Dr swerdloff your office is truly top-notch God bless.

I saw Doctor Swerdloff early this year (2023) for a consultation for a lower facelift. I am a current patient at Bay Dermatology and the NP had recommended that I see him. I have spent money and time on neurotoxins and lasers but I knew that it was time for a surgical intervention. I looked tired and my lower face had significant laxity. Dr. S spent a good deal of time with me discussing what could be done and what to expect. He recommended CO2 laser, lower facelift and upper blepharoplasty. The cost was very reasonable and I decided to schedule the procedure. The staff is warm, professional and they never make you feel rushed. A few days before the procedure expect to see Dr. S with the person who will be taking care of you for a preop visit. Melanie the nurse took photos and provided prescriptions and extensive written instructions. This gives you time to get your home ready as you recover. The day of the procedure I took the preop medication and my SO drove me to the office. There is a private entrance which I appreciated. I seriously have little memory of the day. I experienced no pain or awareness as the procedure was done. Once home I did everything on the postop instructions (ice bags/frozenpeas), soft food, elevating my head and just resting. I saw Dr S the next morning (thanks again to the private entrance). He removed my bandages, checked all of the incisions and rewrapped the bandage and sent me home to rest. I knew I would be indoors for 7 days so I planned accordingly. That night I vomited and I texted his cell phone number (yes he gives you his cell phone number!). He called me right back (it was Friday night!) and after talking he told me to discontinue the prophylactic antibiotic. That stopped the nausea and he called in a prescription just in case. He checked on me the next morning too. I was able to shower that morning and it felt great. I had steri strips on my eyelids but otherwise just had to be careful with how the shower water hit my incisions. It was easy to reapply the bandage and I stayed away from the mirror. I only took pain medication once and found that Tylenol helped best. I saw Dr S 1 week after surgery. I was swollen and my upper eyelids were reddened but I was now able to drive and resume other activities. I wore a baseball cap and sunglasses when I was out but I felt great. Two things: If you have been on the fence about having this done I recommend going for a consultation. If you weren't sure who to see, go see Dr Swerdloff!

I had my first lower facelift in 2005 at age 45. Apparently it wasn't very deep but it lasted a good 16 years. (My family does not have the best bone structure; we suffer from early jowling and overall laxity. I also have a crooked nose and face that I am not going to do much about at this age but smile a lot, which I do!) This year, I scheduled a lower face and neck lift with Dr. Jason Swerdloff in Palm Harbor, Fla. A relative had had a very successful facelift with him, and a coworker who used to work for him called him "a true artist." He does not promise to turn back the clock -he doesn't like that language - but makes you a better version of YOU. He also suggested a browlift and fat transfer to cheeks as well as CO2 laser. However, I had to be Zoom-ready FAST so I am putting those off until next year. I am no stranger to plastic surgery. In addition to the two facelifts, I've had upper and lower blepharoplasty, full-face CO2 laser twice, a mini tummy tuck, facial liposuction, and, very recently, a breast lift. So I knew what to expect and was not afraid or anxious. This facelift went deeper than the first one (different doctor, now retired), which I appreciated as it will last longer. It was performed under local anesthesia and oral sedation, which cut costs considerably. After 26 days, aside from the expected numbness in spots and a few sutures that have yet to dissolve, I am BEYOND THRILLED with the results. I plan to work for at least 7 more years and want to stave off ageism in the workforce and just enjoy a better version of me. Bless Dr. Swerdloff and his team for a transformative experience.

Everything was better & easier than I expected. I am so happy with my results. Dr. Swerdlof & his staff were great. Just had my 9 month follow up & feel like my younger self. Wow!! I had lazer with mini facelift & I highly recommend both for the best results. My friends & family are amazed too!

Smooth sailing…….natural lift, bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty, brow lift, and full face Co2 laser. First week a little rough with swelling and redness. Pain very tolerable with Tylenol 3rd day. After, no pain. Dr. Swerdloff is very pleasant which enhanced my overall experience. Needless to say, he knows his art of plastic reconstructive surgery. Certainly took years off my face and neck with a huge boost to my self esteem. Obviously I recommend him highly!

Friendly, competent, explains details of procedures, answers all questions and concerns. Excellent surgeon hiding evidence of surgery and follow up regularly to make sure all is going well. Makes recommendations for over the counter products as well as prescription to aid in healing process.

Have been under a lot of stress past 5 years taking care of parents TKR , back and emergency hip surgery Took a toll on my skin especially past 3 years Never have been happy with my sagging neck even younger Saw Dr Swerdloff work on 2 frienda and was astonished at results Consultanted in March then Covid hit Finally did it in Nov 2020 Neck, upper and lower eyelid eye lift and full face laser resurfacing Scary at first but as i healed amazed and very happy Dr Swerdloff is very gentle and made whole experience calmimg He did a fantastic job Staff is pleasant (Kristy) and welcoming I look refreshed. I even got asked if I was over 60 at 9am at Costco! Recovery is not easy but is worth the wait Love my neck, eyes are more open And lines softened Only 2 months and will continue to improve

Dr. Swerdloff is simply an amazing Dr. and a beautiful person. Before the procedure he was understanding and went into every detail about the surgery and what I could expect. During the procedure he was as professional as can be and everything went great. He insisted on frequent follow ups and was pretty much in charge of everything related to my procedure until I felt much better. My results are simply outstanding. I could never believe that I could look so much younger but in a way that no one can tell I did anything to my face. Everyone that knows me (and without knowing I did anything) comment of how good and youthful I look lately. All in all I had a really amazing experience and in the future I would only consider Dr. Swerdloff as my surgeon. Highly recommended!

I’m in my 50s and decided I didn’t like the sagging neck and jowls. I interviewed 3 drs. I am 3 days post op and it wasn’t bad at all. I just took off bandage today to clean incisions. Hardly any blood. Will post after one week. I prepared by drinking vitamin c and POM pomegranate juice all week. No alcohol either. Pain was tolerable. First day I took extra strength Tylenol and the prescription pain Med. Day 2 and 3 I just took Tylenol. I slept upright on pillows and iced when awake. Couldn’t open mouth much to eat so I had eggs pudding. Juice. Pasta. Was up the 2nd day fine. Updated on 9 Apr 2018: Skin tight and bruised. Makes it hard to open mouth to chew. Swelling about the same Updated on 12 Apr 2018: My bruising is still bad but Dr said it’s because I didn’t bleed much. I didn’t bleed at all on day 1 or 2. Bruising is the result of blood under the skin. I wish now I would have bled but that’s how my skin reacted....Very happy going forward as result looks super. Minimal swelling still to subside. Numbness under chin and along front of ears is expected. It will take a few more weeks. Still sore to touch but can open mouth and chew much better. Much progress in 7 days. Happy I’m on the upside now. Updated on 20 Apr 2018: Bruising subsiding. Still sore to touch. Still numb by ear area and under chin. Feel it when I sleep on my stomach. Otherwise I feel good that it’s healing nicely. No visable scars and like the nice lift. Updated on 5 May 2018: Still a little tender to touch around jaw area. Still numb under chin and in front of ears. Stitches gone. Happy with result as each day the numbness disappears. No one can see anything but the odd feeling is there when I touch the areas.

I have had many procedures now with Dr. Swerdloff: face lift (including eyelid lift and brow lift); a large tumor removal on the shoulder (which was a complex procedure); and filler/botox. I am thrilled with the results and amazed by his talent. Dr. Swerdloff was a very caring, gentle, highly attentive, skilled, communicative consummate professional with an outstanding staff and facilities. He was so much better at communicating with me than others I consulted and instilled such a sense of calm, wisdom and confidence that I knew immediately he was the surgeon. All the other 5-star surgeons I consulted from “RealSelf” did not begin to compare—they left me with doubts and anguish over the decision. But within 5 minutes of the first consultation with Dr. Swerdloff, I said: “I trust you completely. Do whatever you think needs to be done.” People who meet me now say I look 20 years younger than I am, and they can’t believe it. Even if they're being kind, I would be happy with 10-15. To give you an idea of how amazing Dr. S.’s work is, other surgeons I'm consulting for work on my body constantly comment during their examinations: "Wow, whoever did your face did outstanding work." I could not be more thrilled with the results. For the first procedure (facelift plus eyelid lift and brow lift), Dr. Swerdloff spent 2 hours (!) operating on me (very little of which I remember--it was a pleasant experience, even without general anesthetic), and I had a speedy recovery.The second procedure was a very complex large tumor removal that carried a risk of paralysis if it were not removed with total precision. Again, I trusted Dr. S. for this job, and his work was immaculate, even with all the challenges. There is no sign the tumor was ever there (other than the healing incision scar). Dr. Swerdloff is the facial cosmetic surgeon for all the Bay Dermatology Centers on Tampa Bay. Which means a very big organization is resting its reputation on his shoulders, and a high volume of business goes through his doors. That is why I chose him. Dr. Swerdloff apparently does more facial cosmetic surgeries per year than almost any other surgeon in this state, and, of course, studies show the more surgeries a doctor performs, the more skilled they become. The high volume is probably also the reason for the affordable quotes. I highly recommend Dr. S.
