The BEST experience! I had never had surgery of any kind so I was a little apprehensive going in. It was absolutely the smoothest experience from start to finish. Everyone in the office made me feel very comfortable. And my mommy makeover results are absolutely exceptional! I was even back to working out four weeks post-op and it was like I didn’t miss a beat!! If you are nervous or questioning whether this is right for you, take my word for it… It is so worth it! And Dr. Sessa is the best!

I have been in and out of gyms all my life I have tried everything possible to get a bigger butt after having my kids but nothing worked! Diets, portion size diff foods etc u name it I tried it. I’m getting a Brazilian butt lift in April then in May I am getting breast lift with silicone implants. Could anyone who has been threw these procedures please explain to me what I should experience throughout it all. The first 24hours I have my mother???????????? It sure I have to drive everyday and I sit on pillows I think my butt is cute but more body then round like a sponge bob isn’t it going to fluff out and I don’t sleep on my back yet or anything to were I’m sitting on it completely when I go to nail apt I stand or sit on pillows basically pillow on my thighs and booty hanging over mostly

Dr. Sessa & his nurses, and staff are absolutely phenomenal. I waited 7 years to get my full tummy tuck, so I was VERY particular about who I went with. I was considering getting a breast augmentation, too .. and at my final consultation - I told him the only reason I wanted them is because my boobs look so small because of my stomach. Dr. Sessa & his nurse both looked at me and said 'You don't need them. They'll look bigger after your tummy tuck, but your breasts are perfect just the way they are.' .. I was SOLD on a plastic surgeon who would not try to sell me something I wasn't sure I wanted, and told me I was right and OK to NOT want them. I had my surgery, and he and the girls there have been so supportive and amazing through the whole process. On top of all of that, Dr. Sessa is an absolute gentleman! I would never go to anyone else.

I am so thankful I had an easy recovery. My results exceeded my expectations. Thankful I had an awesome doctor and great staff. I had a lot of doubts getting this procedure done, but Im so glad I did it. I had a great support team with me on this journey. My friend Crystal used Dr. Sessa for her augmentation and has the most beautiful breasts I've ever seen. I choose Dr. Sessa two years before I ever decided to have the procedure. Dr. Sessa did not try and talk me up in size as many surgeons do, he was also very honest in telling me that I was a good candidate for saline due to my build, instead of trying to upsell me to silicone, which the idea of me having, made my mother very uncomfortable. The staff were beyond kind and everyone made me feel like family. Terry were even warm and kind to my children who came with me at every visit. I'm only 6 days post op now and my body never fails to amaze me. I love my implants already. The first 2days were worse than my cesareans, I wanted to die. But now, I'm great and it was so worth it. But, 6weeks feels like forever to have to wait to wear all my new pretty underwire VS bras. I have an appointment with doctor tomorrow morning. He is very concerned with my recovery and even called me the evening after my procedure to see how I was and remind me to eat. Dr. Sessa is the closest thing to price charming I've ever seen!

I've been wanting to do this for years and years. One day I just decided I'm doing it. As I've gotten older, I've grown more into my larger athletic frame and now have a really large (but perfect:) butt. So felt like I needed to better fill out my body, which my husband was against at first since I'm already a C/D. When we went and tried on the implant sizes at the PA he suddenly changed his mind and agreed. Also one thing the PA told me was that my breasts have a triangular shape because of my PCOS (poly cystic ovarian syndrome) it causes fiberious breasts. Which I didn't know! So now I'm booked for Cino de Mayo! and I couldn't be happier! I'm going with 480CC saline over the muscle. Because I already have a ton of existing breast tissue it didn't matter which I chose saline/silicone and I'm hoping to be a large DD afterwards. Updated on 4 May 2015: Well that went quick! Scheduled for my Ba tomorrow, excited but nervous! Any tips? Updated on 6 May 2015: Well yesterday was pretty painful and could barely move. However today I feel MUCH better and the wrap came off today. The twins look amazing so far!!! Gonna keep relaxing so I can heal better Updated on 12 May 2015: Can't believe it's already been 1 week! Things are moving along great, they seem to be settling a little bit everyday. The pain in almost completely gone, except of course in the morning there's some pain! I've already tried on several bikini tops which was a blast! Can't wait to go get some new bras! I must say as of right now I'm very pleased with the 475CC size I chose. Updated on 7 Jul 2015: So I'm totally in love and think my BA was the best thing I've ever done. Hubby agrees of course! They're definitely feeling very natural and soft again, as well as dropping so they look more normal. Totally happy with the size, I'm wearing a DD/DDD now. Perfect!!!!! I didn't really need to do this, my chest was lovely before but after a few miscarriages and medical issues I ended up with one cup smaller than the other. I wanted a more even set again, I went with the 400cc range (having greed and wish I had gone bigger lol) I started out a slightly deflated C-cup and now I measure at 34-DD. they are very realistic and natural looking and not many can tell I had anything done because I use to wear a push up that made me this size previous. I'm very happy with my decision and have now moved on to injectables. Updated on 29 Sep 2014: One is my pre-op just before I walked into the operation room. And the other is a photo at 3 days post op. I rode high for awhile one dropped right into place after a month post op but the right took 6 whole months. Looking back on it all I was so worried it wasn't going to drop, but it did. I had no major bruising or problems. Everything went well for me and I cannot believe I was so scared

Updated on 23 Aug 2014: Dr took 4 liters which is the most he is allowed to take in one lipo session. I was on the table at 2.30pm and in the car going home, in my compression garment by 5.30pm. I leaked a lot for the first 24 hours. My first follow up was at 11am the next day, and wow, I was so impressed. Just hoping for skin to contract as much as possible now. Looking into Venus system to assist with that. Any thoughts or experience with this? Updated on 23 Aug 2014: Photo update Updated on 26 Aug 2014: Feeling swollen today, prob due to my time of the month and not resting in bed anymore. Here are some pics from this morning. Updated on 31 Aug 2014: 9 days after lipo I had a Venus session. It made such a difference! First, it felt really nice to have my abdomen massaged with the warm wand (I guess it looks like a shower head) with a handle for the aesthetician to hold it with. I had a good 30 min session. She started at 42 degrees and it was warm. She worked up to 43 and we even hit 44 at one point but I had to tell her that was too hot for my comfort level. I will be going 1x per week for 10 weeks. Skin is retracting and my abdomen is still hard. However it is slowly starting to soften above my belly button.

I had started to change my lifestyle in college and began working out and lost weight which in turn reduced my breast size. I decided once I was finished with nursing school I would get a breast augmentation.
