I'm so glad I found Dr.Sessa! I drove an hour just to see him! He is a no bull kinda guy, straight to the point and no beating around the bush which I love. He answered all my questions and left me feeling confident about my decision with getting my BA and with the size. After the surgery I experienced hardly no pain and very small incisions. He has an amazing stated of the art operating suite right there in the office so getting an appointment was quick and easy and he didn't charge an arm and a leg for it either. The staff was always very welcoming and quick which made it comforting. I would highly recommend to anyone, he did a wonderful job.

Best decision EVER

So I'm totally in love and think my BA was the best thing I've ever done. Hubby agrees of course! They're definitely feeling very natural and soft again, as well as dropping so they look more normal. Totally happy with the size, I'm wearing a DD/DDD now. Perfect!!!!! I'm very happy I listened to my PS and he did a wonderful job.

just wanted to know if you was happy with the feeling of the saline heard alot of woman complained they wish went with silicone cause saline was hard

I already had so much breast tissue to begin with it didn't matter which one I got. They feel completely natural and real and I'm happy with them. If I didn't have so much breast tissue to begin with I probably would have chosen silicone.

2 weeks post op

Just wanted to update everyone on photos this week. Started massaging so I'm getting some feeling and tingling going on. Yay!

Do you know what size bra you fit into now?
If it's a regular bra it's a 36DD and if it's a type of push-up it's a 36DDD. Verrrrry happy!
wow! really? So you were a small C before your surgery?? Do you need to wear a bra? or do your breasts sag from the weight of your implants?
I was a full C but wore mostly D. I don't really need to wear one no, I don't have one on today! lol they actually don't sag hardly at all. I'll post an updated picture when I get a chance.
Great Results :) I went to dr sessa aswell 7/3/12 and got saline high profile 480cc. Love them. He is an amazing doctor.
