I could not be happier with my results from Dr. Guiloff. After having my son, my breasts were completely asymmetrical. Dr. Guiloff told me he would do his best to get them as symmetrical as possible, but did tell me to not expect perfection. However, what Dr. Guiloff accomplished-was absolute PERFECTION. I have 310cc in one breast and 405cc in my other breast. The result is unbelievable and I was shocked at how perfect they are. As a mom, all we want is to feel somewhat normal like we did pre-baby, but now I look better than I did pre-baby!! Thank you so much Dr. Guiloff because what you have done is truly life changing! I was very unsure of whether I wanted to go through with the breast augmentation up until I met with Dr. Guiloff. He was very informative and always put what I envisioned first while also doing what was best for my situation. I had asymmetrical breasts with tuberous components underneath one breast. The procedure ended up going very well and my recovery was painless! I no longer have asymmetry and they look so natural. I have never felt more comfortable and sexy in my own body!

Dr Guiloff and his staff went above and beyond. They answered all of my many questions, never kept me waiting and took care of me from start to finish. The doctor took great care of me and made sure I came in for follow-up visits every week or two. I love my new body and can now run and work out again. I definitely wish that I had done this sooner. Also, my new breasts are beautiful and healed well. I had no issues what-so-ever.

I interviewed three cosmetic surgeons before choosing Dr. Guiloff. His entire office staff are magnificent. Waiting time is minimal; front desk is so pleasant; Brook (the patient coordinator) could not have been more helpful; nurses and anesthesiologist were great the day of my surgery. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Guiloff for future procedures. I live outside the country most of the time, so coordinating this surgery was a bit tricky with all the tests you have to have done pre-op. But, Dr. Guiloff's office was fantastic about helping me and keeping me informed when they received pre-op results. The surgery was not easy, that's for sure. Dr. Guiloff really took a lot of time explaining the process and the recovery time; stressing that it's not only physical but mental as well. The full recovery was about eight weeks. The first few days were very tough, and the first two weeks were uncomfortable for sure. It took me a while to be able to sleep on my side. But, after eight weeks I was cleared for all activity and felt fine. I didn't have any problems during my recovery except one small internal stitch that came through on the horizontal incision under my breast. I used Biocorneum at the doctor's suggestion for six months after my surgery. My scars are fading nicely, especially around the areola. The vertical scar is still visible but it's fading to a light pink. Just had my 9 month check up and all is well. I'm so happy I had it done. I look like I lost 40 lbs. after going from an F cup to a C. Completely worth all the pain!

Dr Guiloff recently performed an upper and lower Blepharoplasty as well as a brow lift on me. I couldn't be more satisfied with the care and the results I received. Dr. Guiloff listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and gave me a complete understanding of what he thought would be the best procedure.
