I was born with mild tuberous breast deformity. It has been a huge burden on me my entire life, looking in a mirror and hating every second of it. I had multiple consults with multiple surgeons. They all wanted to do an invasive lift with an anchor/T shape scar. I was really trying to avoid that because I like my nipples and I didn’t want to alter them or lose sensation in them. I did a virtual consultation with Dr Salama in August 2024. From the first moment I interacted with his team everything was so seamless. When I got his feedback regarding my photos his exact words were “I am confident we can get you the results you want with a normal breast augmentation with an incision under the breast right in the fold.” I was thrilled. By 1:30 I was in my brother’s passenger seat still groggy but thrilled about the new body I get to enjoy. Recovery was seamless. I had surgery on a Thursday, by Tuesday, I was back to my office job, minimally sore like if I had a really intense arm day at the gym, but nothing unmanageable. I was surprised that within 3 weeks, they started to drop. By a month or so, I was already pretty much enjoying my final results. I’m almost a year and a half now from my surgery date…. I still can’t believe it every time I see myself in the mirror. It has been life changing to be able to wear shirts, dresses, bras, bathing suits that I used to avoid at all costs. Now I put them on and I feel powerful, I feel the new found love that I have for myself so profoundly. I am so grateful that my years of research led me to Dr Salama.

I had lipo 360, bbl & tummy tuck and I am so happy I went with elite plastic surgery ! Dr Salama is amazing ! I am so happy with my results and the post op nurse and massage therapist were just fabulous they explained everything to me throughly and had such a good bed side manor they are the best ! My whole experience with the staff has been good I have no complaints if I could give a 10 star rating I would they are incredible . Dr Moises Salama is 10 stars I'm so happy I can cry , he snatched my waist and gave me a beautiful shape, I'm only 12 days post op but I can see where I'm headed and I love it. His bed side manners is phenomenal and the staff are awesome especially my massage therapist I can't remember her name but she truly is a gift from God . I already recommended elite plastic surgery to my friend and family.

Let me start by saying, I did extensive research and found myself confidently moving forward with Dr. Salama at Elite Plastic Surgery. From the very first interaction, and every one since has been very pleasant. The staff have always been so kind even when I knew I was asking a billion questions in their busy day, they made me feel like I was their priority with so much respect. Day of surgery, I met Dr. Salama and instantly felt comfortable. He has fabulous bedside manner. Explained everything thoroughly. The anesthesiologist was also amazing, sweet, made me also feel very confident I was safe and in great hands. I was asleep and awake in a snap (felt like to me anyways, realistically not so much). I came in the very next day for my first massage which was on a Saturday. My massage therapist was FABULOUS. Of course it hurt, but in the way it needed to for best healing. She didn’t speak great English but used Google translate and we got through it without any confusion. Again, amazing and sweet and always got me with such a nice smile like she was happy to be there. My body did experience venous congestion and the massage therapist recognized and relayed it to the doctor and the surgeon himself came in not only on Saturday, but Sunday as well as Memorial Day. That was very impressive to me and shows his compassion and commitment to his patients and his work. I ended up having 6 massages before I returned home, all so good, she even made me a funny looking upper butt cushion that provides compression to help the overall desired look. Which brings me to my results. Dr. Salama SLAYED! I had a breast lift with implants, lipo360, & bbl. I went in like a frumpy whale and came out looking sexy - minus all the drains and stitches and bruising of course. When I returned home and got a massage therapist who specializes in post op massages, this woman has years of experience of all post op care, she has seen countless surgeries. She admired Dr. Salama’s work he did on me EVERY. SINGLE. MASSAGE. She reiterates how perfectly my breast are for my body and how his curvature work for my butt was spot on. She even praised the massage therapist I had prior to her at Dr. Salama’s practice and how her funny looking butt pillow has helped me so much. I am so thankful for Dr. Salama’s and every single one of his employees at Elite Plastic Surgery. I have already recommended him to my family and friends and will continue to do so!

I went to get a BBL with lipo 360, breast lift with implant exchange. going in was so fast i was going into surgery maybe 20 min after arriving the staff everyone was so nice. Dr. salama talked to me went over everything and was so comforting. After surgery it took me awhile to wake up and the nurses were so nice they let me stay as long as i needed always checked on me even getting into my car the staff was so sweet. its only been 3 days and i am in love with my results DR. Salama is the GOAT. i did have my first massage day after and it was not fun, the massage lady did not speak english and it was very hard to communicate but she did get alot of liquid out of me with firm pressure. I am so happy after three kids i know once im healed im going to love my body even more Thank you elite team and of course Dr. salama!

everything was amazing, dr salama was so sweet and caring, the entire staff was nice. i have a bbl, breastlift with implant exchange and i am only 2 days post op and i cam so happy i cant imagine in a few months. i had my first massage today and it was definitely painful and the massage lady didnt speak english very hard to communicate but i needed the hard pressure she did; she ggot so much trapped liquid out. I had a bbl with lipo 360 breastlift with implant exchange with dr salama two days ago. He was amazing, the nurses were so nice and helpful. The anesthesiologist was amazing everyone treated me amazing the entire time getting back to surgery was so fast. i woke up slowly off the anesthesia and the nurse's let me sleep and fully be ready to go home. i ddi have my first massage and the spanish women who did it didnt speak english so it was hard to communicate it was very hard painful but she got so much fluid out. i already love my body and im on day 2 i cannot imagine when i am fully healed the whole staff is amazing and dr salama i will definitely come back for any cosmetic procedures

I had a BBL 13 years ago and it has been a mighty long journey. I got MERSA, had a revision as it caused a dent, dented again, had kids, gained weight and it got worse, lost weight (45 pounds) and now I love my shape but need to be smoothed out as the denting at the bottom is unsightly. My boobs sag from the weight loss and now I am heading in to see Dr. S again on July 28th to have implant exchange with lift, and a BBL revision with J-Plasma. I am excited to see what he does and this time I am older and wiser so I will be taking care of myself to maintain results. I am done having kids and ready to live my best life!

Ladies and gents, I am going to give you the good the bad and the ugly. I had a BBL around 13 years ago, got MERSA and then gained weight/had kids, and now I’m on the 2nd year of my health and wellness journey at this point. I had my kids and have put in the work to lose 45 pounds. Now I am going back to Dr. S to lift these fun bags, exchange implants and smooth out my butt with a revision as well as J-plasma on stomach and butt. It has become extremely dented from the infection, a cyst (removed this Feb) and the weigh gain. Now that I am at a stable weight I am ready for a redo. I trust Dr. S completely and know he will fix me up! I am happy with my shape I just need smoothed out. Please look at my other review for before my first BBL pics. This time I am older and understand that I must take care of myself for his work to last. I am so excited to get this done and ready for this summer, for the first time in over 10 years!! I literally want my shape but just smoothed bottom wise and high siting round boobies Dr. S and Nancy were so great before and Nancy has been so amazing this go around as well. She has answered all my questions and been brutally honest with me. I cannot wait to get this done and excited to see what I look like after! A little over 2 months to go! I am currently 4 months post op and love the natural looking results. After researching for 3 years, I chose Dr. Salama to perform a combination procedure (Tummy Tuck and Skinny BBL) and am happy I did - my belly button looks fantastic and my glutes perfectly match my body proportions. Although, I was in decent shape prior to surgery, I have been receiving a massive amount of compliments as of recent. I visited Disney World with my family and overheard a group of women talking about my butt - They couldn't tell if it was augmented or if I just had good genes! Goal definitely achieved!
