Where to begin? Well let's just start at the age I began paying more attention to my looks... 15 years old me, Russian Jew here. I've had this dream of getting my nose done for as long as I can remember. I've gone to many different appointments through the years from the age 18 and on. I've sat and stared at my before and after photographs from those others surgeons, sh*t I've even kept them on my phone and contemplated back and forth for soooo long ! I am now 27 years old.... when I was just about to turn 27 my wonderful boyfriend and I had a heart to heart conversation, and for once in my life opened up about an insecurity I've had for 12 years ! My nose ! Of course hearing me say that he was taken aback and right away said " what ? Your nose ? Really ? " and he continued to listen to me and man did I cry... I told him about how much I've thought of it, how many times I've one back on the idea and how often I would go back and compare the " hypothetical before and after " from consultations in the past. I was never happy ... I was never satisfied with what other doctors thought suited me... I held back sooo much all these years. And I can finally say it was worth it. My Boyfriend said to me " I love you the way you are, but if there is something in your heart and it's been a dream of yours let's work together on just looking for a new doctor, let's get you consultations, let's see if you could actually find someone who can meet your " ideal nose " and work with the vision you have in mind ". So he recommended this app (Real Self) and we began to search, he was extremely supportive, not critical, nothing. And that meant so much and made this process so much smoother, it made me be less critical of myself. We live in NYC, and boy we the prices higher here for rhinoplasty's. He suggested we look in Florida... and so we did... and we found it ! Dr. GHERSHI ! From the very flight to MIAMI, to the first consultation, to my nerves being all over the place, to meeting the doctor , shedding some unforeseen tears, to taking the coolest photos on their 3D camera! And seeing myself legit in 3D !!! ( do not wear makeup, cause girl, you will see your pimples gasping for air hahaha ) anyways... he was so detailed and like the wave of a wand showed me what could me... and gave me the room to ask for editing.... fast forward ... that was November 2023.... surgery date ... December 2023.... I'm in my gown, my wonderful man is in the waiting room .... and I began to get ready for surgery.... ( I looked so cute in the gown! And the fuzzy socks they gave me ) anyways hahaa... I don't remember anything that came after that, just that I woke up asking for my boyfriend and the sweet nurse told me that I had surgery, that he is right outside, and that everything went by very well. So recovering was an interesting journey, and man do you need to remind yourself ... this is part of the process, I didn't feel much pain to be honest it was more of a discomfort, sleeping elevated was a challenge but I had a great neck pillow, and I had the best person taking care of me . Of course before you get surgery the office give you a list of things they think will be useful for you to have. In addition to getting your medication filled, the pain pills come in handy but I tried to push past it. And you can too! If you can't they are there for that reason! Definitely drink a lot of fluids, bruise gel, pineapple juice, ice roller, and patience!!! You'll be just fine ! The day that the cast gets removed .... *****WARNING *** do not have expectations! Do not think you're gonna look like the baddest b***h that ever walked the planet... you will not ! In fact tell yourself that that will be you, after you fully start to heal, bruising goes down and you actually practiced patience . I'm not gonna lie, I cried when the cast came off ... I had built up this " OMG it's happening im gonna be sooo pretty " don't ! I repeat don't ! You will be ... just wait ... trust me !!!! It's super important you tape your nose ! Esp after that sexy cast comes off ! ( for one I cried and was swollen !!!! But don't worry honey buns ... it will all get better !!!! Tape ! Tape ! Tape !!!!! Then you'll have a one week follow up... then a one month ... then a 2 ( if required) then a 3.... there's definitely a 3 month follow up .... and then a 6 month. I just came back from my 6 month follow up last month .... and girl ........!!!! I am the baddest b***ch that ever walked this planet, and all the other ones !!!! Not only did I get a great job tapping from Dr.GHERSHI, ( consistency! Consistency! Consistency! ) but he said my nose looks very very good !!!! And that it's healing perfectly!!! Said he will see me in one year and to continue tapping ! You best believe... I cried. It's been 6 months...or 7 actually... I've never been happier, I've never been more grateful, I'm still in shock, I've never had to practice this amount of patience in my life.... I love who I see in the mirror ! I love how I feel , I love not freaking feeling so not present because I'm concerned with " omg my nose ... or don't laugh to hard it's gonna droop, or don't style your hair up ... use your hair to hide your nose ... getting Surgery is not an easy decision, I was lucky enough to have my boyfriend and him being the way he is ( extremely supportive and understanding) some of you will prob have that... hopefully, or some kind of support system, and some of you will have no one or people around you telling you other wise... Remember this.... ITS YOUR LIFE, You will only regret not doing something !!! I can sit here forever and write, but if you're like me in anyway... just do it !!! I'm so happy things fell into place !! I'm so grateful to my boyfriend!! He made this all happen !! And I'm grateful to have such a wonderful team at The Plastic Surgery Institute Of Miami!!! Thank you ! Dr.ghersi is a magician ! Go for it ! With all my heart !!! DO IT !!!!!!!!

I love my results Dr. ghersi knows what he's doing. For some reason not too many doctors know what to do with an African nose. My results are natural ,and beautiful. I recommend him to anyone getting Rhinoplasty.

I had my rhinoplasty with Dr. Ghersi about 4 months ago and I can’t be more happy with my results. Him and his staff are super professional and answered all my questions since day 1. Recovery was super fast and easy, no pain at all. I know there is still time left for my nose to heal but I am already loving the results. Best doctor in Miami area, 100% recommend Dr. Ghersi for rhinoplasty!!!

I have been wanting to get my nose done since I was in eighth grade. I've always disliked my side profile and never felt like I was giving my full potential with my confidence with anything I've done. I've hated having pictures taken of me always tried to hide my side profile with my hair and it wasn't just my side profile I disliked it was the front view too. it was crooked, uneven i just never found it flattering. after I got the funds for rhinoplasty I started to look for doctors in my area (toronto) but was not satisfied with any of the doctors. so I started looking in Florida area because I knew I would have a place to stay there and it took me a very long time to find a doctor. I chose a different doctor in the area but didn't have my full confidence in that doctor. One night I was scrolling through the Miami Rhinoplasty hashtag and I found Dr. Ghersi and right away I knew I wanted to book a consultation with him I loved the work that he did and he had my full trust. after getting my consultation and meeting with him I couldn't have been more happy with choosing him for my rhinoplasty after having my surgery everything went smoothly the office was so kind and helpful and succeeded my expectations. The day of cast removal I was pretty nervous to look at my nose and I wasn't expecting to have a reaction because I knew I was gonna be swollen but right once I looked at my nose in the mirror I started to cry happy tears and was just so in love with my nose I am so grateful for the work Dr. Ghersi did for me I feel like I finally have my confidence back and I can take pictures without trying to hide my nose. and I know my nose is still in the healing process and I'm just so excited to see what it will look like in a few months if it already looks this good!

Greetings I had rhinoplasty about a week ago couldn’t be happier. Doctor Ghersi is beyond amazing and very honest. The best surgeon in Miami for rhinoplasty I had a very fat and big nose. My nose is still healing but it is so beautiful and perfect. Definitely recommend Ghersi ????

I had searched everywhere for the perfect doctor to do my nose I was booked to fly to turkey to proceed with a rhinoplasty but as soon as I found Dr.ghersi I immediately canceled everything to book with him and it was the best decision I ever made. I have never done surgery before and for a first time it was the best experience, surgery was so easy and recovery was pretty much painless! I would give dr ghersi 10 stars if I could. The nurses and staff were amazing everyone was so attentive and caring I couldn’t have chosen a better place to go to! If you are looking to book a rhinoplasty, most definitely book with them!

Had breast and nose done by Dr Ghersi last Thursday and I am already over the moon with my results! I have had basically no pain and barely any bruising or swelling. Was back at work yesterday (day 4) which is incredible after having two procedures done. I got 325cc Mentor Silicon high profile. I told Dr Ghersi I wanted super natural and I trusted his recommendation - already looking really good! My nose is still in cast but I can see that he has refined the tip a lot and am super excited too see the results! Will share when they come through later this week!

I had my breast augmentation in 2017. I got 325 cc silicone implants, went from an A cup to D cup maybe a full C. I wanted a very natural look and Dr. Ghersi DELIVERED!! I’m completely obsessed with my boobs, literally all of my friends tell me I have the nicest boobs they’ve ever seen and that they’re always showing their other friends my pictures lol. His office is beautiful, organized, clean and in a wonderful location. This was my second procedure with Dr. ghersi, this man does not disappoint! I don’t have too many pictures of my boobs during the recovery unfortunately, but my Instagram is Saralopolis is you want to see some pictures Updated on 7 Jun 2021: I had butt implants 4 weeks ago with another doctor in a different state but 2 weeks after my procedure my incision opened up and as this surgery has a high risk for infection I started freaking out. I’m a nurse and I’ve worked for plastic surgeons in the past and I know most only see their own patients and won’t be willing to see a patient having a complication from a different doctor. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Ghersi and his office when I had my rhinoplasty and breast implants done with him, and prayed that he would be willing to see me after I told his office what was going on and thankfully he did. My consultation went as smoothly as they always have. The plastic surgery culture in Miami has a very big meat factory feel, and to find a surgeon in this city that actually cares about his patients, not their money, is extremely hard. Dr. Ghersi is truly the best

Ive tried many through the years and can honestly saw Dr Ghersi is the best. Ive been a client for 6 years now and never once even needed a touch up...he has a good eye and slants to the conservative side which is good ion Botox in think. Excellent practice.
