Dr Busso is amazing! Not only is he super sweet and nice, he is an excellent doctor and true artist. He also won't do anything that is unnecessary which is a rarity in this business! The girls in the office are all so nice - scheduling is easy and if you have to cancel they don't take your money! Appointments are fast and they don't make you wait hours in the waiting room either. You also get a lot of benefits using the Alle app.

This treatment is a miracle! I lost over 4 inches, and my skin feels so much tighter than before. Stefanie Schutze who administers the treatment makes you feel at ease, she made the experience superb!

Dr Busso is super professional, I got undereye filler and he knew exactly what he was doing. Ive gotten filler before but never had a doctor explain so everything well and do such a good job. He is an artist.

I got my first shot last month about 6 weeks ago July 9th from Dr. Mariano Busso in Miami, Florida. My pics below were one month before, day two, and last yesterday. This is from the first treatment. I expect to get about three or four. Getting my second treatment tomorrow. I am happy with the results and met my expectations. Here is my experience: My neck was noticeably swollen for about 6 days. Then my neck was "slightly" swollen for about another full week. Then finally after about 4 weeks after all swelling subsided my neck definitely lost some fat and definitely looked better. I would recommend to get done on a Thursday or late Wednesday an take Thurs and Friday off if you are conscience about the swelling. There was no activity limitations in anyway. I anticipate to get three or four treatments.

Dr. Busso Recommended to perform the thermiTight procedure as an alternative to a neck surgery lift. I had it done on December 16th by a very professional staff who made me feel comfortable and relax. My biggest concern was the recovery time since I had a planned vacation for Christmas and new year and want it to be at my best without any bruises or signs of surgery on my face. All I can say about the entire procedure is that i m very happy for the results in two weeks the major swelling were gone and the results were excellent, i would say more than i expected, my neck felt and looked tight and youthful, It is about 3 months since i had the procedure done and day by day i notice more improvement in the procedure area. I would highly recommended this procedure as an alternative to a more invasive procedure, for the first two weeks my neck was very swollen but the swelling fade away and today i m very very happy with the procedure and thank you very much Dr. Busso for your professionalism and care. :)

I loved everything about the office staff, all the girls there were very nice and polite. Doctor Busso had great bed manners and was very good at explaining every detail regarding my procedure. I felt like he really took his time to make sure all my questions were answered. Overall it was a great botox experience for me.

Extremely painful, swelling began immediately and continued for 2 weeks. Bruising, fever, hot throbbing at the temples and brow area. $2200 down the drain. The face is deformed and after injecting another substance to melt the former my face is no longer recognizable. I will never do this again. Not worth the pain and money. Updated on 5 Feb 2014: Since last Friday and the session of squeezing the lumps to rid them of fluid, my lumps over the eyes are now purple and growing. The doctor keeps saying gravity will take its course and the swelling will go away in a few weeks. Can anyone reassure me this stuff isn't permanent ? Thank you for any advice. Updated on 12 Feb 2014: Things have gotten worse 4 the week and the infection from the temple area and eyes are still hot and swollen with pus. They will cut and drain the areas today to avoid blood poisoning. What a nightmare. Updated on 19 Feb 2014: Last week I had to go in for a local and have my surgeon cut again the temple area and scrape the material away because blood poisoning was eminent. On the mend now I went out for valentines weekend so things are looking better. Thanks everyone for your support. Updated on 24 Jul 2014: Here's what 4 months after the nightmare looks like. The scars are still there inside and out. Big lesson learned. Always do a test patch before any procedure, trust me it's worth the effort.

The procedure was very effective and got results i was looking for. No downtime. Able to do my daily routines. Lost a few inches after my procedure. Few months later still maintaining my results. Highly recommend it. The staff very friendly and professional. Dr Busso took the time to explain procedure. Thank you Dr Busso for meeting my expectations and getting my results.
