As I was approaching 50 years old I knew if I was every going to do a makeover it was now or never. Girl I am so glad I went for it! Yes it took time to heal and there were days I thought "what have I done?" but in the end it was all worth it. Dr Csikai and staff were there to support though the whole thing. I felt I was in good hands and plan to return for another procedure.

Doc CK has performed a miracle! I lost over 200 pounds and had TONS of excess skin. I flew from TEXAS all the way to Jacksonville, Florida to see Dr Csikai, because I had several friends that have come to him. I am 51 years old and had quite a few procedures done. His STAFF is just as great. Julianna at the front is the sweetest. Chasity is a pro and knows so much about the procedures. And then there is MONTANA! Who is the ABSOLUTE BEST. Montana has the best bedside manner, follows up after surgery to be sure you're ok, and is a genuine caring person. GO to First Coast Plastic Surgery. You absolutely wont regret it.

Okay I’m writing this and sharing my preop pictures and experience. I’m 5’4, 31 years only and I’ve had one child via c section. I met with Dr. Csikai last year and scheduled for May of 2023. I’ve obsessively thought about this surgery and now I’m 24 days out. I’ll attach my before and after pictures. I’m having a tummy tuck, breast aug and lift. So far, the staff has been so great. I’ll circle back once the surgery is complete. 24 days to go! Updated on 21 Jul 2023: Best decision ever. My belly button is a work of art. I’ve already had friends call for consults because of how impressed they were. Even the massage therapist who’s doing the lymphatic massages said my scar is one of the best she’s seen. My ob-gyn asked me too during my wellness visit so she could recommend him to other patients bc she was impressed. The whole experience was great. I was so nervous I almost passed out when they put the IV in and everyone made me feel better. The Anesthesiologist is amazing.

To say Dr CK changed my life forever is an understatement! This process of skin removal etc has been a wish and hope of mine for a very long time. I had lap band surgery in 2012 at 310 pounds and got down to just under 200 and maintained within 10 pounds above or below that. As you can see I had a ton of embarrassing skin and fat trapped in skin which working out did absolutely nothing for. I consulted with Dr CK in November 2021 after meeting with another doctor that did not make me feel confident in the outcome. Dr CK made me feel so comfortable and he was very confident and assured me he would take care of it and he did! I am beyond happy and even though there is still more to go and there have been a few issues healing because of my compromised skin elasticity the doctor and staff at First Coast Plastic Surgery have been amazing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me my life back and I look forward to my next surgery on my arms and legs and to finally see the results all over. Thank you for being so patient with me and always trying to help no matter what. Dr CK is definitely one of the most genuine and caring doctors around and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Updated on 10 Jan 2023: Still doing great and healing has done much better than I would have imagined for the tummy. Using Maderma advanced scar gel daily, at night. Seems to be helping with the fading of my scar and stretch marks that were higher up on my tummy. Overall I’m happy! Ready to get the lipo done on my tummy which is why there is a slight bulge in lower belly. There has been no lipo on anything but flanks done. Ready to get rid of fat in upper belly and sides and have skin removed on arms and beside my breast! Updated on 9 Feb 2023: 5 month update. I am doing well and the scar is going away quite nicely. I still have no feeling in my abdomen and I am still having trouble with the right breast dropping into place. Other than that doing great. Results are great!

I had a Tummy tuck with dr CK last year and was ver pleased with the outcome. I knew I would need to come back for lipo because he doesn't do I with the tummy tuck because of healing reasons and explained that to me and I appreciated how safe he was. So now here is my review on the lipo. Dr CK and his entire team are exceptional and I will never go anywhere else. I have a goal set for myself to get a neck lift and upper and lower bleph next year and he is definitely my guy!! I'm so thankful for him and he has changed my life. He is the bomb for sure. I will keep adding pictures as I progress but can tell that I will love my final results as much as I love my doctor and the entire team!! I had a great experience with First Coast. My sister recommended me, and I was motivated to go to Dr. Csikai because of her outstanding results. I can’t lie; I was a little nervous about the size and wanted to make sure I wasn’t going too big. I did not have much breast tissue (AAA), and I am relatively slim so, I wanted a moderate increase. The two ladies that assisted me were Lori and Courtney. They were very encouraging and understanding of the look I was trying to accomplish. As for Dr. Csiaki, he was great. Although the day of the surgery, I was still nervous about the size, he still understood all my emotions. After the surgery, he contacted me to see how I was feeling and see if I was happy with the size. My surgery was on July 20, and I am healing up very nicely. I can’t wait to see the drop and fluff process. So far, I am happy with the current results and would highly recommend First Coast to anyone considering an augmentation. Updated on 27 Aug 2021: I am about 5 and a 1/2 weeks post op. The right breast still a little higher than the left but, all is well. I’ve been mostly bra-less at home, after 1week and they appear to be dropping nicely. I still have some numbness and haven’t gotten the sensation back in the nipples yet, but their tingling lol. Updated on 24 Oct 2021: I am at 3 months now. For the most part, I am happy with my results. They don’t look that much different from my 1 month post op. I’m a little anxious because my right breast looks as if it still needs to drop a little more. I got the feeling back in my right nipple and the left nipple is tingling, so it’s getting there. The sides of my breast are still a little numb. If I want to sleep on my sides, I wear a sports bra, otherwise, my breast will ache. Mostly, I sleep on my back. The scars are healing nicely. I’m using Skinuva scar cream and bio oil for massaging. Updated on 4 Feb 2022: It’s confirmed! I developed a capsular contracture on my right breast. This was a concern of mine, but I was being optimistic. I’m not really motivated to do another surgery. My surgeon and I agreed that I will try singular for 3 months and see if it softens up. My breast is not hard, it’s just firmer than the left one and hasn’t dropped as low as the left one. If this doesn’t work, he agreed to do a little surgery. A little disappointed but it’s no one’s fault; these things happen. Updated on 4 Jul 2022: I had my capsular removed on June 28, and was able to go down in size from 450/475 high profile to 350/375 medium profile. The surgery was painless. My right breast has no pain, and the only soreness I feel in the left breast is near the bottom. Because the left breast bottomed out, the pocket had to be adjusted a little. This first pic is the day of, after surgery. I guess because a new pocket didn’t have to be made, and I did go down in size, I didn’t have to worry about the implants riding high, and they fell the way I like them. I’m happy with the result so far. And still, my experience with Dr. Csiaki was great. I showed him a picture of the look I wanted to mirror, and he delivered. The high profile implants projected out too much for me. I think the lower profile and implant size is more suitable for my frame.

Awesome.. I love my 500cc. No bruising or blood. Only been 4 days. Ready to go back to normal. They look wonderful!! It was definitely worth the wait.. the whole staff was awesome!! Courtney went above and beyond to get me scheduled when I only had a short time frame.. thank you everyone.

I have 7 days post op, and I have no words to describe how happy I am that I chose First Coast Plastic Surgery with Dr. Cskai, he and the entire team are extremely caring and professional. My surgery was a breast augmentation with silicone implants. If you are planning plastic surgery, I definitely recommend Dr. Cskai. I am still very inflamed, but I love the results I see. I had an amazing experience with Dr Csikai. He has a great bed side manner. The entire staff is nice and down to earth. I had Lipo 360 + arms. I’m 14 days post op today. I still have a lot of swelling but my stomach is snatched. To early to tell if he got the bra lines on my back but he’s the best for Lipo in Jacksonville. Highly recommend!

So far my experience has been absolutely amazing with Dr CK, Lori, Courtney and the rest of the team. I can't wait to see what I look like when I wake up in this afternoon. Will post more pictures soon Updated on 25 Feb 2021: I am just feeling clear headed enough to add to my review. I will be adding more pictures from the day of surgery with that hot mess of a body that I had. On the day of surgery I arrived with my daughter and was greeted by Ms Lori and we were taken to a room. The anesthesiologist came in and introduced herself and asked a lot of questions and explained everything that she will be doing and assured us that he wold take good care of me. She is as cute as a button and so sweet. I was introduced to my nurse and I believe her name was Lin. I hope I got the name right because this woman is an angel on earth and I think of her every day. She took great care of me and I felt absolutely loved. Such a special person that I will never forget. She stayed with me though the entire surgery. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this woman and I hope all great things come her way!! After I met her then Dr CK came in and talked to us about what her was going to do and what I could expect and made sure he marked everything that I wanted done. His bedside manner is amazing and her has such a gentle and honest spirit! He never made me feel ashamed of my body and I am so comfortable with him. He really listens and doesn’t rush you at all. He is the absolute bomb and I’m oh so blessed to have found him and his entire team. These are wonderful people that really care about their patients like family. After that everything gets blurry. I just remember waking up n being helped into my car where my family was waiting. It was night time because I had a LONG surgery! This has been a long and rough 7 days after. I’ve been to the office twice and still have drain. I go back tomorrow to see if they can come out. I’m still in pain and very tired but I had a lot done. My body look like it belongs to someone else lol. I’m so excited for the future. Ms Lori is also an angel and has been taking care of me along the way. Today I will post pictures of surgery day and I will do another post as soon as I can get someone to take pictures of me now.
