I am a 53-year-old mother of three grown children. I am 50 years old and as a result of menopause I have experienced vaginal dryness and general laxity. I had the Thermiva treatment and could not be happier with the results. Dr. Garcia conducted an examination and spoke to me in depth about all of my options before recommending what he thought would provide me with the best result. I completed the three treatment procedure at the end of September 2017 and the results have been very satisfying. I have enjoyed intercourse much more! Dr. Garcia spends as much time as needed to answer all questions and his staff is always friendly.

I had the procedure done yesterday. If they say you will experience "discomfort"- laugh. It is truly painful. At one point, I told them that this procedure would be a good replacement for water-boarding. lol. In all seriousness, they could not have been nicer and my technician was very sweet. The first half of the procedure was tolerable. Felt like little zips and an occasional shock. But then the second half, she increased the zapper (I don't know the technical name) and OMG- I felt like I was being electrocuted slowly. The percocet they provided beforehand was providing no noticeable relief. She finally had to stop and went and got me this cool roller thing, which really helped a lot. It numbed my skin and cooled it down. She was then able to finish up with me grabbing the side of the bed. She said I received a total of 600 "shocks". Today I am sore and a little red, but not too bad. I will post before and after pics in about 6 months as that is when the full effect is to take place.
