I am a 53-year-old mother of three grown children. I was diagnosed in 2013 with Sjogren’s Syndrome, which is an autoimmune disorder in which your immune system mistakenly attacks your body’s own cells and tissues. Sjogren’s attacks and destroys all moisture-producing glands including the moisture within the vagina. I started experiencing terrible dryness, vaginal atrophy and painful intercourse. It really affected me in a detrimental way. I always had the feeling of pressure and throbbing plus the need to constantly go to the restroom. It felt like there was sandpaper between my legs. I am 50 years old and as a result of menopause I have experienced vaginal dryness and general laxity. I had the Thermiva treatment and could not be happier with the results. Dr. Garcia conducted an examination and spoke to me in depth about all of my options before recommending what he thought would provide me with the best result. I completed the three treatment procedure at the end of September 2017 and the results have been very satisfying. I have enjoyed intercourse much more! Yesterday I went in for my 1st treatment with the Fotona tight sculpting. I originally went for a consultation for the Ultra shape power but since I have loose skin she recommended the laser as it is suppose to melt off the fat and generate collagen growth to tighten skin. The laser requires 4 treatments about 2-3 weeks apart. I am also getting the I-lipo 2 times a week, my 1st treatment is tomorrow. I really hope this works. I've been eating healthy and exercising the past few months and have lost 4 lbs but my belly fat hasn't even budged. I hope this will give me jump start I need. I will post pics soon. Updated on 9 Jun 2017: Had treatment yesterday lost about 1 inch Updated on 12 Feb 2019: Do not bother with this tight sculpting. It was a total waste of money. I am now looking to have a TT which is what I should have done in the first place. I could have saved a few thousand dollars. After these treatments I drinks LOTS of water, work up a good sweat walking and /or exercising and I would lose and inch maybe 1 1/2 inch and weeks later it came back. It was a lot of money for a temporary fix. They said it would take 3-4 months to see true results, Nothing, that's what I saw. No skin tightening, no fat loss NOTHING!

Young mom of two! Tired and stressed; was hoping to look more refreshed! First time treatment was quick and painless! Love the results!! See picture! (91 units of Dysport total: treating forehead lines, crows feet, and frown lines) I love the way it makes my skin feel tight. Saw almost instant results, which is why I chose Dysport over Botox.

I had the procedure done yesterday. If they say you will experience "discomfort"- laugh. It is truly painful. At one point, I told them that this procedure would be a good replacement for water-boarding. lol. In all seriousness, they could not have been nicer and my technician was very sweet. The first half of the procedure was tolerable. Felt like little zips and an occasional shock. But then the second half, she increased the zapper (I don't know the technical name) and OMG- I felt like I was being electrocuted slowly. The percocet they provided beforehand was providing no noticeable relief. She finally had to stop and went and got me this cool roller thing, which really helped a lot. It numbed my skin and cooled it down. She was then able to finish up with me grabbing the side of the bed. She said I received a total of 600 "shocks". Today I am sore and a little red, but not too bad. I will post before and after pics in about 6 months as that is when the full effect is to take place.
