Going into this I wasn't sure what to expect. I am from Virginia where the cost of surgery is a lot higher than in Florida, so I drove down with some family to get this surgery done. I stayed for one week before making the drive back up. The surgery- Impeccable. I needed to have an extended tummy tuck because of my c-sections years ago. This surgery changed my life. Dr. Pinella was professional, precise, and very informative on what to expect. The nurses were amazing. I wish I could spell her name properly, but specifically my nurse after surgery was just everything you could want in a nurse. You need to make arrangements for where to stay after surgery for a week, but this is part of getting a price to look in the mirror and be happy with yourself. Manage that expectation a hospital costs a ton to stay in. You can do it perfectly fine on your own trust me. I was up and taking little walks the day after my surgery. Do your research make a list of what you need and take care of yourself. I mostly did it myself with little assistance from my family member. Plus they send you home with all the paperwork you need to know what to do and watch out for. Bottom line is if you're going to pick a Doctor in Florida you should pick Pinella or if you can't get him still go with South Florida Cosmetic Surgery Center cause they know what they're doing, they have the best price for whatever you want, and you won't end up some horror story out there. I literally every day look in the mirror and thank myself for going through with it but more importantly I thank Dr. Pinella. I struggled all my life to feel happy with my appearance and this was the best decision I ever made for myself. If you are looking into surgery in Florida, go Pinella and you'll know you made an amazing decision.

I had my tummy tuck 6 months ago. I could not be happier. I wanted one for 30 years. I had so many stretch marks and extra skin from childbirth. When I selected Dr. Pinnella, I definitely made the right choice. He is a true artist and the incision line was done perfectly and 6 months later I barely have a scar. It is amazing! I am going back for a breast lift/reduction in a few weeks. I highly recommend Dr. Pinnella.

Dr. Pinnella is an excellent surgeon. He has many years of experience and did an excellent surgery for me. I am impressed with the fact he stated “he’s seen it all” and I was a really a complicated case. Healing has gone well both physically and mentally and I will choose this clinic again.

I got a extended tummy tuck with lipo of the flanks, and a breast lift with reconstruction. Dr pinella was amazing. He was direct and helped me decide what I needed to do to my body to get my desired results. The staff was amazing. I would recommend the center to anyone who asks.

Súper nice , and does great work . my overall experience was great from the pre op down to the anesthesiologist all my questions and concerns were answered by everyone. I initially was going to pay for an augmentation with a lift until i met with doc P and told me all I needed was a lift! saved me $1500! i was ecstatic because i didn’t know what exactly i wanted and he put the image in my head of an idea of what i’d look like. also shout out to tamkia, jackie , daphne and melinda !

Hello! Dr. Pinnella and his staff are amazing!!!!! He did my breast lift and aug back in 2010 and since he was so amazing I went back for my mommy makeover once I was done having babies! 4 kids later and the results are amazing in my opinion!! I feel like I look better than I did before kids beat decision ever!! I had an anchor breast lift with 250cc saline implants, flanks lipo, muscle repair and full tummy tuck.
