5 out of 5 stars Ultherapy

Clear the Air on Pain Expectations. - Fort Lauderdale, FL

Yesterday I was truly fortunate to have a full face and neck Ultherapy session. I'm a 45 year old man beginning to experience a laxity in the skin on my face and neck. Prior to going in for the procedure - I found RealSelf in search of others reviews on the procedure. I have to be honest and admit that the comments about needing pain meds really made me think twice. I was terrified to feel...

Another Tummy Tuck in a Different Area - Fort Lauderdale, FL

I have had the coolsculpting 2 1/2 years ago in the tummy area and I didn't have any discomfort. My tummy is flat and loving it and then I went again to do the above the tummy and felt more tingly, sore etc on February 13, 2015 and yesterday (the 19th), I felt very awkward all day and night yesterday feeling very uncomfortable, so I took advil before I went to bed and it is much better today...

The Pain Subsides... and Yes It's Worth It. - Fort Lauderdale, FL

Ok, folks, I'm a 48 year old guy who now knows what it must feel like for women having cramps once a month. I initially had my first round of Coolsculpting done on my abdomen and flanks. Four hours/treatment locations. The pain was relevant after a few days - when the numbness subsided allowing the pain to be more pronounced. It's a very crampy, sore to the touch response. At the time -...

Excellent Scupltra -- He's a Real Artist - Fort Lauderdale, FL

I've been injected with sculptra many times over the last 6-7 years. This doctor is tops. Sculptra is about sculpting your face, so it takes a lot of artistic talent. This doctor has what it takes. One thing that shows his expertise is that he uses different needle sizes for different part of the face. He also puts a little bit here and a little bit there, using it very carefully. I've been...

30 Years Old-- Definitely recommend it for a mini facelift...- Fort Lauderdale, FL

I'm 30. I gained and then lost 65 lbs over a 3 year period in my 20's and my face hasn't ever been as youthful and full since. Not bad, just not full. I've used moderate botox and filler to lift my face and for preventative treatment. The results have been great! I heard about Ultherapy online when I went looking for new treatments for my mom who is in her 60s. After reading about it and the...

5 out of 5 stars Botox

Committed to Excellence - Fort Lauderdale, FL

I selected Unknown in the Service provided box because various things were done and "Various" was not a review option. I had Botox for frown line reduction in my forehead and a couple different kind of fillers in my cheeks and temple area.

5 out of 5 stars Restylane

Consummate Professionals - Fort Lauderdale, FL

Why did I do it? Because I am 40 and want to look 27 again, of course! Although Dr. WIll cannot perform miracles, he sure came close! He is truly a telented and gifted physician. I could not be happier with my results!

2 out of 5 stars Mole Removal

I Felt Rushed and Unimportant - Fort Lauderdale, FL

Rating given to due to poor bedside manner, feeling rushed, and not having questions answered. I went to Dr. Richardson because a friend had recommended him and his office to me. I found out afterwards that they had never even dealt with Dr. Richardson directly and had actually never seen him, only his associates. I had my appointment with Dr. Richardson earlier this year to get some moles checked out. When I was called back into the examination room, I was asked to take off my shirt and Dr. Richardson would be in momentarily. Almost 15 minutes later, (while freezing in the room) Dr. Richardson comes in. He begins the exam by asking me why I've come in, which is already on the paperwork that I had filled out previously. I told him that I'd like to get some moles checked out along with a few other skin irritations. As he's doing the exam, he's not asking questions, and completely disregarding eveything that I'm saying to him. While in the middle of the exam, he finds it necessary to say "You're a perfect candidate for Body Sculpting." I felt that this was a little rude considering I was there to have moles looked at and not a consultation on any sort of body enhancements. Finishing up the exam, I point out a few moles/skin stuff that I have been concerned about, which again, he dismisses without any sort of explanation. Again, I felt rushed and unimportant, as if I was wasting his time. He recommended that I return a week later to the other office in Bayview to have two moles on my back removed, which I did. The procedure was not carried out by the Doctor himself, which was not an issue at all. I went back when the results came in and they told me that they had not gotten all of one of the moles out and that the results were "irregular". I asked exactly what the meant and they proceeded to tell me that it's "just irregular" and that I should not be worried. I was then asked if I'd like to have the "rest" of it removed right now or "just keep an eye on it." All in all, the experiences at both of these locations we sub-par, in my opinion, for a medical practice.

1 out of 5 stars Glycolic Peel

Disastrous peel - Fort Lauderdale, FL

At the first visit, without preamble other than " lets do a peel", he applied a product that burned terribly and left me peeling and in pain for 5 days, I looked awful and the results afterwards were not worth the pain and trouble, I still had scars and dark marks. I wish I had been explained properly what the consequences of this " harmless" application of whatever the product he applied...

5 out of 5 stars Botox

He Just Whiped the Years Away. - Fort Lauderdale, FL

Can't say how pleased I am with Dr. Richardson. I feel 8 years younger and am happy with my results. looking forward to my next visit. Front start to end the entire procedure was pain free. The team was great from booking my appointment to following up with me. Dr. Richardson explained all my options and helped me choose the best course of treatment.

The New Era of Facial Non-surgical Restoration

As a seasoned veteran in facial injectables I have restored facial contours with a number of products from temporary hyaluronic acids, large-particle hyaluronic acids with complex cross-linkings to provide longevity, to poly-L-lactic acid.  The results have been acceptable for the era in which they existed to restore the aged face.  Similarly, there was an era where it was like the air you breathe that you took a horse-and-carriage to the market and then there came the engine which gave...
