Let me start off with I have been putting this off for years I was nervous and kept moving it back but I finally decided to go for it when I tell you I am very happy. I had my consultation in June my surgery was set for January. The customer service was amazing and the staff was awesome as well. I had my post opp and surgery on the same day. I spoke with Dr. Alvarez the day of my procedure when I tell you he listened to everything I said he delivered. He asked me what look I was going for and I told him I want a forever cleavage and perky boobs but not big but a full c omg! I got just I asked for they look so good already. Breast lift with implants 310 cc on both sides high profile. Updated on 31 Mar 2021: After 10 weeks I feel great I can sleep anyway I want I can exercise and they feel like my breast I dont feel like I have implants they feel like they are naturally mines. I have not went bra shopping yet so honestly don't know my exact size but I will post more updates with clothes, but here's a glimpse of the 10 week point.

Hello everyone I went to Mia Aesthetics in Miami for a BBL 360.It was very scary but I did it and I’m fine. I am 43 yrs old with two children. I plan on having more procedures done in 2020 with Dr Alvarez.

I had surgery on 9/20 with Dr Alvarez. He went with saline round high profile over the muscle 800cc implant with implant and lift both done through my nipple. I told him I wanted big, round, and fake and he delivered. I am so obsessed with them. I brought him like 5-6 wish pics and said do your thing. That’s exactly what he did. Best choice ever. Updated on 3 Nov 2019: I added chin lipo to my BA/BL and I am so glad that I did!! I see a big difference!! I will be honest though - I didn’t wear the head compression like I was suppose to. I feel like I have lose skin but that is my fault.

You don't even know how much you've changed my life. I am forever grateful! Updated on 19 Oct 2019: When I got back to Texas, everything up to this point was so unreal. I wish I would have better documented my journey.... but it I what it is. I had a salpingectomy years back. This scar on my lower abdomen is the result of that surgery. I haven’t seen too many women go into a bbl surgery having dealt with this issue. Usually I see women going straight for a good old fashioned Tummy Tuck. And of course, the results are usually phenomenal! However if you don’t want a tummy tuck and are hoping to get nice results with just a BBL, I hope this little bit of information helps! Updated on 19 Oct 2019: When I got home I was very swollen and uncomfortable. In fact I feel the hardest part of this whole transition was having to sleep on my stomach all the time . And it was actually just uncomfortable from time to time .. It got old real quick-the pain was not as bad as I thought it would be though. Updated on 19 Oct 2019: I started to wear a waist trainer along with body shaping massages And my waist starting to look real nice! My booty started to soften and I was liking how it was coming together! I was eating good! Lots of protein, greens and buckets of water! I also got back in the gym at around 3 mo po. I felt great! Updated on 20 Oct 2019: It’s been almost a year since my surgery and I feel pretty good. My body has has been through so much, physically and mentally. I feel like I need to let my body rest because of all I have put it through, but that’s not gonna happen anytime soon. There’s still maintenance work that needs to be done! I feel like this subject needs to be addressed more frequently because this is 50% of your outcome. The surgeon and his team can only do so much, the rest is up to you! Once you leave that establishment and go home, your BBL IS IN YOUR OWN HANDS. Especially those of you who travel to have work done. Bbl surgery and recovery is NO JOKE! Research and plan wise.

Just want to write this review thanking doctor Alvarez for my amazing results, at first i was super scared because it's my first surgery ever, i met Dr. Alvarez they day of my surgery explained to him my wishes didn't even need to show him a wish pic & I'm glad because my results are even better than the wish pic i was going to show him , i did a breast lift with implants i told him i was scared of having that ugly Anchor scar which i really didn't want. He told me i really didn't need it, mind you i went to 3 different consultations with three different doctors none of them were actually listening to me the way Dr. Alvarez did! I'm super blessed and thankful i will be seeing you again in the future you've made me the happiest girl on earth:) !!

I'm so excited! Is there anyone else going to the Austin location in January? I'm so nervous so If anyone has any tips or info about massages in the Austin location that would be appreciated! Also anything I should be aware of?

Booked for November 7th with Dr. Alvarez. I'm super excited/nervous. Extended tummy tuck and fat transfer to butt and hips (mainly hips) to be completed. I'm super nervous/excited. Pictures to come... Updated on 3 Nov 2019: 4 days before surgery & concerned that my butt/hips will not be as full as I would like. Only 1000cc’s of fat can be transferred when getting a combination procedure. Hoping for the best . Updated on 21 Nov 2019: Results are great. Still quite a bit of swelling/soreness/tightness in my abdomen and back. My butt is still very firm where the fat was transferred. Updated on 9 Apr 2021: Hey guys so I’m about a year & a half Post Op. I’m in LOVE with my shape, but hate my scarring. My scar seems higher than the average TT and uneven in some areas. Looking into getting a tattoo to cover, or some sort of scar revision.
