You look wonderful. I'm going to him in June/July 2020 for BBL with fat transfer. Any words of encouragement would be great. Anything in particular I should do beforehand?

Good luck with your surgery! I'm sure you're gonna love your results! One thing I definitely would like to advise you on is the po after care MASSAGES! My surgery price included 3 po care massages which we're supposed to be 1 hour each and they were 10-15 min each. So definitely make sure you book with someone outside of Mia. They are pretty pricey- if possible, don't cut any corners when it comes to your recovery care! Get the best po massages you can. I can't stress how important it is for you to get out as much fluid as possible before you start to heal. Good luck! And Dr Alvarez is fkg AMAZING!! He really does like some of the best work!!

When I got back to Texas, everything up to this point was so unreal. I wish I would have better documented my journey.... but it I what it is.
I had a salpingectomy years back. This scar on my lower abdomen is the result of that surgery. I haven’t seen too many women go into a bbl surgery having dealt with this issue. Usually I see women going straight for a good old fashioned Tummy Tuck. And of course, the results are usually phenomenal! However if you don’t want a tummy tuck and are hoping to get nice results with just a BBL, I hope this little bit of information helps!

When I got home I was very swollen and uncomfortable. In fact I feel the hardest part of this whole transition was having to sleep on my stomach all the time . And it was actually just uncomfortable from time to time .. It got old real quick-the pain was not as bad as I thought it would be though.
