I ask myself the question "Why did I wait so long to do this? " Should have done this years ago! The results are amazing! I am about 2 months post-op and feeling like a million bucks at age 52! I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair, a breast lift (no implants!) and lipo in the surrounding areas. Dr Urbaniak and his staff were amazing from beginning to end. From the ladies at the front desk, to Hannah who walked me through every step of the way to Eva, who I wish I could have with me at all times as my personal assistant post-op, to Dr. Urbaniak who is truly an artist. I couldn't have chosen a better practice. They stayed in constant contact with me throughout and I am healing beautifully!

I could not recommend Dr Urbaniak more!!! From the moment I walked in the office, his entire staff made me feel welcome and at home. Dr Urbaniak spent as much time as I needed during my consult to make sure I had answers to all of my questions. I felt so at peace that I cancelled my other consults - I knew Dr Urbaniak was the one. Dr. Urbaniak and his staff are top notch and go above and beyond in all circumstances. I was introduced to Dr. Urbaniak 5 days before my scheduled mastectomies and at the time didn’t have a plan for reconstruction. He consulted with my surgeon and with confidence agreed to take my case. His manner, professionalism and sincerity were all I needed to proceed with certainty. I believed in him and felt a sense of relief. The outcome of the reconstruction is amazing. He is a perfectionist and works with you in a way to achieve the most beautiful results. Dr. Urbaniak is technically the best and executes in a way that makes you feel important to him. He’s empathetic & confident. He’s lighthearted & serious. He has a heart for breast cancer patients & inspired me to believe that all things are possible. I recommend without hesitation and with experience. He will exceed all expectations.

I had been wanting my breast lifted for a very long time. I breastfeed 2 children and they were very saggy and uneven. I had talked about it for over 15 years. Finally, I was at a point in my life where I could afford to do this procedure and also was able to take the time to recover since my children are now grown. I'm so happy I did this. I feel so much better about my self. Dr Urbanick is a great doctor and my breast look and feel so real! I did not want them to look fake and they truly do not. I was very nervous to have this done and I took my time to do my research. I went on 6 consultations and Dr Urbanick was the last one and I found what I was looking for. He and his staff made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely use him in the future if I decide to do anything else.

Best reconstructive plastic surgeon I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with his staff is wonderful his bedside manner is wonderful and his work is excellent I don't know what I would have done without him after having a double MA sec to me and I am going in for a face lift

Absolutely LOVE both Dr. Roderick Urbanism and Dr. Ginger Urbaniak (Dr.G)! Dr. R. Urbanism performed a brow lift and extremely happy with the results and would totally use him again for any plastic or hand surgery. Dr. G is just a delight! She has been great with boots, fillers but especially helping me get on a skin care regiment that I follow. Today alone I had 5 different friends, all separately, mention how great my skin looks! The staff are always very helpful, pleasant. I highly recommend this practice!

outstanding, not just him but his staff as well. I lost count of how many times I went back for follow ups, all of course at no cost to me. Dr. Urbaniak walked me through the whole process as it had been 22 years previously since I had first had them done. He made sure I was COMPLETELY happy with what I was getting and that he understood EXACTLY what I wanted. Even after my procedure he continued to evaluate how my body was reacting to the new implants and wanted to be sure I was completely happy with the final procedure. Which of course I was!!!

My dermatologist recommended that I have a plastic surgeon remove skin cancer from my nose and do reconstructive surgery as well. It was a no- brainer for me to select Dr. Urbaniak. 6 months prior, he did my breast implant replacement surgery and i was thrilled with the results. Of course, I was nervous about this surgery, but I knew I was in good hands. 6 months later, you truly can not tell that I ever had reconstructive surgery on my nose. He is an outstanding plastic surgeon as well as a caring and compassionate person. His staff is very efficient, friendly and fun!!

Dr. Urbaniak performed breast implant replacement surgery for me in January, 2015. From the time I walked into his office for the initial consultation, through the surgery and post-surgery follow-up appointments, I felt truly comfortable. Dr. Urbaniak is not only extremely professional and talented, he is also very compassionate. I always had a list of questions at each of my appointments and he would pull up a chair, listen to and answer all of my questions. He is off the charts amazing. The staff at Dr. Urbaniak's office is fantastic. They always made me feel like I was part of their family. I am truly happy with my results.

I recently had a breast augmentation and face life by Dr. Urbaniak. BOTH CAME OUT EXCELLENT. Dr. Urbaniak did a spectacular job. I feel like a new woman.
