I didn't see the doctor but everyone I did see was friendly and helpful. I just moved to the area and needed a place to get my Dysport injections, Ultimate Image Cosmetic Medical Center is it. I'll be a regular client now.

This doctor was so comforting and nice. He did an amazing job on my cheek, lip and smile line fillers. I will definitely be going back when I’m back in town. I might just be addicted now lol I love the results!

I’ve been going to Dr. Besnoff for years now to try to get ahead of aging. The results are natural and beautiful and I cannot recommend him enough. He truly has an innate gift. Oh and his staff is just incredible!

Went in for brow lines & cheeks - first time there great staff but mostly great doctor - saw immediate results - no bruising. Wow. Very pleased. Also pricing was good. Drove from St Petersburg & normally I would not go out of my way but definitely worth it will be returning to this office.

I've been here twice for Botox treatments. Great experience, everyone is very friendly, professional and takes the time to ensure you understand what's going on and address any question or concerns. What struck me the most with the personnel, including Dr. Besnoff, is that you don't feel rushed in any way. The vibe is that you are there to be taken care of. Everyone I've encountered made a point of handling my time and treatment with kindness, information, and interaction that made me feel very valued and cared for. Bravo!

The top picture is before, the middle is the day of, and the bottom is two weeks after. I had developed lines on my upper lip, as well as lost some of the fullness of my lips over time. I was nervous to have fillers in the area because I really did not want an obvious or fake looking change, but I was so self-conscious about the lines in the area, that I found myself unconsciously covering my mouth while speaking. Dr. B was wonderful, really listened to what I was telling him, and recommended a great plan. I had a little swelling and some small bruise spots the day after, but I didn’t find it to be a problem at all. All marks we’re gone by the second day, and I am extremely happy with the results! From the time you check In till-till the time you leave you feel like you are the only patient-beyond special. My first Botox/dysport and could not be happier. Feel thankful that I was refer to this practice.

My first dabble with neurotoxins (dysport) couldn't have gone any better. Carla did a fantastic job with my original injections and Dr. Besnoff topped them off at my 2 week follow up with an expert touch. Looks exactly how I had hoped and at no time tried to sell me on more services as I'm just baby-stepping into the world of injectables and fillers. Will definitely go back rather than trying to save a buck here and there with groupons elsewhere (although his practice does run great specials). Excellent provider!

Dr. Besnoff is my far one of the most amazing, compassionate, doctors that actually listens to what you want done. Does an excellent job and takes his time and explains every single thing he does.
