The top picture is before, the middle is the day of, and the bottom is two weeks after.
I had developed lines on my upper lip, as well as lost some of the fullness of my lips over time. I was nervous to have fillers in the area because I really did not want an obvious or fake looking change, but I was so self-conscious about the lines in the area, that I found myself unconsciously covering my mouth while speaking. Dr. B was wonderful, really listened to what I was telling him, and recommended a great plan. I had a little swelling and some small bruise spots the day after, but I didn’t find it to be a problem at all. All marks we’re gone by the second day, and I am extremely happy with the results! I will definitely be going to see him again soon.

This is a fabulous result. Enjoy. Options for smoker lines or barcode lines can be filler lightly placed under the skin, also micro needling to help with collagen production can assist with preventing further skin degradation.

Great results What filler did you have and how much was used ? Just wondering if the dr used a canula or a needle. I’ve tried a very well known dr in the Uk but she just left me bruised and very lumpy lips with no visual benefit to the top lip lines. Your results are fantastic.

Hi there, Dr. Besnoff used the filler Refine, and used a fine needle, definitely not a cannula. I’m honestly not sure how much he used, I purchased 1 vial(?), but think he said he didn’t need all of it.

Hi feelingdroudy! I'm curious what filler your dr used because I had the same thing happen to me with Juvaderm Volbella. Lumpy lips and hard lumps in the top lip. She only injected in the upper lip border but somehow I have a hughe hard lump in my upper lip and the outline of my lips are lumpy not smooth.

Hi feelingdroudy, what EXACTLY did your dr. do on you that your lines around the lips didn't work? It's important to know the details of not only "what" but also "how" they'll do whatever procedure.

Rita Rakus London she used princess filler via a needle for top lip lines total waste of money. Left with lines looking worse and lumps inside the top lip I was offered a procedure to dissolve but I didn’t want her touching my lips again
Refund taken and I would never go back to her for any treatment.

Lip filler using a syringe left with bruised lumpy lips still have hard lumps inside my top lip no benefit what so ever to top lip lines infact they are more prominent now than before that’s why I was asking what the doctor used to get such good results but it seems no response to this question from the reviewer.

Hello! Happy to explain further; I didn’t actually have any filler injected into my lips to make them fuller, I only had filler injected into the vertical lines on my upper lip. I started developing what’s commonly called “smokers lines” in my 20s (although I’ve never smoked), I think they’re just hereditary. He was able to remove them by injecting a very fine filler just under the skin along those lines.

Oh dwnrbnsn you look SUPER WONDERFUL with all little lines around lips gone!!! Please could you explain to us EXACTLY step by step what (and how) your dr. did to obtain such a magical result??? If the treatment sounds good, I wouldn't mind traveling to FL from NYC....ENJOY YOUR NEW YOU!!! And please do tell us..... :o)
