I first got implants in 1977 when I was 20. I was a AA/AAA and all nipple no breast or very little. It has been so long I do not remember what they looked like. I had gastric bypass sept2010. I went from being a size 20 to a size 4. I hate that I feel uglier now than when I was heavy. I look ok in clothes, but it all falls apart when I'm naked.
