I went in for my first lip filler appointment and can’t wait to come back! Since the moment I walked in the whole staff was so friendly and super helpful. I was nervous as I have never gotten anything done before, but was extremely excited to finally go through with it. My results are exactly what I asked for/ what I needed. Informative and Helpful
From the ease of scheduling online to checking out. The spa had so many open appointments and the online booking makes it convenient. As a first time customer they welcomed me warmly. The treatment process was smooth, I asked several questions that were answered in depth. Like getting a lip flip and why I should get a few other spots injected to help with muscle tone overall. I go this week for my two week follow up and I’m getting some IPL next.

Great spa but the cancellation set up is a big problem
I really enjoyed my first time at Grace Medical. Service was great, stuff was friendly but the cancellation set up is a big problem. Unfortunately I had some emergency and called to cancel 24 hours in advance. I know they have a 48 hour notice for cancellations. Anyway, they didn’t try to work out to waive the fee one time only . I was planning to continue to use their services, I usually get a fácil every 3 months, some Botox. Also was going to bring my husband Daniel for Botox

Comfortable and Knowledgeable
It was the first time I had been and I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was clean, comfortable and warm. Christina did a fabulous job and was so knowledgeable it really made me feel comfortable. I can’t wait to pamper myself again!

Great location, great staff! Love Alma and her work! She is amazing as always, she did an Absolutely amazing job with my under eye filler and dysport! I was very nervous but she made the experience very comfortable and painless!
