Fourth Implant Exchange and My Breasts Have Never Looked More Beautiful!

I had my first augmentation in my 20’s; I had a rupture and implant exchange in my early 30’s and then another exchange in my early 40’s because I did not like the size and feel of the implants. By the third augmentation surgery, I had to have drains to reduce the likelihood of scar tissue developing- and it was a much longer recovery. After I turned 50, one of the implants ruptured. This time, the breast quickly developed scar tissue and turned hard and was uncomfortable to the touch. I was so concerned that no doctor would be able to perform an implant exchange and that my breasts would never again look healthy and natural. However- Dr. Williams did exactly that! He took the time to remove all the scar tissue and I didn’t even have to have drains! I am so happy with the results and recommend Dr. Williams without hesitation. Additionally, his staff was amazing. They were responsive, informative, friendly, and highly professional.

Day before TT & Lipo

Tomorrow is the day. I'm super anxious and nervous but excited too. We just got back from vacation so not awesome timing but I wanted to be done before the kids went back to school so I could drive them. Here are my before pics. I can't wait to see the afters! I'm 5'7'' about 170lbs. I have lost almost 40lbs since kids. 3 kiddos, 3 csections. Oldest is 8 and was 9lbs14oz, 2nd is 6 and was 9lbs 4oz and the youngest is 2.5 and was 8lbs 2oz. Here we go! Updated on 6 Aug 2017: 2 days post op and I feel pretty good. I'm tired and swollen but I'm up and moving a bit. I went for a very short walk outside today. I'm hoping to extend that walk a bit every day. No photos because I haven't been brave enough to look Updated on 8 Aug 2017: Moving around well. Everything is looking great, no photos yet but that's cause I forget when all the garments are all off and I'm too much of a wuss to try to take them off myself ???? Updated on 8 Aug 2017: I snapped a quick picture when I got my pjs on. Updated on 10 Aug 2017: Finally off of everything today. No Tylenol, nothing. And still feeling good. Yay Updated on 11 Aug 2017: Updated on 14 Aug 2017: Woohoo! Starting to see my waist get smaller. The swelling is intense around the incision line though. Hoping that goes down soon! Today I get my embrace scar treatment on. Updated on 17 Aug 2017: I'm able to drive, I can do most things around the house, dishes, kinda laundry (our washer is really deep...) , cleaning and some computer work. And look! A waist!!

Embrace Scar Therapy Treatment a Must!!! - Lone Tree, CO

I used Embrace Scar Therapy Treatment after a full tummy tuck and I couldn't be happier. Not only did it help with the scar healing, but it reduced the pain in my abdomen following my surgery and it allowed me to wear skinny jeans just a week after my procedure! My scar is barely noticeable now, just 4 months after surgery. Highly recommend!

Tummy Tuck a Need for This 40+ Year Old Momma of 3 - Lone Tree, CO

I love the results! No more hernias and no more looking like I'm 6 months pregnant. You wouldn't believe how many people, strangers mostly, asked when I was due. It was embarrassing because no matter how many crunches or core work I did, it never helped. Dr. Jeremy did an amazing job and the Embrace Scar Therapy that was applied to my wound made my recovery faster. It also eased the tension in my middle, making it easier to resume life. I would never have a major surgery without it.

45 Year Mom of 3 Mommy Makeover - Parker, CO

I initially had my consultation over a year ago for a breast augmentation. A year later, I was ready to pull the trigger and get my new breasts. I had grappled with my tummy and decided to inquire about it. Dr. Jeremy went over a full abdominoplasty with me and I envisioned no longer having to hide my stomach! I went for both operations simultaneously. Operation lasted over 3 hours. My chest felt like the Denver Broncos were sitting on it after. I wanted large breasts and I got 'em. I was going in a B cup and coming out over a D, fingers crossed. I went with 650 cc Mentor High Profile silicone implants under the muscle. My tummy tuck consisted of abdomen muscle repair, liposuction on my flanks and skin tightening. Day one I hurt heavy in the chest area. Day 2 I felt pretty good. Day 3 recovery was the absolute most difficult. My nerve endings were on FIRE! My boobs were so tender. And that compression garment in July was stifling. But day 4 things were improving and each day was better and better. I am now 3 weeks post op and feel good. My breasts hurt every damn morning from sleeping and muscles not moving (morning boob). Especially lefty. She is a zinger every morning. They are slowly dropping. Process can take 3-4 months. I am currently measuring a 34 DDD (hellloooo boys.....). The compression bra was digging in so the nurse recommended I go braless during the day or find a bra that was comfortable, no underwire. My abdomen is still swollen and that will take LOTS OF TIME AND PATIENCE. But weekly I see improvement. My incision line is stellar. I mean really legit! It's low, straight and small so far. I will start a minor scar treatment this week now that my surgical tape is starting to fall off. And I plan on wearing compression garments daily for months to keep improving my overall look. I took 5 weeks off from work as a flight attendant to ensure sufficient healing and not damaging anything at work. I wish I had done this all sooner. But let me say I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Jeremy is professional, knowledgeable and no pressure. His staff is warm, kind, funny and this office is clean and professional. I would recommend Parker Cosmetology to anyone. Updated on 29 Jul 2016: Updated on 29 Jul 2016: Updated on 29 Jul 2016: Updated on 29 Jul 2016: Updated on 4 Aug 2016: Week 4 post op pics. Feeling good! Updated on 17 Aug 2016: I am 6 weeks post op tomorrow. I did go back to work and worked flights for 5 days straight. Day one was a challenge but I figured out how to navigate the job and healing quick. I wore compression underwear everyday. I didn't see too much difference in swelling. These pictures I took this morning. I don't wear compression garments to bed and have started to reduce time during the day. If I feel some pain or additional swelling, I resort back to them. Overall I am so thrilled with my new body. My left breast is dropping faster than the right. I actually can feel a difference in the breast as they drop. It's a trippy ride I'm on for sure. I would recommend this mommy makeover to anyone who is on the fence. My confidence level is up and I feel great. Today I wore a t-shirt tucked in. I honestly do not know the last time I have done that. MANY YEARS. Anyway, here's updated pics and how I currently look in a swimsuit. I am measuring a large top and small bottom. Updated on 21 Aug 2016: Here's two pics, one of my belly button up close and me in a workout outfit. Weight loss has been slow and gradual. Diet is key. I am so pleased with the results.

38 Year Old Mother, Two Children, Significant Weightloss - Lone Tree, CO

After losing approximate 193 lbs I sought out the expertise of a plastic surgeon to help rid me of my excess skin. I had consultations with three surgeons. The first two surgeons had very different opinions as to what I needed to have done. Their bedside manner was not what fit with my personality. When I came across Dr. Jeremy Williams I knew I found "the one". He didn't make me feel ugly or bad about what I saw as grotesque extra skin. He gave me my options and his opinions on what he'd do if it were his wife or family member. I ultimately decided on a fluer de lis full abdominoplasty with muscle repair and lipo. In addition, I had a breast lift and at his suggestion no implants. First, let me tell you that I was so scared of having an anchor shaped scar on my abdomen. He was right and I am thrilled with the outcome of my tuck. I now have that to die for hour glass shape. I am a perfect 36-26-36! Dr. Williams told me that because I had a big chest (pre lift I was an overflowing 36DD with lots of skin) that he could make me close to the same size and he did not recommend implants. Post lift I am a 34-36 DD and I have perky, perfect young looking breasts. My scars have healed amazingly well and quite frankly unless you're staring at me you'll kit notice any of them. I used a medical grade silicone sheeting to dimimish their appearance. I love how honest Dr. Williams is. He truly wants to make you into the person you want to be. I had went back to him for a thigh lift consultation. I went in two times for the same thing. Both times Dr. Williams discouraged me from the procedure because the long term efficacy of it is not great. He told me he didn't want to take my money on a procedure that I may not be happy with. I value that. He easily could've done it but he's a very honest and caring surgeon. I would recommend Dr. Jeremy Williams without an ounce of hesitation.

29 Year Old Breast Lift/aug-very Happy! - Lone Tree, CO

I am 29 years old, have interviewed 8 docs in the past few years...finally decided on dr Jeremy Williams. He is a wonderful doc, likes to do more natural breasts and is very safe. After having my son, my previous D-DD natural breasts were a small and very very saggy C. Had the lift with 325cc silicone implants under the muscle. Had the lollipop incision as well. It was so easy, very little pain, I was back to work (hairstylist) in 7 days! I really felt like dr Williams really cares about his patients. I would highly recommend him. He is the best!!!!!!

My Mini Tummy Tuck, Muscle Repair & Liposuction of Flanks & Upper Abdomen - Lone Tree, CO

I am 39 years old, I have 4 kids ages 19, 14, 10 & 5. I am very active, run marathons & workout daily. I weigh 120 lbs. after 4 C-Sections & having 4 very large babies.... Biggest 10 lbs 2oz.... My tummy looked awful. After 2 years of working out, sit up, crunches, cross fit.... I even tried velashape & no change in my tummy, I had a mini tummy tuck, muscle repair & liposuction of my upper abdomen & flanks on July 30th 2013. The day of surgery went great & my stomach looked different...better already. The next day I was extremely bruised & swollen. I stopped pain meds after 4 days. My one week appt. I had my drain taken out & everything looked great. It has been 10 days & I'm still tender where I had lipo, my back hurts from walking bent over a bit, I still have the steri strips on my incision.....which is soooo low. Hooray! I have been wearing my compression garment 24/7 & it is uncomfortable. I'm still extremely swollen & bruised from the lipo. I'm quite small & still had a pint of fat removed from my flanks & abdomen. The worst is not being able to do much. Updated on 13 Aug 2013: Here are some pics. I'm heading to my 2 week post op visit. I'm still pretty tender around the lipo areas. Still walking bent over. Hoping the Dr. Williams removes my steri strips so I can see my incision. If he does I'll post more pics! Have a great day! Steph
