I made a big mistake at age 37 and got implants which I hated immediately and ever since. I had had five babies, and my boobs were a little bit saggy and just thought to kind of fill them up, but ended up with much bigger breast that I wanted. I had had five babies, and my boobs were a little saggy. I was convinced by the surgeon I went to that implants were the way to go, and he put in bigger implants, and I had requested. I hated it immediately, and returned to other surgeons for consultations over the years, but never liked their suggestion. I finally found Dr. Duncan and she removed implants and did her technique of a perky lift wear, there are no scars around the nipple! I feel lighter and my back pain and neck pain are gone and I look way better and feel more comfortable in my clothes. Eight weeks out and I’m so happy I did it.

I got Dr. Duncan's signature PerkyLift and it was WORTH EVERY PENNY and all of the months of recovery and diligence. It is a Radio Frequency procedure with dissolvable PDO threads. It was a 6 month process of being extra cautious and patient. I had to tape my breasts which was a pain, I will admit. I found myself nervous about the final results, but I trusted the process and saw the change week after week. The PDO threads dissolved and my breasts lifted and tightened. I now have the natural looking lifted breasts of my dreams! I CANNOT recommend this enough for those wanting a lift but not the scars or severity of invasive surgery. I am so grateful for the work she has done. Again, trust the process, put in the work it takes to care for them. I was lucky enough to have a 1 inch lift! The results are so natural and subtle but sooo powerful! I flew in to Colorado just for her and I would do it again!

I am over 60 years old. I gave birth to my child about 12 years ago. Although my diet has always been healthy, my time to exercise post-pregnancy and in the years since, as a single working mother, have not been enough to decrease the upper and lower abdominal fat I carried, along with the extra 10 or so pounds I could not drop. The extremely positive outcome of my Emsculpt experience with Dr. Duncan and her professional and caring staff have been awesome. I have dropped up 9 to 10 lbs and about 2 to 3 inches in my upper and lower abdominal measurements. I am thrilled. I can fit into my favorite pre-pregnancy clothes and I feel more comfortable getting into a bathing suit, again. In addition, the separation of my central abdominal muscles, which occurs during pregnancy and is called "diastasis recti," has tightened up from 6 cm to 1 cm after undergoing two sets of 6 Emsculpt treatments. This tightening has been sustained over the last 6 months. I cannot thank Dr. Duncan and her wonderful staff enough for their excellent and caring knowledge, thoughtful service and helping me get back to a more fit body. I highly recommend Dr. Duncan and her wonderful staff. The Emsculpt procedure they conducted helped strengthen my muscles and get rid of stubborn abdominal fat and helped me feel fit again. I cannot thank them enough. Updated on 10 Feb 2020: Hoping this effort of adding my photos works, this time. I am glad to share photos of my successful Emsculpt treatments with Dr. Duncan and her wonderful staff. There is no down-time. I was able to attend to the treatments over my lunch time. Again, I am thrilled with the outcome of the Emsculpt treatments.

I simply cannot say enough good things about Dr.Diane Duncan. From the moment I met her I was so impressed with the level of kindness, competence and experience that she radiates. After all the hard work of losing 180lbs I knew the day was coming that I would need a doctors help to finish my weight loss journey. After seeing a skin removal surgery performed on a friend by a general surgeon I was horrified at my prospects. I realized that removing the skin alone wouldn’t be enough. I needed a skilled surgeon with years of experience who knows how to achieve superior results for their clients. That is Dr.Duncan! From consultation to last appointment she has been there, listening and helping as much in my aftercare as she had been up to my surgery day. Her facilities are very up scale and as professionally managed ( by a wonderful and stellar staff) and clean as you would hope to find. At 2 months post I’m very happy with my results and my experience. I’m 5’6” 135 and 57 yrs. I followed my docs instructions to the letter. I did not handle or even look at my new breast often just when I changed dressings.. I had a dry healing method. So didn’t get breasts wet for 6 weeks important to have a hand held shower nozzle when doing that I have worn a very supportive bra 24 -7 and have followed doctors instructions to the letter. I slept on my back almost upright the first 2 weeks and then at 30 degree angle for at least 6 weeks until I felt no pressure at all when I laid on my side. I am only lightly massaging the lower scar area on the left side where I have a few firm spots and it is pulling up a bit at the T and using very little vitamin E I massage once every other day or so. I expect that to relax in the next few months. More work was done on that side so more trauma. I have 6 months to consider any revision but am optimistic that the area pulling up will relax, I will speak with my surgeon about options if it does not settle down. I am still swollen and that fluctuates depending on food and drink. A low salt/sugar/caffeine/spicy diet is best I can tell almost immediately after eating or drinking something if I’m going to react to those things. I had soup crackers and plenty of water the first week...then chicken And eggs kept it simple lots of protein and more water...drank 5-6 bottles in 25 hours. By week 4 I was back to regular diet. No real issues with constipation after surgery but good to have something incase you do. The tissue removed under my left arm/under breast/off breast took with it the tissue infected with nerve pain from shingles I had summer of 2017. Doc also removed lymph nodes on left side. I may not ever have had a BR if it weren’t for that horrid nerve pain..or PHN. So I feel very fortunate that we were able to accomplish that. There was no promise that the surgery could alleviate the nerve pain that laid exactly where my bra sat and ran into and under my left breast. I feel very fortunate. I’m currently a solid 36C and think I’ll end up a 36B but am happy where I’m at too. The most remarkable part of my experience is that I have no more pain. This was one of the best decisions of my life. I walk taller, feel proportionate. Grooves on shoulders are easing up too. And PHN gone. I slept on my back upright for 6 weeks and am wearing good underwire support with underarm support during day now and jog bras with molded support at nite. I may be getting a stitch coming out, I had one before went to doc office and they removed it for me. Looks like a little bump isn’t painful just irritating. My best advise when you get home from surgery is to slow down. And before surgery my best advise is to slow down. Talk to at least 3 doctors before and research the procedure look at many reviews not just worth it reviews so you know the risks involved ie...make certain only one doctor will be involved in your procedure...I have read some bad reviews from people who have 2 completely different boob results done by 2 different doctors :/ so be careful. The longer you abstain from smoke or drink the better as Circulation and hydration are CRUCIAL to a good outcome. Then when it’s done rest a lot, don’t overdo it,don’t lift your arms you just had MAJOR surgery!!! You’ll have better days and worse days, rest on all of those days. You’ll heal about 10% a month...let that sink in and PROTECT your investment whether insurance covered it or not! Best of luck to you.

On Friday, September 14, I received some minimal procedures with Dr. Duncan. I previously had been a patient of a doctor in another state. When I move here, Dr. Duncan was recommended to me. I must say that the work she did was transformative in the 45 minutes I was there. Later in the week, a pharmacist, whom I had known for several months prior to my appointment with Dr. Duncan, looked at me and said, "I must say, you do NOT look (my age)!" Bottom line: Awesome work! Great staff! Wonderful results!

I have never been so happy in my life! I was a 32A (didn't even fill out the A cup) I went into the office embarrassed to even have Dr. Duncan look at me. I didn't even feel comfortable in letting my husband see me naked. She was so professional and kind. Don't get me wrong.. she told me the things that I needed to do on my part to make the surgery a success, she could only do the surgery I had to do the rest. And I was going to make damn sure that everything she told me to do...I WAS going to do. This is an investment in myself so why wouldn't I! I just had my 6 week photo shoot and I teared up a couple of times with the before and after photos....I look AMAZING!!! I am confident in myself I stand taller and I feel like a new person. I have even let my husband look at me naked!!! That is a BIG deal!!! Thank you Dr. Duncan and your wonderful caring staff for all you have done for me!

Dr Duncan and her team are extremely personable, educated, and professional. They made what was a scary experience a complete ease and I could not be more pleased with my results. Before my surgery I was afraid that I would feel guilty about having an augmentation or regret doing it. I am a mother of two amazing daughters who were born 16 months apart and I nursed both of them for a year. I loved my breasts before I had children, but after nursing my daughters I had hardly any tissue left in my breasts. Dr. Duncan does not guarantee a size nor does she do "bolt ons". I describe what Dr. Duncan does as breast restoration and enhancement. I also had one breast the was smaller and shaped slightly different than the other. Dr. Duncan corrected the discrepancy while still leaving an extremely natural look. From the moment I saw my breasts after augmentation I was thrilled. No regret or remorse. I would do it a thousand times over again. I am so happy I made the decision for myself! I did it for no one but myself and I love my result!

I had 2 big babies. Every time I lost weight I still had an "apron" & had to Stuff it in my pants; also had a "roll" over the top. Have seen women who got yeast infections & skin breakdown under it & I didn't want that as I age. I feel so much better & healthier which was my goal! Well worth it!
