Gold Standard Plastic Surgeon

Dr Grossman recently performed extensive liposuction on my abdomen and chest and I could not be more thrilled with the results. Anytime I asked friends and other doctors, Dr Grossman was always mentioned as a rock solid choice. Personally, I now refer to him as the gold standard for plastic surgery in Denver. My initial consult with the doctor was relaxed and easy. He understood my goals, simply and thoughtfully explained the process, and instilled such confidence. I don't know how many surgeries the doctor has done but I feel like I am the beneficiary of all his experience. I am 3 months out and even though it is December I don't want to put on my shirt! Whether my expectations were high or low, but I can definitely say the results far exceed them.

Love Dr Grossman, Absolute Artist

Dr Grossman is amazing. He's kind, he listens, he's an absolute artist. I had a maxoplesty with implants, mentoplasty and rhinoplasty. I didn't want to look too large in my chest and they look completely natural. My nose and chin weren't even bad but now my profile and nose are absolutely stunning. I cried I was so happy with my rhinoplasty results. I absolutely recommend.

Liposuction in December 2017

My experience with Dr. Grossman has been life changing. He is patient, understanding, and knowledgeable of the medical field. He was willing to work with my busy schedule and fit me in very quickly. He preformed liposuction of my upper and lower abdominal, love handles, back fat, saddle bags, and did a skin removal from my lower abdominal. The incisions have healed beautifully and bruising has improved. I only needed pain meds for 4 days after my surgery. I was back to regular household duties two days after.

Early 20s Labiaplasty in Denver

I had this procedure over a year ago and it was the best thing for me. My motivations were not cosmetic, but functional. My labia were VERY long, so long that during an obgyn commented on it when doing a procedure (not in a negative way, she just said it was not normal and may be covered by insurance). it wasn't covered - but I would gladly do it over again. I had first noticed something was wrong with my labia when I was 14 and trying to use a tampon. My labia were so long that 14 year-old me couldn't find my vagina. It also caused me a lot of pain. It would pinch when I wore pants, many types of underwear were uncomfortable. My labia would often fall out of my underwear, which was especially painful and annoying when I would exercise. By age 15 I knew I wanted this surgery and would do anything to get it. I just wish I had asked my parents earlier because they ended up paying for my procedure anyways. I really just wanted to be comfortable. Yes I wanted my labia to look nicer, but that was not a huge concern. I ended up going with Dr. Grossman in Denver. He was significantly more expensive than the other doctors that I had consultations with. He also didn't have many before and after pictures for labiaplasty, but he was clearly a very skilled surgeon and so I went with him. I was under general anesthesia and the surgery took about 2.5 hours. I was a definitely worried that Dr. Grossman would be less experienced in labiaplasty than other doctors in the Denver area. But he was an amazing surgeon and I could not have asked for a better outcome. It took me about 6 weeks to be able to have sex and lift weights. It was still a bit sore the first few weeks that we had sex. After about 3 months, I forgot that I had even had the surgery. Which is amazing, because my labia bothered me every single day before I had this surgery. They caused me a lot of stress and every day I would think about how much I wanted the surgery. So it's amazing to me that I have completely forgotten what that's like. I see this surgery gaining in popularity. And girls obsessing over their outcomes not being perfect and getting multiple revisions for the [RS bleep] star look. I don't think that's a healthy attitude to have going into this surgery. I think that's also why I'm so happy with my outcome; I didn't need to look like a [RS bleep] star. Anyways for girls who are suffering discomfort, this surgery is a life changer.

21 Years Old, So Glad I Finally Got This Done! - Denver, CO

My motivations were mainly due to the discomfort my labia caused. They were very long and uneven, and would pinch, fall out, etc. I had wanted this surgery for a long time, probably since I was 14. The first few days after surgery were quite uncomfortable and I had a lot of swelling and bruising. Now that I'm past the one week mark, everything feels soooo much better. I love the results and I'm so happy I had this done. I would never have had this done for purely cosmetic reasons, but now it looks a lot better too!

Rhinoplasty

Rhinoplasty - Denver, CO

When going to Dr. Grossman for a consultation about the possibility of rhinoplasty he answered all of my questions and concerns. He eliminated the bump on my nose and made other necessary changes, but kept my nose looking very natural. He is a great doctor and very knowledgeable, I highly recommend using him!

Facelift Plus More 57 - Denver, CO

You know it was tough the first week - having to go in on day 3 to get suture from eyes removed! Let me back up for a moment - I had a facelift - neck lift - lower bleph and fat injections in "smile lines" and frown lines. Also the physician fee was 15,300 the rest was surgery center - anesthesia - private scrub. Ok, next had my children in my 40's - my daughter is now 16 and I have twin boys who are 11 years old. So, with my sagging neck people would think they were my grandkids. People still have not learned to " [RS bleep]-up". Shape was I run marathons. And do a variety of sports - so my body and mind did not match my face! I originally found my surgeon by top ten plastic surgeons in Denver. I had him initially do rhinoplasty - remove implants and yes liposuction on areas that would benefit my training. Everything turned out beautiful. So now time for a facelift -- I did not hesitate to use Dr, John Grossman - Denver. Yes, he was more expensive but if I am going to be under the knife for 7 1/2 hours you better trust your gut! Anyway's, first week tough ( view photos). Not once though did I ever say I wish I hadn't had this done! If this is the way you want to go make sure you are prepared to feel like you are wearing a tight helmet on your head 24/7 and you have patience. If you don't or that feeling would drive you nuts ( gets better at week four) stick to fillers!! I hope the photo's will help you - they are from first getting marked to end of week three. I can say give it a few months but in reality you should be able to say "wow" who is this younger chick!!???? Now when my boy's enter high school I will feel like their MOM. Updated on 14 Feb 2014: Updated on 14 Feb 2014: Day 27 --- be blessed if you have long hair -- but this is with short hair. Updated on 14 Feb 2014: Thought I would change it up a bit ---well first I have to see if it works :) Updated on 14 Feb 2014: Just wanted to see if I could post under the chin incision --- but want you all to know my face is totally numb yet except where my forehead is (no work done ;) ) and a couple small spots near my nose! Updated on 16 Feb 2014: Well -- entering into week five -- just though I would post my lower bleph. Jesus, this take a while -- of course one I think was pulled more during surgery -- guess which one -- yep your right the LEFT. But, I have bangs that come done somewhat longer on the sides and no I really need to wait about 8 weeks for this very sensitive area to heal. Updated on 16 Feb 2014: Just a note -- look how good that fat transfer was instead of botox --- love -- love! Had to add that in before surgery so I said no drugs until I talk to surgeon. I hated those frown lines and look in pre-pictures - it was awful -- very deep Updated on 19 Feb 2014: Well today was a big day -- yep got to finally go get my hair cut and highlighted. Of course told my gal to be careful when rinsing (she knew I had a facelift) and sensitive around the ears. Since she could see better than me afterwards I said so--- how's it looking. "It looks good -- your left side is slower than your right side at healing" I said, so behind my ears - no in the hairline" So, that's good but you I knew the left was lagging behind --- such as my left eye which i commented on all the time. But, hey come on this is only week five!!! Updated on 19 Feb 2014: Yep still working on that smile ----:) hummm Updated on 19 Feb 2014: Hey we all have our exercises --- just kidding -- goofing around Updated on 2 Mar 2014: Hello everyone: I have enjoyed writing to everyone but way to many e-mails. So, late tonight I will unsubscribe and will check back in when I am 8 months post-op. Everyone I wish the best to all upcoming surgeries. Updated on 1 Apr 2014: Well - hard to believe I am coming up on 12 weeks. Yep, next week new photo shoot. So, how am I doing -- pretty good. Can sleep on side of face - huge plus! Slight swelling still under the chin but just too soon yet so will just keep up the massaging but is softer like Dr. said it would become down the road. Face is still tingling - and still numb around the outer face along side of neck and ears. Updated on 5 May 2014: Well - since I missed my 3 month photo-shoot will go tomorrow for a 4 month picture take. All is going well --feeling starting to come back on side of face --- swelling pretty much gone under chin. Ear numbness coming back --- all in all doing good --- still waiting on that 6 to 9 month phase. Updated on 1 Oct 2014: I would love to update with photos but in process of moving - so "no computer" The only thing I had to deal with after my facelift was my lower bleph. Some of the glands that provide the oil to the surface of the eyes when opening and close got clogged. Plus had to add some exercises so it would close completely. Well, my contact keep getting blurry and my eye had this dull pain. Here in Colorado my eye doctor has this machine (only two in CO) it takes about 7 minutes - no pain -- feels and sounds like your eye is milking a cow --- it helps restore the opening of the glands - some will never return but the procedure worked very well --- the oils are now producing so don't have to use all those eye lubricants --- cost 800.00 - that was for one eye. So, in all my notes you see I was posting about my left eye --- well I guess that was good reason --- Everything else is great --- very happy - chin incision healed beautifully along with all the others --- I will try to post photo's soon ---- Updated on 15 Jan 2015: Wow -- hard to believe but a year has passed. So, here we go with photo up-date. I can say not to sure about the fat injections in frown area -- it's ok - nothing fantastic - not as deep but worth the money -- probably not - might as well keep with fillers or injections in that area. So, to all of you -- here we go!! Updated on 15 Jan 2015: Here are the photo's --- Updated on 15 Jan 2015: Updated on 17 Jan 2015: I just wanted to add a comment -- my face after this year is still numb on the sides and temple area --- so be patient Updated on 17 Jan 2015: I can't believe that I can go on to see what's happening and there he is Dr Young from Seattle -- the man who botched so many surgeries with videos on how great his skills are ---- really!! So, anyone who is reading the blog ---- cancel is scheduled and stay away -- he should never have a scalpel in his hand Updated on 24 Jan 2015: Bored so took some late night photo's -- notice i was wearing same top - so this is good! No make-up -- just me

VASER Lipo - Abs, Saddle Bags, Inner Thight, Hips - Denver, CO

I am two weeks post-op. So far, my stomach and saddle bags show significant improvement. I still have lumps on my stomach, but I'm hoping that will resolve within the next few months. If everything smooths out correctly, I think it will have been worth it. The price tag for my surgeon was a bit high and wish I could have gotten the procedure done for around $8000-$9000, but his results seemed promising. I will update this review when I get a better picture of my final results.
