I never thought that this procedure would be so life changing. I waited to find the perfect office. Dr. Janowski has perfected this procedure he truly cares about his patients he is so gently and kind. The staff is also so great everyone is so nice and friendly and truly wants to give you the best experience! Nove the lead Medical Assistant really puts you at ease and is so thoughtful and kind I can not say enough about her. As you can see my before and after are so amazing you can barely see the scars its is healing great, I really do look so much younger! I will not ever go any where else, it is so comforting to know your in good hands and will always get the best care!

I had 1 syringe of Radiesse in my cheeks. I love the way it looks! He did a great job injecting me. I have a fairly high pain tolerance as I have been having injections for years, and I was glad to not have all that sticky numbing cream all over my face.

After being told I was not a lower face lift candidate yet by four different surgeons, I was desperate to find a way to save my sagging lower face. I am 47, not a stranger to plastic surgeries or injections but I found this procedure quite tough to endure. I will recommend you to look on youtube about the procedure before going in. It was painful for all the numbing needles. Even after the face was numb, the pushing of the long threads through the face was no joke! Fortunately, Dr. Janowski was very kind and patience which help a lot. I was not sure that I liked the results after the first time (2 threads on each cheeks and 2 on jawline). Even though I noticed a little difference but I felt it was not quite proportional to the amount of money I spent. I voiced my concern to Dr. and he was so understanding and willing to put two more thread on each cheeks for free. The second time was a game changer. I really could see the different after all the swelling are gone now. I am so happy about the result! I didn't want to put the review up before because I was not sure if it works. But now, I definitely can tell the threads are really working on my favor! I am so grateful to Dr. Janowski! I will upload some pics later. Updated on 10 Dec 2018: Here are some pictures. I just want to thanks all the staff at the clinic. They are all very lovely, friendly and helpful! Dr. Janowski is very professional and knowledgeable. My dentist has been trying to push a $700 mouthguard on me for a long time, telling me that I must grind my teeth in my sleep - and that my headache / neck-aches are a direct result. After researching quite a bit, I decided to try Botox, injected into my jaw muscles. I've now gotten 3 treatments, spaced out over almost a year, and I don't wake up with any neck or headaches anymore. I was pretty skeptical, but I will tell anybody who will listen to give it a try if they are night time teeth grinders. It's been nothing short of amazing for me.

The procedure itself went fine, no complications. Stitches were left in for 14 days, standard is 7. This delays recovery & prolongs discomfort. No follow-up appointments until stitches are removed. Recovery is monitored through selfies instead. Stitches are absorbable, so expect some to fall out before your next visit. My scars are much larger than is typical, because the stitches were larger. Incisions were placed higher than my natural crease & are terribly visible. Doctor seems more concerned with ensuring incisions don’t open early than minimizing the appearance of scars, which is very unfortunate.

Review solely based on Dr. Janowski's condescending behavior. The staff at Sonata Aesthetics are very sweet and friendly. Came into Sonata today for a follow up of botox since I had my first service performed eleven days ago at Sonata and my muscles were still contracting. Simple enough, I was coming in for additional botox; however, not so simple I guess. My first botox service performed my Dr. Janowski, was the quickest I had ever received, maybe if he had spent more time with me that day, carefully observing where my particular muscles contracted instead of simply injecting into the 'standard' areas, I would not be writing this review today. But he instead, took a generous amount of time with me today, self-justifying, stating "I just don't have the skills to achieve what you are asking", and "this is one in a million". Firstly, all I needed was additional units of botox, not for the doctor to lecture me and make me feel like I was trying to get something for free by saying "I will have to charge you this time", um, yes, okay.... And then go on to state that he won't be charging me? I've been getting botox every four months, for the past eleven years, it's obviously worth the money to me. He was not warm or friendly last time, and especially not this time. He made me feel ridiculous as I sat in his chair with mirror in hand. Another confusing statement by Dr. Janowski, as he performed my service eleven days ago was: "you can get away with very little", and then today says to me: "I don't know why so little was injected". Obviously, he can't remember his own clients, or what he says; and my muscles are still contracting. I just wanted to come in for a simple service of additional units of botox. I don't understand why Dr. Janowski had to make such a huge deal out of it and make me feel so awful. All he had to do was inject into the contracting muscles and be on with his day, as I would with mine; and then I would be back in four months, clearly not happening now. My search for a marvelous injector in Colorado continues... Update 8/22: Even after my additional units of botox, my muscles are still contracting and the results are very uneven. I should've read more reviews, as this seems to be a recurring theme of the doctor superficially injecting into the target areas.

This was the first time I have had Dysport. I usually get botox and decided to try the dysport this time for my crows feet. I am still nervous to do it in the brow area in case it makes my brow area heavy. But anyway the results took less time to see I would say just a couple days versus Botox that can take 2 weeks for results. I also have not one sign of a wrinkle around my eyes. Dr Janowski did a wonderful job and I would recommend Dysport for crows feet. If I decide to get it anywhere else I will update my review.
