Andrea Valeta is a Patient Coordinator at Premium Care. When a patient decides to have surgery with Premium Care, she helps with all of the planning and logistics for successful travel and stay in Cartagena. She takes patients through all of the preparation steps before leaving for Cartagena, and also makes sure everything is ready for an enjoyable stay once they arrive.

Nayiby is the Patient Conceirge at Premium Care. She works closely with all of our international patients to make sure that their experience in Cartagena is truly enjoyable. Nayiby oversees the Premium Care Recovery Suites and it is here that our patients enjoy a postoperative experience unlike any other. Nayiby wants patients to have a great experience during their stay, and helps coordinate a wide variety of tourism activities. Nayiby will help connect you to the city and its surroundings, and will make sure you have a great stay while you recover

Pedro is a Patient Coordinator at Premium Care. He has a degree in business and speaks fluent English and Spanish. He lived in Australia for 8 years gaining valuable experience in hospitality and customer service. Pedro is involved with patients from the very beginning of the plastic surgery process as they send in their information and photos and he works with our plastic surgeons to perform evaluations so that patients get some central information on procedures, prices, and recovery.

Nicolasa Blaquicet is a Registered Nurse at Premium Care, assisting patients throughout the entire surgical process. Nicolasa is an ICU nurse by training, and has a lot of experince caring for patients. Her specialty with Premium Care is postoperative care, and so she is often the one taking patients home from the hospital and getting them settled into their rooms for a smooth first night.

Carmen is a post operative therapist at Premium Care Plastic Surgery. After surgery, the body goes through a pretty intensive healing process, and she provides postoperative therapies for our patients. Starting the first day after surgery, Carmen provides daily treatment sessions patients that are designed to minimize swelling and optimize results. She enjoys playing such an important role in the healing process for our patients. She tries to be firm but gentle so that patients look forward to sessions, enjoy them, and benefit from them.

Manuela is a Patient Assistant. Patients will mostly find her at the Premium Care Recovery Suites?, where she works very hard to provide the best plastic surgery experience in the world. Her team offers delicious and healthy meals from our menu, and always keeps our facilities looking great so that patients are in ideal environment as they recover from their procedures.

Darlys is an accountant with Premium Care, which means that she is generally behind the scenes making sure that everything runs smoothly. Cosmetic surgery is a personal investment for our patients, to make that change in their appearance that improves how they look and feel. At Premium Care we really respect that investment and work very hard to make the financing of plastic surgery as convenient as possible.

Karina is the Practice Administrator at Premium Care. She enjoys working with her team to keep things running smoothly for our patients and for our staff, so that the Premium Care experience is unlike any other.

Stefany is Patient Assistant at our five star Premium Care Recovery Suites™. She loves providing patients with a level of care that makes the recovery process productive and enjoyable. Stefanie and the rest of the staff assist patients with every part of their recovery, and work together with our nurses to make sure everything is just right.

Rocio is a Patient Assistant at Premium Care. She works at our Recovery Suites™, which provides a beautiful setting for our patients to recover from plastic surgery. She helps with all guest related services, enjoys providing a luxurious, spotless, and relaxing environment that helps with recovery. Rocio and the rest of the staff assist patients with every part of their recovery, and work together with our nurses to make sure everything is just right.
