I’m about 1 month post op from a breast explant and lift and I feel great. I removed my implants for various reasons but mainly because when I initially got them another doctor (not Dr Hirsch) told me I could have them forever. Now I know better. With my explant I did lots of research and met with several plastic surgeons and to be honest with you most of them are full of it. But not Dr Hirsch. He is highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable (check out his videos on his website).He did a wonderful job taking out my implants and giving me a lift. I initially wanted something less invasive than an anchor lift but he advised me with the results I desired and having carried 350cc implants for 15 years and breast feeding 2 kids the reality was I needed a good lift. He was right and I am so happy I listened to him. My breast are perky and shaping out really nicely. Oh and all of the staff at his office are so nice. Carla was so helpful and understanding when I had questions or concerns post op.

I had an en bloc explant and anchor lift with Dr. Hirsch last week, and I am thrilled! He did a phenomenal job! Really really amazing work. It's obvious that his skills far surpass the rest. Truly. I had searched for a full year before I decided to go with Dr.Hirsch. Countless consults with many doctors and none of them felt right before I found him. Having him be my surgeon was absolutely the best decision I could've possibly made. He has a lot of experience in BII cases, extensive knowledge in his field, and just a warm, kind doctor. Having this surgery behind me is a huge weight off my shoulders, I am ready to get on the healing path. What I have been given is amazing results and an opportunity to start the healing process from BII. Thank you so much Dr. Hirsch, you have made this all possible.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than I had with Dr. Hirsch and his staff. One of my breast implants ruptured almost 10 years ago. I'd waited for that long to have them removed or replaced because of financial difficulties and also fear of having another surgery. At my first appointment I felt very safe at his office that I was already determined to have surgery. I also felt a little more ambitious and asked for larger implants for my body. My surgery must have been more complicated due to a ruptured implant and capsular contracture. Dr. was still able to use the size I wished for and I am very happy about how natural they look and feel. I appreciated that he called me to check on me afterwards and that he offered several follow up appointments at no charge. Dr. Hirsch is a wonderful and thoughtful surgeon.

I got a peel today for the first time. It was a 10% salicylic and lactic acid peel. I got it to try to fade some sun damage, melasma and acne scars that have accumulated with time. Jo at Dr Hirsch's office treated me. Can't give a full in depth review yet as I haven't completely seen results and it may take a few peels to achieve it. I'll post more pics once the peeling starts which should be in next 24-48 hrs. I've been following it up with a layer of TNS recovery complex by Skinmedica each day morning and night. Ive not been wearing makeup nor do I plan on it for a couple more days. Updated on 24 Sep 2016: Very little peeling three days after. Skin feels tight but not uncomfortably so. Updated on 4 Oct 2016: My skin peeled for about a full week. Only noticeably so for about four days. Other times it was manageable to cover up with a BB cream. I'm happy with results so far. I feel like my skin is brighter, and feels nice to the touch. I will be doing a peel every couple months or so as I only do it for general anti aging benefits, prevention and fading old acne scars.

For as long as I can remember I have had limited to no capabilities through my nose. For the longest time I believed the issues was related to allergies but that was not the case. I went for a consolation with Dr. Hirsch and he immediately diagnosed the problem and discussed the options to pursue to resolve it. From our first meeting Dr. Hirsch was very warm and personable and had answers to all of my questions. I was nervous about undergoing surgery but Dr. Hirsch put me at ease. Day of the surgery, everything went as expected. In my opinion, it was well worth undergoing this procedure and has been a success as I can breathe through my nose for the firs time in forever.

My experience through this process has been easy and successful. Started feeling great even during the first week and the second week , I started feeling on my way to full recovery. After the drains came out , I felt more like myself and was able to move around more and sleep. After minimal use of pain killers , I was feeling fantastic.

Trying to become more symmetrical after partial mastectomy. Dr. Hirsch took the less invasive route (per my request) with the best results. Very pleased with results. Feeling more confident now. Had an easy recovery and healed well. The post ops were very effective and helped me heal much quicker.
