Going to Dr. Ashjian was the best decision i ever made! I first went to him in 2021 for a BBL. After researching many doctors in the area, i felt he was the one i could trust that would give me what i was looking for! He is very honest and realistic in his approach and goes over every detail with you. I had a smaller frame and had to gain weight for the BBL. I’m 5’2 and weighed about 130 at the time of the procedure. I will include before and afters in this post. He gave me an amazing round butt, and defined my waist. I’m so happy with the bubble butt shape he gave me, even though i was considered on the smaller side for a BBL. Very perky and bubbly! After falling in love with his work, i returned again in 2022 for a breast lift with silicone implants. My breasts prior were starting to sag and lacked upper pole fullness. He did a lollipop lift and 415 high profile implant. My breasts look absolutely amazing now, so perky and round! He truly is the best doctor, and will listen to your wants and deliver the results!!! He is very realistic and will not try to sell you on things you don’t need. I would definitely recommend him.

This is my second plastic surgery procedure with Dr Ashjian and yet again, he is hands down the best of the best! After my great results with my breast lift in February, I decided to have a BBL with Dr Ashjian. I am 5’5” and 135 pounds when I had the procedure. He was able to only lipo 500ccs of fat to transfer. I love my results so much and feel they are very natural which is exactly what I wanted. He gave me a beautiful hour glass contour to my shape and I’m just so excited. This comment is long over due! I've been going to Dr Ashjian for almost 6 years now. He is the expert injector behind my Botox and lip filler. After knowing him for so long, I have learned he is the most caring, generous, skilled, and professional Board Certified plastic surgeon around. His artistic skills in plastic surgery is truly a God given gift. He has changed my life forever and I am so thankful and blessed to know him. My very first surgery was a breast lift as I was diagnosed with grade 3 ptosis. Long before I knew Dr Ashjian, I had seen 3 other plastic surgeons. All which told me the only way of correcting my breast was with an anchor lift, or large implants. I am so thankful that God didn't allow any of those surgeons to work out for me. Updated on 2 Mar 2019: Love my results so much! Still in pain but very tolerable. I am so happy with the new size of my areolas and how much volume the breast lift was able to give me. Putting on a surgical bra today for the first time hurts. Updated on 6 Mar 2019: These are before and after pictures that were taken at different angles. The before photos were taken the night before the surgery. The after photos were taken at the doctors office, 5 days post op after bandage wrap was removed. I will continue to post updates on this online community. Updated on 22 Mar 2019: Today I am 3 days shy of being 1 month post op. I have very minimal soreness and swelling... Still remains the best decision I’ve ever made. I love my results more and more everyday! Dr Peter delivered some AWESOME results !!! Updated on 15 May 2019: 2 months post op... stitches fell out about around 6 - 7 weeks. They are still somewhat sore especially my left breast. My right nipple has no feeling but my left does. I’m using silicon scar gel twice daily.

I have been to a lot of doctors for different type of cosmetic surgeries specially breast augmentation and tummy tuck. Previously I've done my tummy tuck somewhere else and I hated my results. as soon as I walked into Dr Ashjian's office I just knew this was the right place for me. He revise my tummy tuck and and did breast augmentation and I have to say I am beyond happy with my results. Love the friendly staff and amazing follow up and bedside manners ???????????????? the best part is redeemable prices. He will forever be my go to doctor.

I had my last child a year ago. And I am so unhappy with my tummy. I had three csections in four years and breast fed all my kids (one of them for two years and the others 13 months each). So you can just imagine how ugly my breasts ended up. I had my pre-op today. My surgery is Saturday 3/28. I will update my story once my transformation has been complete. Updated on 30 Mar 2015: I'm not in pain at all actually. I don't even think I need to take pain killers. But my back is killing me from sleeping in the recliner. I'm just going to have to tough it out these next couple days. There's just a lot of pressure on my tummy and my breast and my back but not much pain. All I want to do is get these tubes removed. Does anybody know whats the soonest this can happen? I'll update later as the day ends. Updated on 31 Mar 2015: This is still not bad. I don't really have to take pain medication. What's really killing me is my back from walking hunched over. And not finding a comfortable spot. And I can't wait to take a shower. My hair is disgusting. I was told that the drains will come off this Friday which is a week after surgery. Other than this, I don't really have any complaints. I'm assuming my healing is goin great! Updated on 1 Apr 2015: Woke up feeling much better. Everyday is getting better. I washed my hair yesterday on my tub and that was a real treat. I just can't wait to get my drains removed. I haven't really been taking the pain meds because I havent really had much pain. I am taking however the antibiotic and the muscle relaxer because my lower back is so sore from walking hunched over. I haven't seen my results yet because I'm still wrapped up. Friday will be the day that the bandages get removed and I can update then. I'm still getting help. I was able to do light cooking but that's all. So far not that bad. Updated on 2 Apr 2015: I can't even tell you how good I feel. Tomorrow I get my drains removed. Not much fluid is coming out now. And hopefully all these bandages come off too. I don't know how I will feel once all that is removed. I'm hoping better. I'm tired of resting. I can't wait to pick up my baby. And I want to drive already and get back to normal life. I do feel like I'm almost there. Updated on 3 Apr 2015: Guys today I had my drains removed (thank god!!) and also the wraps around my breasts and tummy. I feel so much better. Almost 100%. I still have to walk hunched over for another week so that the wound can heal nicely. I was told I can drive now since I'm no longer taking pain meds. But I still can't carry my one year old. My breast are very swollen and more so my tummy. So it doesn't look quite flat yet. I was told it can take 3-6 months for me to see true results so I'm anxious!! I can shower tomorrow and I am looking forward to that. I finally went #2 on day five. And it was a bit painful. I just ate a pear everyday and that helped. Other than that I feel great. The healing process will be slow but it will be worth it!! Updated on 8 Apr 2015: Guys I am almost like nothing at this point. Had a follow up with my doctor today and said all is healing well. He said I can start to stand up straight little by little. And that the true results I will see them over time. Up to a year. I am loving my smaller breasts. Very perky. And my flat tummy. Still very swollen but it is starting to go down. I found that drinking lots of camomille tea helps with swelling. I can go back to light house duties and everything else. This really hasn't been bad. The only miserable days were the first two after surgery when I came home. I am very happy with dr. Ashjian. He does great work.

Like most women, after having my daughter I had loose skin and stretch marks. Even being at my ideal weight, I couldn't get passed the loose skin and stretch marks. Knowing I was not going to have anymore children and being in a position in my life where I could finally do it, I decided to have the tummy tuck procedure.

This I will update when I get closer to my final result. I decided to have a tummy tuck after having twins and seeing how my stomach would never be "normal" no matter how much weight I lost or how much I exercised. I am 5'4" and weighed 200 lbs by the end of my pregnancy with twin boys. My pre-pregnancy weight was 120-130 lbs. the skin was so stretched and ugly I tried to imagine living the rest of my life like that and thought maybe it was just vanity to have a tummy tuck. But the more I thought about it the more I wanted to do it. I got so tired of trying to hide my stomach In every type of clothes I wear so I decided to go for it. My boys are 5 now so I thought it was a good time too. I am looking forward to wearing a bikini again in the summer and being able to wear what I want to work, at home and out without this huge pouch to hide. I am still in the midst of recovery so I cannot say how I feel about the final result yet... But I am excited to get there. Best of luck to all who are considering or recovering from surgery!!! Dr.Peter Ashjian is an amazing surgeon located in Glendale, Encino and sometimes Valencia, California. In our first consultation, he put me at ease immediately and made me feel that I would be in good hands. All true! My DIEP surgery lasted 15 hours on Feb 4,2014 because he refused to give up trying to make it work! Then on Feb 3,2014 I was brought back in for an exchange surgery to Saline Expanders! The blessing for me was that I never woke up to the dreaded flat (breast- less) chest with that ugly scar running across! Since then I had fills every two weeks which was a tolerable pace for me. I had Silicone implants (800 cc's) put in on July 7,2014 and am seeing him today for a consult on a revision. A little tweaking is needed, most likely fat grafting will be the answer . Updated on 22 Oct 2014: Periodic pep talks given to myself really helped in my recovery Updated on 22 Oct 2014: If you set up your bedroom before surgery, it will make things easier for your recovery. Pillows that keep you propped up, rolling tray for meals or tablet use! Medications within easy access right on your bed! Night table close enough for drinks. I also bought " the clapper" which was great so I didn't need to reach to turn my light on and off ! All these things helped in my recovery ...

I consulted 5 different doctors, after all he was the one who did the surgery, I'm so blessed to have him as my surgeon, Just came back from cancun/Mexico, this was the best trip after all the pregnancies! the way he contour my waist line is unbelievable, he's the best and I would recommend him to anyone who's after a perfect job, my BB looks better then my kids! really!!! I have to admit that I'm a true perfectionist!

I have hated my breasts for as long as I can remember and after my son was born my 36 C breasts grew into a pair of 38 triple D/E's. Since November 20 I have lost 30 lbs so was truly ready for this transformation. I am 5 feet 9 and 145 lbs. For personal reasons I actually decided to do one breast at a time which I know is unique. This worked very well for me and was a good choice. Updated on 28 Aug 2014: Hi, Just some more information for you ladies thinking of having a breast reduction. I did my left breast on June 27th 2014 and my right on Aug 13 2014. The first/left breast was larger then the right and I told Dr. A I would like to have a large C, small D and a nice lift. My first surgery went very smoothly and I made sure that along with propofol the anesthetist also gave me zofran for nausea while I was asleep. I woke up amazingly well with 0 nausea and very little pain. I asked Dr. A if we could avoid a drain as they freak me out. He said yes as long as I was willing to be wrapped very, very tightly for the first few days. I made it 3 days and then with his reluctant permission I cut the tight wrap off and moved into a surgical bra. It was such a relief!!! I had trouble eating and sleeping the first 3 days and then it was so much better!! He took about 240 grams from the left breast. The right breast I had done just 2 weeks ago and although I woke up with no nausea I did wake up in substantial pain. I asked for something immediately when I woke up and they gave me a shot of morphine which did nothing. I went home and took 2 percocet which helped some but until the wrap came of 3 days after surgery I was hurting pretty bad. He took around 180 grams from this breast. The ladies on here are not kidding about pain killers being constipating. That was rough and it took a few senna pills to get things regular again. I recently bought a bra that I fit to my new left breast in a 36 D and it is looking like it will be a great fit!! Truly excited to have finally done this.
