have been a patient of Cheng Plastic Surgery for over a decade and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for any procedure, whether it be minor or surgical. I recently had a modified rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Jacqueline Cheng—-modified in that I had requested only the tip of my nose to be reconstructed, no work on or breaking of the bridge bone. She spent a great deal of time with me going over the options of simply reconstructing the tip of my nose, vs. a full rhinoplasty and in the end, I still opted for just having the tip reconstructed. I also opted to remain awake during my surgery, yes, I know—-awake! That is simply a personal decision on my part, as I’m not keen on general anesthesia when it is not 100% necessary, which, in this case it wasn’t. The entire staff before during, and after my procedure was and continues to be nothing short of incredible. Dr. Jacqueline’s dedication and commitment to professionalism, extraordinary medical/surgical care, and desire to achieve the highest aesthetic results possible is above anything I have ever experienced. Her honesty and forthrightness about what I hoped to achieve and what the outcome actually may be, was welcomed and very much appreciated. She did not build up any false hope or sugarcoat anything that I would experience. It has been a little over three months now since my surgery, and I am beyond thrilled with what I see so far. Dr. Jacqueline made it very clear on more than one occasion that I would not see full results until almost a year after my surgery. That can sometimes be a tough message to receive when you are electing to have a surgical procedure done to your face, but I can assure you the results are already visible and I am elated. The dedication, and care does not end post surgery. I still go every three months for follow-up visits and Dr. Jacqueline takes exemplary care to examine not only the healing, but also the aesthetic results. I would never trust my face or any other part of my body to any other plastic surgery facility. If you are looking to have some work done, whether minor or a little bit more major, please do not hesitate and book a consult today. You will absolutely, positively not regret it. I have referred at least four or five of my friends to this facility and all of them have walked away with the same high opinion, and have been overjoyed with the surgical team and their results!

It's been a great experience working with Dr. Cheng as she is one of the most professional, competent and caring doctors I've dealt with. She will give you her honest opinion without pressuring you into getting work done. I appreciate her candor and insights as part of the consultation discussion. Love Dr Cheng! My precious injector left me with ptosis. I wanted a physician to do my injections, knowing my concerns and if it did happen again- knowledge of how to treat it. She was very conservative to begin and continues to be conscientious of this. Dr Cheng is also such a delight to chat with!

Doctor Jacqui Cheng is a super kind person, and very professional. I had a rhinoplasty, I didn't have to break my bone. Before the surgery, she prepares you very well so that you know what you have to do, and after the surgery she is aware of you, of your evolution, and always responds instantly. What I loved the most about her is that she speaks to you with the truth about what you need for your nose, she is always honest, and she definitely speaks to you with the truth, she always wants the best for you, and that you are satisfied. I recommend her 100%. She is the best surgeon in the Bay Area. I am very happy with my result thanks to the work she does!!! And I only have 6 months since my surgery. If you want to operate your nose, do not hesitate to go to a consultation with her. Her assistants are super cute, they are a love, especially Fernanda and Nancy who have treated me with a lot of love.

I have been to many DRs in regards to my concern with dermal fillers that had to be removed from another DR that overfilled my lip area and the only way to bring back my smile/face was to do a surgical lip lift. I could not be happier with the results even though it has only been a month since my surgery! After literal years and research I came across Cheng Plastic Surgery in Saratoga CA to be the place to administer my dermal fillers. I was looking for a place that wouldn’t be pushy when it came to what I wanted. I am extremely particular about my face, and the goal was ONLY to tweak what I was insecure about in a way that I still looked like me, but made me more confident . I have pretty severe White Coat anxiety ( also know as doctor office anxiety), and for me I wanted a place where the staff was warm and bubbly like me. I was greeted by the kindest people at the front desk, and Dr. Cheng and her nurse that have been doing my procedures and follow ups have been the most wonderful people as well. . They make me feel beautiful, welcomed, at ease, and calm most importantly. I have never felt pushed into getting anything done that I didn’t want ( which is great because I am so passive and have a hard time saying no). Everything to scheduling, the actual procedures, and the follow ups have been easy informative and painless. Now what I had done… I had 1 mil injected in each cheek, about half a mil in my smile line on the right side of my face( the side I have slept on my whole life), and in the span of two visits has about a syringe and a half in my non existent lips! I am so incredible happy with the outcomes! I have never felt more confident! I will only be going to Cheng plastic surgery from now on!

As always, I had another 5 star experience at CFFBR with Dr. J Cheng! My mom has been going there for 20+ years and I have been going there for 5+ years and we never had a bad experience. Today I had Botox done on my forehead and around my eyes (crows feet area) and it looks amazing as usual!They put the numbing medicine on (I don’t like pain or needles so I choose to get the numbing cream on prior) and then I leave it up to Dr. J where and how much of the Botox I need. She does a wonderful job and it doesn’t hurt at all! She even offered for me to come back in 2 weeks for a touch up! Amazing results, great customer service and everyone is so helpful, informative and friendly! 5 stars all the way!

She is amazing! I have so much trust in her. I had never gotten any plastic surgery done before and she made it a really easy and stress free experience. You can tell she really cares about her patients!

I have been seeing Dr. Cheng since 2011-- she is simply the best! Dr. Jacqueline is current on all the top treatments, she's kind, and she's not pushy-- meaning, I never leave there feeling like I was talked into something. She's also honest, so when I've asked her consultation tips, her advice is always spot-on. I get Botox and injectables from her and wouldn't trust anyone else with my face. :)
