I had a facial fat transfer with Dr Kouli. I LOVE the results! I look so much younger and natural. The doctor spent time with, explained everything and continued contact after my procedure. The staff is also amazing. Kim did my scheduling and she was so kind and patient. I was coming from Texas and she always accommodated me. I was so happy with this result that I had other procedures done with Dr Kouli. As soon as I’m healed, I will be posting those as well.

Dr. Kouli and his staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. It's been about two years since my procedure and I'm happy with the results. I was nervous and scared considering it was my first surgery but I felt very safe and at peace throughout the procedure. It wasn't painful, mostly discomfort but by the 5th day I was out and about. Many have expressed they love how natural my nose looks and I have friends who I've referred over.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Kouli. My nose is perfect, it fits my face, it doesn't look like a "nose job" nose and healing was very quick. This result in the picture is 10 weeks post-op. I paid $7500 for my nose and $2000 for my chin.

I have had the best experience with Dr. Kouli and the staff at Esthetica. From the initial consultation through the post-op appointments I have received excellent care and service from the entire team. Not only is Dr. Kouli a highly skilled surgeon, but he is also a warm and caring doctor who provided excellent post-op follow up, care, and treatments to optimize and expedite the healing process. I felt safe and well cared for throughout the entire process and my results and outcomes have far exceeded my expectations.

I just had my surgery today at 8am! Im 5”2, 27 year old and weight 198lb with 755cc HP BA So on my consultation my surgeon recommended 650ccs. Since i have wide shoulders he said it would be a great fit. I said yes but in July 1st pre op day i decided i wanted to go bigger. I wanted 800cc but he told me that he was not able to fit it in due to my chest wall being small. So he ordered 700cc and 750cc. So today surgery day i woke up and he told me he was able to fit in 755cc!! So far im happy. Not that much in pain. Its more discomfort. I will keep updating yall with my process! Updated on 9 Jul 2020: So I just found out he did 755cc Moderate profile! Im not mad at all they still look great. I has my 1 day post up today and he said so far they look amazing. Incision look good. Lets see what my one week post op goes! Updated on 9 Jul 2020: I had my surgery 7/8/2020. Im starting to get redness on top of my breast. Is this normal? It doesn’t burn. It is starting to itch though i know thats normal. But the redness on top its kind of scaring me and i forgot to ask my PS. Updated on 11 Jul 2020: Updated on 13 Jul 2020: Updated on 13 Jul 2020: Small bruising. No pain just discomfort. Updated on 16 Jul 2020: I had my 1week appt yesterday. Small Surgical tape was taken off. Im amazed how great my incision is healing! No more surgical bra, im able to wear a regular sports bra, which im happy cause surgical bra was starting to irritate my incisions. I started my massages and let me tell yall!!! Its a huge difference of how they look when you 1st get them till you start massaging them. Massaging them for them to drop is not painful at all. It feels weird. Ill be posting soon for my 2 week post op! Updated on 24 Jul 2020: A little over my 2weeks, slowly dropping. No pain whatsoever! Best part is I can finally sleep. 1st week it was really hard to sleep. Im now sleeping flat on my back and a little on my side. Every time I massage they feel heavy from the bottom under my nipples. I tried cute no wire sport bra looking on and love how my breast look. Can wait to start wearing regular bra. Other than that everything is good so far! Updated on 7 Aug 2020: I had my one month appointment and I have been cleared for everything! I’m able to exercise, swim,wear bras. my left breast is dropping more than my right and I’m having small sharp pains on my left breast every time I press to massage.my surgeon said it was normal that it was due to using my arm a lot that I have a bigger muscle and that was gonna be hard for it to drop and I have to massage it more! I mentioned to him that I’m probably gonna be back for another surgery I have this fat next to my breasts like on my under arm he has suggested it at first before my breast augmentation, but I didn’t have the money so I’ve been saving up for it. I uploaded a video where you can see the fat, it takes off the projection of my breast looking bigger. So far good no pain whatsoever it’s just tolerable pain on my left breast is normal! However I am also thinking of going a high profile, the current ones that I have are moderate plus but I am looking forward to see how they end up once they drop and fluff. but I am considering having a second breast augmentation because I do want a high profile I have 755ccs but I’m thinking of going a little bit bigger for the high projection. but that’s some thing I will discuss with the surgeon for next year. Ill update y’all on the next to months! Updated on 7 Aug 2020: Updated on 14 Jun 2021: Its been 11 month since I had BA. Im happy with the results but planning to go a little bit bigger. I mentioned it to my PS, he seemed not to happy about me telling him I wanted bigger and he stated that going HP wouldn’t be much of a difference. So I might be looking into finding another PS to ser what he/ she suggests. I currently have 755cc moderate + profile. Im looking forward for HP (fake look) other than that my breast look super natural, soft and feel natural. Breast look different depending on what I wear which I find that weird. Minimal scar on both.

Super excited to see the swelling/bruising go down in the neck to view full results but I'm OVER THE MOON with the initial change. Dr. Kouli did such a great job making me feel comfortable not on with a first time procedure (near my face!) but also amid Covid-19 concerns. Their staff was meticulous in corona virus protection durning visits, and they even tested me for current and past exposures to minimize health risks for all involved and/or recovery complications.

I got results, but not the results I was anticipating. Honestly, I didn’t feel full from the balloon, so it was a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. However, Dr Kouli’s staff is amazing! The best I’ve experienced. They went above and beyond! I’m forever grateful to Kim, Susan, and Tina. They are truly amazing!

Thanks a million to one of the best doctors I have had the pleasure of knowing. From the beginning of my search for a surgeon to perform a rhinoplasty to the end, Dr. Wael Kouli was excellent. During the consultation, I felt very confident and comfortable. Dr Kouli listened to everything I said and addressed all of my wants and concerns while keeping in mind what is practical and realistic. After my surgery, Dr Kouli was going out of town the next day. Just to make sure everything was o.k., he came to my home the evening of my surgery to make sure I was doing well. Before he left to go out of town the next morning, he opened up his office and met me there at 6:30am to check me again. This kind of attention is rare and I feel very lucky to have had him as my surgeon. Thank you so much Dr Kouli and staff for your exceptional care and by the way, “ I love how my new nose looks”. Something I dreamed about for many years.

I am also super happy after one 2 days I went skiing and I looked just fine! was told it would help with various skin issues on my face. It was easier than I thought it would be. I saw an improvement and looked brighter so 5 stars for the viva! I want more treatments and I want to do a couple exfoliating facials before so I can get a good treatment again. I also had acne scars that significantly look better. Thank you!

Let's start off by saying the Front desk receptionist is so sweet. From the first appointment until my post op appointment, I've had nothing but a 5/5 star experience. The staff is so caring and loving. I felt so safe in their hands. Dr. Kouli performed rhinoplasty on me on Oct 25,2018. When I came in to get more information on the surgeries he performs, he was so confident that he could fix the problems I was feeling I had with my nose. His confidence made me feel like I was in the right hands. He was seeing what I meant when I was pointing out what features were bothering me. Dr. Kouli reassured me that he could take care of the tip of my nose, that's what was bothering me the most. He suggested I also just shave a little of the bone off to make it a little slimmer. I'm SOOOOOOOOO happy I listened and did that as well. It was included in the price, I was just being a chicken about it. After my surgery I was swollen for about 2 weeks, then I started seeing my new nose shape come through. Now it is March 4, 2019 and my nose is what I was dreamed of! I get compliments every where i go. I had been coming in for post op appointments and everything is healing more and more beautifully every time. My nose is so perfect to me now. It looks like the nose I was supposed to have for my face shape. The surgery was so smooth, Tina my Anesthesiologist was so caring and i had no symptoms after surgery she took very good care of me. My recovery went amazing. No pain at all but you know just the usual discomfort because I couldn't breathe out of my nostrils for about 2 weeks. I recommend Dr. Kouli 110%. He has all my trust and if I ever need anything else in the future he will for sure always be my go to doctor. My brothers girlfriend had recommended him to me. She got a BBL. She looks amazing!!!! After my surgery I recommended my friend to him and she got her surgery done last week. The point is your in safe hands and you will be so happy with your results!
