755cc Moderate Plus profile Breast Augmentation

Its been 11 month since I had BA. Im happy with the results but planning to go a little bit bigger. I mentioned it to my PS, he seemed not to happy about me telling him I wanted bigger and he stated that going HP wouldn’t be much of a difference. So I might be looking into finding another PS to ser what he/ she suggests. I currently have 755cc moderate + profile. Im looking forward for HP (fake look) other than that my breast look super natural, soft and feel natural. Breast look different depending on what I wear which I find that weird. Minimal scar on both.

I had my one month appointment and I have been cleared for everything! I’m able to exercise, swim,wear bras. my left breast is dropping more than my right and I’m having small sharp pains on my left breast every time I press to massage.my surgeon said it was normal that it was due to using my arm a lot that I have a bigger muscle and that was gonna be hard for it to drop and I have to massage it more! I mentioned to him that I’m probably gonna be back for another surgery I have this fat next to my breasts like on my under arm he has suggested it at first before my breast augmentation, but I didn’t have the money so I’ve been saving up for it. I uploaded a video where you can see the fat, it takes off the projection of my breast looking bigger. So far good no pain whatsoever it’s just tolerable pain on my left breast is normal! However I am also thinking of going a high profile, the current ones that I have are moderate plus but I am looking forward to see how they end up once they drop and fluff. but I am considering having a second breast augmentation because I do want a high profile I have 755ccs but I’m thinking of going a little bit bigger for the high projection. but that’s some thing I will discuss with the surgeon for next year.
