Sought out a revision rhinoplasty for YEARS, and finally settled on Dr. Hilinski. Couldn't be happier with my decision. He improved by nose, both aesthetically and functionally, and it looks totally natural.
I made the mistake in 2010 (I was only 18 years old) of undergoing a primary rhinoplasty with a plastic surgeon, who happened to be a family contact. Although I received advice from someone who I trusted, the result was not great, and left my nose crooked and deviated.
Almost 10 years later, and multiple visits to different surgeons, I concluded that Dr. Hilinski was the man for the job. I'm ~2 weeks out of surgery, and couldn't be happier. There is still a bit of swelling, obviously, but the positive results are evident.
If you are interested in pursuing a primary or revision rhinoplasty, look no further, and go to Dr. Hilinski.

Posting various before and after pictures. There is still a bit of swelling in the bridge and tip, but you can see how much more natural the tip looks, that the bridge looks stronger/more 'masculine,' and, most importantly, I can breathe much better out of my left nostril. There is still some fullness on the left side of my nose (right side of the picture), which has been there since my primary rhinoplasty. Nothing is perfect - I cannot stress this enough; expecting perfection is insanity - but I'm so much happier with the improvements.

Below are before/after pictures. You can see that my tip is improved and looks much more natural (it was pointed and asymmetrical before), my bridge is stronger/more "masculine," and most importantly, I can breathe much better out of my left nostril. There's still some swelling, particularly in the tip and on the bridge, but that's expected. There's still some fullness on the left side of my nose, which will always remain to a certain extent, as this stems from my primary rhinoplasty, but I'm really, really happy with the improvements. Perfection isn't realistic, so please DO NOT expect perfection, as you will only drive yourself mad.

I want to say that my nose was absolutely improved after my revision rhinplasty with Dr. Hilinski.
Specifically, my bridge and tip were massive improvements. Now that I am over two (2) plus years post-surgery, the only thing that bothers me is that my nose is still asymmetrical and off-center.
I do wish this would have been fixed, but I know that there is no such thing as perfection. That said, I did want to let others know on here.

Adding some current pictures. Again, overall, very happy with my bridge and the tip.
The only "negative" is that I wish the symmetry would have been fixed, as my nose is still a bit off-center.
I don't want to be nit-picky, and I hope it doesn't across as such. However, I did recently have a follow-up, virtual consultationw with Dr. Hilinski, and he even agreed that another revision would be needed if I wanted to "correct" the symmetry, but I'm not really sure it's worth it, from a risk and/or financial perspective.

Adding a few additional pictures. These pictures are from 09/22/2023.
I’m happy to answer any questions. I know ow difficult and anxiety inducing the decision to move forward with surgery can be, especially a revision, so hopefully this helps, even a little.
Wishing everyone good health, and remember to love ourselves!
