I have been to Dr. Ross many times, most recently for UltraClear laser + IPL to my neck and chest. He doesn't have the fancy office that many cosmetic derms have, and while he's very friendly his style is more direct. He has all the latest greatest lasers, and will give an honest assessment of them. Never at all pushy. His prices are very competitive, and he will bill insurance whenever possible. The only downside with Dr. Ross is that you have to book about 5 months in advance! that should tell you something. I have always gotten great results form him, and will continue to go back.

I have been going to Dr. Ross for several years now. I have stucco keratosis on my feet and ankles, and he has been able to successfully treat these with an Erbium laser. I have also received laser treatment from Dr. Ross on my legs and hands for sun damage, and will be scheduling shortly for IPL on my face. He has a terrific bedside manner -- gentle, calm, and empathetic. He is very quick yet thorough when doing his procedures. I will continue to schedule with Dr. Ross for as long as he continues to practice medicine.

I had laser treatment to help with my acne scars and I had the best experience from beginning to end. Dr. Ross really took his time through the procedure and I could tell he really cared about my results. After the procedure he scheduled several follow ups to ensure I was recovering properly. Dr. Ross is an incredibly good physician. I have been going to him to have my melasma removed & he has done such a fantastic job. My skin looks like it did, pre melasma & aging! He is gentle, quick, very pleasant, & if you looked in the dictionary for a description of a “gentleman & a scholar” you would find Dr. Ross’s picture. My husband & I are so grateful for his excellent treatment of us.

I have been going to Dr. Ross for 3 years now for Dysport and once per year for Fraxel on my face to help with acne scars and large pores. My skin has has never looked so good! This year I decided to get a tattoo from my ignorant years removed. I had looked at other doctors in the past but they expected you to buy a bundle of sessions up front in quantities of 5. So if your tattoo takes 6 sessions you have to pay for 10, and I never found a place I felt comfortable enough taking a laser to me without causing scars and still not removing the tattoo....until Dr Ross! He gave me an honest opinion on the number of sessions, and let’s you pay per session (calculating it out, even if it takes me 10 sessions it’s still cheaper than the other places). Not only that, he’s the first and only provider to offer numbing agents (cream and local anesthetic). I get both the cream (for 1 hr) then the anesthetic shot, it still hurts like a mother f#@&er but shows that at any other place I wouldn’t have made it through even 1 session, let alone walk out smiling and booking my next. It hurts, but he’s quick and the staff is awesome, plus he has the #1 tattoo removal laser on the market and with his certifications, the referrals from several people about him, and my own experience with other procedures by him, I know I made the right choice! After just 1 session my tattoo color was cut in half, HALF! Just had my 3rd and everyone, even the staff says how well my tattoo is reacting to the treatment, and it’s looking like I only have a few left (note: other providers estimated 10-15 sessions each scheduled 2-3 months apart. At this rate I’ll only need a total of 6 sessions, and I’m doing them 8 weeks apart). Results definitely are a combination of the laser and the doctor, but the patients also need to know they have a responsibility to take care of their tattoo between sessions. That includes not irritating the skin with clothes rubbing on it, not exposing it to the sun, and treating it well with a healing cream like aquafor, or a good healing moisturizer. Treating the area ensures you don’t cause scar tissue build up that may make future sessions less successful. Info: tattoo is on lower back and 5inch x 5 inch, white female with low exposure to the sun. Actual time of the laser for each session is less than 5 minutes total. Tattoo is 18 years old, black ink, but not done in a professional setting (remember my “ignorant” age statement earlier? Artist was professional and used a professional gun, but don’t believe the ink itself was the stellar professional quality). Luckily for me my stupidity of not going “professional” actually helps to make the tattoo easier to remove, since there’s no color that also helps since color, ink type, depth (into the skin), age of tattoo and how skin was treated in the time between getting the tattoo and removing all makes a difference, which is something everyone should keep in mind when considering tattoo removal. So happy and looking forward to starting 2020 without this regret on my body anymore. Only wish I was required to feel a tattoo laser before being allowed to get a tattoo, would definitely have made it so I never put ink on my body!

Dr Ross did the laser on my chest for my crapoy skin and lines on my chest. He also did the spots on my face. He also used a pulse dye laser on my belly button and tummy tuck scar. He was wonderful very knowledgeable. There was no pain. His nurse Kelly was also really great! My face had age spots and he used different lasers to treat them. He spent slot of time with me answering questions .

had a consultation regarding my freckles & brown spots on my face. my complexion is olive tone. dr. ross asked what i wanted and then gave his professional opinion. he was straight forward & honest. i wanted all my freckles gone, however dr. ross stated he wouldnt do that in the first procedure because of sensitivity to sun and not knowing how my skin will respond/react. he also recommended beginning with a skin lightening cream for my melasma vs a chemical peel. the results were great from the laser treatment:) i do wish he would of zapped all the freckles, however his honesty & conservative approach is worthy. i trust dr. ross and recommend him

I have suffered from hyperhidrosis since I was 9 years old. I've used Drysol, Robinul, Botox and every possible antiperspirant available. Robinul worked but I couldn't tolerate the side effects. (Having a mouth so dry that I couldn't talk is a problem!) Botox initially worked but after 6 years of injections, they became less and less effective. By my last two treatments, I was getting 200 units of Botox and still wasn't dry. When I first heard about Miradry, it sounded like a miracle. I googled and found a doctor in my area. He was offering an initial discounted rate so I jumped at the opportunity. September 2011, I went in for my first Miradry procedure. The nurse who performed my procedure was funny and personable and made me feel very comfortable. She explained each step. After the lidocaine shots, I started shaking. At first I thought I was having a panic attack but she told me that this reaction to lidocaine was normal. I did feel one or two of the Miradry pulses but the pain went away quickly. My recovery was worse than I expected. My underarms swelled up like balloons and I was very, very sore. I took ibuprofen and tylenol but I was still very uncomfortable. Within a week, everything went back to normal size and NO MORE SWEATING!!!! Three months later I went in for my second procedure. This time the nurse gave me prednisone before and one to take at home. That helped a LOT. Not nearly as much swelling and a much easier recovery. In fact, I flew out-of-state for Christmas a few days after this second procedure. All in all, I think Miradry was the absolute best thing I have ever done for myself. For the first time in my life, I can wear form-fitting clothes and not even think about sweating. I am thin and wear a size small but my whole life I have covered myself in size large clothes, trying to hide the sweat. I'm gradually purchasing a whole new wardrobe! I hope and pray that my sweat glands are gone for life. My sweet young daughter is showing early signs of hyperhidrosis and when she is old enough to have the Miradry procedure, we will be first in line to have this miracle procedure. I recommend getting Miradry if you suffer from underarm sweating. It is WORTH it.

Dr. Ross grossly overfilled under my eyes. Went back a few weeks later because I looked abnormal. He did nothing and said I looked great. I've gone to three other doctors to fix, but they will not touch me until Dr. Ross fixes my eyes first by dissolving.He should not be doing any type of cosmetic procedures on anyone.I look horrible and unnatural. It's been two years and I still look horrible. I looked older after treatment than before. He also put leftover fillers in my jowl area again making me look older. He also performed laser fraxel on my face for dark spots. He targeted an area in a dramatic triangle on both sides of my cheeks. You can see the triangle on both sides now. Warning DO NOT GO TO DR. ROSS.
