Dr. Ross grossly overfilled under my eyes. Went back a few weeks later because I looked abnormal. He did nothing and said I looked great. I've gone to three other doctors to fix, but they will not touch me until Dr. Ross fixes my eyes first by dissolving.He should not be doing any type of cosmetic procedures on anyone.I look horrible and unnatural. It's been two years and I still look horrible. I looked older after treatment than before. He also put leftover fillers in my jowl area again making me look older. He also performed laser fraxel on my face for dark spots. He targeted an area in a dramatic triangle on both sides of my cheeks. You can see the triangle on both sides now. Warning DO NOT GO TO DR. ROSS.

Scripps Clinic Laser and Dermatology Center. Dr. Ross ruined my face. He overfilled my eyes and then refused to fix. I went back to him to let him know my eyes felt funny and very tight because he noticeably over injected​.​ He refused to listen to me, was rude, made feel horrible and I left in tears. The nurse hugged me and said sorry after he left the office. I have seen several other doctors and all said he overfilled in the wrong area and that the color is white due to it being injected too close to the surface. I went back a second time and he was even worse. He brought in a photo of me saying it was taken before the injection when it was the photo after the injection. I remember because​ of what I was wearing. ​He again lied and said he didn't inject in the area I was concerned. I tried to show him photos a couple months prior to his injections and he refused to look at them. He said he well documented the area, but didn't bring my chart for our consultation. He should have his license revoked for lying. Now, I have to pay a lot of money to have another doctor fix his mess. He should never be able to do any cosmetic procedures. Run from this man!

I just don't get it. If he overfilled, this is easily dissolvable with hyaluronidase. I do not understand his reaction or the reactions of the other doctors.
