He's been treating me for 6 years. I'm not going to share every procedure he's done for me, but let's just say I trust him completely with my face. He's an expert with botox, fillers, and micro-needling. My neck lift is amazing. I'm so happy I did it. Just GO to see him! He can do wonders for you, and you will still look like yourself - only BETTER. Ask him what he can do for your lips, jowls, frown lines, skin. Just tell him what's bothering you and he'll suggest, but not upsell. And he takes a conservative approach, so you won't be overdone. A great surgeon and a wonderful person.

Well let’s see, where to start. I had a very good friend who found Dr. Boeckmann and had a neck procedure done. After she had her 1st appointment with him, she said that he would be able to do her procedure without being put under. I was a little skeptical and said are you sure? I saw her the day after her procedure and couldn’t believe the results. So what does a good friend do, they say why don’t you come with me to my post op appointment and that is exactly what I did. My friend was able to call and was given the okay for me to join. From the minute you walk through the office you somehow just feel at ease. Holly, part of Dr. Boeckmann’s Team, is simply amazing. She is sweet, kind, patient and so very welcoming. Meeting Dr. Boeckmann was such a treat. I had been to 2 other Surgeons for consultations and just didn’t feel as if they were listening to what I was hoping for. My experience with him was quite the opposite. He confirmed that my procedure could also be done with being put under and I of course said ARE you SURE?? He said Yes, I am sure. I scheduled my neck lift procedure and it was true, no pain whatsoever during the procedure. The follow up after the procedure between him and Holly, was fantastic. I had very little bruising and the healing journey went exceedingly well. The final results, FANTASTIC! He is so gentle and has such a calm demeanor. I have referred several people to him and their feedback is exactly the same, extremely positive. You won’t be disappointed, save yourself time and simply call and make your appointment. You will not need a second opinion. HIs opinion and recommendations is all you will need. Simply put, he is a very GIFTED Surgeon!

Such a nice person and easy to work with! Dr. Boeckmann is down-to-earth and takes the time to discuss what you're looking to improve. He will not sell you anything that is unnecessary, which shows he cares about his patients and not necessarily about profit. I find this approach pleasant because I don't want any doctor to try to upsell procedures that aren't needed. I've been his patient for 5 years. If you want to work with someone who truly cares see Dr. Boeckmann.

Excellent! Dr Boeckman is amazing - not one bruise with fillers and botox - he is the best! He is a true professional and compassionate about his work - he is honest with fantastic results. His staff is also to be commmended.

Amazing Neck lift results! I am only 4 days post op, but am so beyond happy! I have had very little pain, swelling or bruising. I feel really good! Dr. Boeckmann has been really great with communication and his technique is showing to be almost flawless. I can't wait to wake up everyday to see the newest changes! I was also very good with taking care of myself pre-op. Arnica Monatan and Bromaline started 4 days prior to surgery. No alcohol, ibrophen for 2 weeks. I only took my normal magnesium, and zinc before surgery. Post op foods were salmon, cottage cheese, bone broth and lots of water! Updated on 1 Jul 2018: Updated on 21 Jul 2018: Still swollen under my neck, still feels tight like I am wearing a turtleneck. Still mostly numb. I ma feeling more tingling and a few zaps ( nerves reconnecting) Front scars are totally invisible, behind the ears and under the chin still there but going away. Still loving it!!! Updated on 1 Feb 2019: Sorry couldn't update! Lost login info! After about 6 weeks I noticed a really full feeling under my chin, like a collar. Dr. thought is was delayed swelling because I didn't have initial swelling! Did many lymphatic massages, Dr. did Pelleve treatments to tighten, but no luck. It continued to fall. I am so sad and hate looking in the mirror. After 7 months I am right back where I started from. I have no idea what happened? Dr. says I may need a slight tuck up. 2nd opinion Dr. says total redo with shaving the submandibular glands as they are now appear very prominently. Depressing especially because it looked so amazing and I was so happy. Dr. disappointed too. Updated on 1 Feb 2019: Out of order photo? Not sure how to post this 5 week pic? Look at my jawline! Ugh...so sad :( It started to fall a week or so later. I just don't know what to do? Redo the whole thing or just be sad and take the financial loss.

Dr. Jacob Boeckmann - with Facial Aesthetic Concepts. I'm so glad I chose this plastic surgeon for my cosmetic work! I had a micro face lift, neck lift, upper eyelids done and under eyelid pinch. Plus C02 laser, and autologous fat transfer. I was also provided hyperbaric oxygen treatments post-op to speed up my healing. Wow, it was alot yes! But the results are natural looking and excellent!!!!! It is truly more than the improvement I was hoping for!!! His expert suggestions made a huge difference, in addition to his skilled hands.

I had the procedure Feb. 2015. It was my first cosmetic procedure. I had a loose neck. It did take a little while to heal, but it was worth every penny. The Dr. and staff that handled it were extremely professional. People had started to ask if my health was ok. I wasn't looking to erase time. I just wanted to look rested and healthy. Very soon after that was achieved, and I probably look a little younger too. The price listed was for surgery, over night care, and follow up. Dr. Boechman and the staff at facial Aesthetics in San Clemente were wonderful. I have a very natural look which as a man was very important. I don't look tight or overdone. I was 53 at the time. I was so happy that I had my fat bags dealt with this year March of 2016.
