Amazing IPL treatment

I had an amazing IPL treatment with Amanda. I came in to get rid of age spots and even out my skin tone on my face and chest. She made me feel completely at ease and gave me very good instructions on after-care. The procedure just felt like little zaps against my skin and got more intense the closer it was to my nose. Visia Skin Analysis

This is a great tool to check your skin for wrinkles, pores etc.... A few things I learned, this must be done on clean skin and I shaved my face, tiny hairs can be scanned as a wrinkle. For me, most of my problems can be resolved with IPL and Dysport for the wrinkles. I hope to repeat Visia after I complete the IPL treatments.

I just went today for a consultation.Doctor Tanghetti took his time to explain everything and suggest what it was best for me. He answered all my questions and you can see he is not trying to sell you some procedure you may not need. You can tell he wants the best for you. I have a Dysport treatment first time ever. I was very scare of the needle. However, I did not feel anything. He did a great job. I highly recommend him

November 13th was my first treatment with a new laser machine at Dr. Tanghetti's office. The new laser treatment brought almost immediate results; far better than other machines. Additionally, the results were dramatically better while the recovery time was much shorter. I am absolutely thrilled with the new laser machine and I can't wait to receive my next treatment. I had Voluma added to my cheek bone area. This really works by adding volume to the cheek bone area it created a lift that makes me look younger without being obvious. Dr Tanghetti and Kathy evaluated my face and discussed my concerns. They then recommended about 2 syringes of Voluma in each side for optimal results. They told me that after 2 weeks any swelling or bruising would diminish and the results would last up to 2 years.

I've been a long time patient to this place and now that they don't except out of pocket payments they kick their patients to the curve. I felt alone and angry at this place. A place I thought I could trust. I've been struggling with acne for years now and I get so down about it. To have to go to a completely different place now upsets me. I did not get a good enough explanation from them.
