Dr. Curtis Wong is amazing. This doctor truly cares about the well-being of his patients. I had breast implants for about 3 years and although very nice, they made me very ill. Im so glad I found this community of lovely women on real self who shared their explant experiences. I’m glad this journey of exploring doctors on here led me to dr Curtis Wong. He is one of the very few doctors who I found performed an explant under local anesthesia. I didn’t want to undergo the traumatic experience of a full en bloc capsulectomy and having to go fully under for this procedure. His assistants are all lovely and so helpful! I was able to do my explant on a Friday and drive myself home the very same day. I didn’t even need strong pain meds after. I’m a week post op and already feeling so much better than when I had my implants. The incisions are healing nicely. My chronic inflammation, head fog and fatigue are all significantly improved. I feel like I can take a full breath of air now! The procedure wasn’t bad at all , the dr was very considerate of my pain tolerance , proceeding to use more local anesthesia if needed. He even provides you with his personal phone number in case you need to contact him. The Dr. I got implants with didn’t even reach out to me for a follow up! Can’t wait to continue recovering and if you’re thinking about booking a surgery with dr. Wong, do not hesitate at all!!!!

Dr. Wong does such amazing work he gave me exactly what I wanted I got breast augmentation with him over the muscle very natural look that I wanted. He is very easy to talk to doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable he answered all my questions and I could message him on his personal line if I had any questions at anytime and he would get back to me very fast I would recommend anyone to go to him I had such a great experience and results I still can’t get over how good the look.

I researched very fully about having my silicone breast implants removed. After much consideration, I chose to drive 10 hours to Dr. Wong’s office to have them removed under local anesthesia in one of his office treatment rooms. The total price was $721!! It wasn’t just the price, but the fact that Dr. Wong was so incredibly available to discuss my procedure, even emailing me on the weekend!! I chose to just leave the capsules in because I felt that I was not a person who had breast implant illness (not even sure if it has been proved) plus the fact that capsulectomy was an additional extra procedure adding much to complication rate and healing time. Updated on 29 Jun 2022: The implants were removed mid-November of 2021 and within a couple of months, it was obvious that I was developing seromas. I had them drained, only to have them return worse than ever (bigger than my original implants!!) Now, it is recommended for me to have a second aspiration, but this time to place bilateral drains and leave the drains in for TWO MONTHS!! I sure hope this works as I wish to avoid a future capsulectomy and all that it entails.

Was wanted to get a breast augmentation so I scheduled a consult with Dr Wong after having a consult in San Francisco with another surgeon. Dr Wong was much cheaper and I felt more comfortable with him and loved that I only had to travel about 45 mins from my home. I seen his portfolio and talked to other patients that had him as their surgeon and knew he was the one. I have a bigger build and knew I wanted to go bigger then average and he was confident. Went from an a large A cup to a DDD/F. He did an amazing job and his follow up care was exceptional!! He always answered questions and concerns, I’m a worry wart sometimes. Everything went great and I am so pleased with my results. I will go back to him if I want anything else done. I highly recommend Dr Wong and his office, the ladies there are so sweet too!

I am beyond happy with the results of my breast augmentation. Dr. Wong did an amazing job. From the very first appointment, to the surgery date and every appointment after he made me feel comfortable. I am a very modest person and not once did I feel uncomfortable during my appointments. He listened to what I wanted, didn't try and pressure me into something that I didn't want and he gave me his personal number incase I had any questions or concerns (and trust me, I had a TON of questions). He is very timely when it comes to your appointments, has great bedside manner and his office staff is so incredibly nice. He personally checks on you after your surgery to make sure you are doing ok which makes you feel like more than just another patient. He is an amazing surgeon and would recommend him to everyone!

As a 49 year old Mother of 4 I always hiked about a Tummy Tuck well kinda....I had the opportunity to get this done to not only feel better but to help support my spine ( I had 3 spine surgeries resulting in 4 levels fused). I first did a facetime consult with Dr Wong because I lived out of the area but would be there so my mom could care for me. Of course I was told to lose some weight but given my primary motivation was my spine after explaining this to him he understood. I had my surgery and was blown away by his continuous care and support. He even came to my parents home to change dressings the first week or so. He Always answered his text messages and phone calls and woke I'm only 11 weeks post surgery I look forward to my final result and couldn't be in better hands.

I could not have had a better experience with Dr. Wong and his wonderful office staff! I had a bilateral breast augmentation and could not be any more satisfied with my final results and the care I received from Dr. Wong. From my first consultation, to surgery day, and aftercare-I felt truly cared for, respected of my time and expenses, and his overall honesty and professionalism exceeded my expectations. Dr. Wong went over in detail everything I needed to be aware of and right away I knew i was good hands. He made himself available 24/7 after my care-and even called to check on me several times before my aftercare appointment(two weeks after my surgery). Even his office staff is very courteous, professional, and prompt with returning calls and had answers to all of my questions-and with this being my first surgery I had alot! They walked me through everything I needed to know step-by-step and were there whenever I had any questions. I couldn't say enough good things about Doctor Wong and his office staff! Tomorrow is 11 months in the waiting!!! Im sacred and excited at the same time Having My second set of saline implants explanted with a lift am currently 600 ccs both sides , I have been unhappy some time now to big and just not cute on my 5'1 body frame weighing 108 .... I looked at so many Drs to do this a lot were just trying to talk me into more IMPLANTS even after I said I want me YES I know Im only going to be a A cup Im so happy to be all me again!!! Dr wong was very helpful and didn't try to change my mind but gave me every option and went forward with my wishes and what would be the best result in the end with explanting with Lift He is so Mindful of my worries and stays in touch as I have had so many questions through my process. The doctor and his staff were very kind and helpful. There was no waiting time and the facility was very nice, clean and professional, but most of all my results are amazing! I will return in the near future.Highly recommended.

Ever since I was a young child (7-8) I have been self-conscious about my lady bits. Until a few years ago I didn’t even know this procedure existed, but when I found it I knew I wanted to have it done. I’ve gone back and forth with feelings of guilt - like this is such an unnecessary surgery and I’m happily married to a man who loves me the way I am, long labia and all - and feelings of determination to not live another year hating the way my vajayjay looked. The procedure is pretty expensive where I live ($5000-$8000), and that was a big deterrent for me. It just seemed like so much money to “fix” something that wasn’t broken. I joined Real Self in an effort to learn everything I could about labiaplasty and happened to stumble onto a post from Dr Wong in which he mentioned his very reasonable prices. He’s not close to where I live but is within driving distance. And the money I would save on the surgery was well worth a 6-hour drive. I started researching him online and was really impressed by his reviews and the pictures of his results. I emailed his office and got set up to do a virtual consultation. I liked him even more after speaking with him on the phone. He is humble, kind, and you can tell he knows what he’s doing. I made an appointment and my husband and I drove down to his office in Redding, CA. I underwent the procedure under local anesthesia. His staff were friendly, helpful, and down to earth. The whole experience couldn’t have been better! The way the doctor and his staff interact showed how well they get along and it took away the little bit of anxiety I was feeling before the surgery started. The procedure went quickly and before I knew it he was done. The pain started a few hours later but nothing terrible. I took a pain pill and that took the edge off. I have been diligent about icing the location and laying down with my butt slightly elevated. So far, 36 hrs post-op, the pain is not awful and the swelling is minimal. I had planned to have nothing going on for the first several days after surgery and I’m glad I did. Obviously at this point, I don’t know what my final results will be, but so far things have been great! I am so happy I chose Dr Wong and I highly recommend him! He is professional and kind and I would not hesitate for a second to have him perform another procedure. I will post an update with before and after pics when enough time has passed for the final look to be unveiled.
