All I can say is WOW!!!- from the first call I knew I made the right decision. I've had two friends go to him for breast augmentation and they felt comfortable, and, I just knew I would! And, I was right! Scheduled my consult and he was on time, knowledgable, professional, handsome..(this was important to me.. Seeing as tho I was getting plastic surgery lol.. I made him aware of what I wanted and what my expectations were and that was what he focused on. I left the consult and he emailed me just welcoming me into his practice and invited me to email him if I had any questions. I thought that was super important that he answered his emails and not his receptionists. I booked the procedure and it was here before I knew it. I did a lot of research about abdominalplasty so I was ready with many many questions. He always answered them. Didn't matter what time it was. I am so glad I put my life and body in his hands. He gave me back what I knew would make me happy!!
I had a 2pm appointment for a consultation with the Andreasen office for explantation of 42 year old silicone breast implants. I arrived at 1:50 to complete paper work. After waiting 45 minutes I inquired at the reception desk, and was told the doctor was with a patient but would see me soon. I waited another 45 minutes, without being seen, then left. I received no phone call, no apology regarding the extended wait and the failure to consult, no offer to re-appoint. However, the following week I received an email from the Andreasen office announcing a promotion on a breast implant procedure. I was insulted and totally disgusted.
So far his office has been great. I don't feel like they are trying to upsell me on procedures. He listened to what I wanted, answered my 500 questions and has been amazing. After surgery: I was allowed to have mine out under local. All of the staff & Dr were so wonderful. They even answered questions during sugery (when I was curious about what I was feeling).

I was recommended Dr. Troy Andreasen by a friend who knew two girls who were his former patients. Gal 1 had saline implants around 10 years ago, and Gal 2 had silicone implants 6 years ago. Both were felt Dr. Andreasen was super capable and loved his work to this day. Gal 1 said she would have gone with silicone if it was available at the time. Gal 2 has had two kids and still loved her breast aug. I've met these girls IRL and didn't know they had undergone the surgery. I just figured, "Just another white girl born with big boobs, unlike my tiny 'yellow hills’" The office is easy to find; parking was even easier to find. The staff is super helpful and kind. Dr. Andreasen was super knowledgeable. He encouraged all my questions so nothing was “too stupid” to ask. Ladies, don’t worry- he isn’t creepy. You really don’t need to shy away from a male doctor especially one with a professional demeanor as his. His recommendation for sizing and implant selecting were tailored to my lifestyle, body frame, and desired outcome. The big piece of advice I would give to potential patients is plan on arriving for your appointment time an hour BEFORE when they tell you they want you to be there: I was advised to call the office on Friday before my surgery if I didn’t get a call by noon. I called the office at 1pm. The office told me I had to call the surgery center, so I hung up and called the surgery center. I was told that my appointment was going to be at 9:00am, and that a nurse would call me back with more instructions. The nurse called later to tell me my appointment was at 8:30am and gave me all my instructions. I called the surgery center back to confirm whether my appointment was going to be at 8:30 or 9:00. They said 8:30 for arrival and my surgery was probably going to be at 9:30. During the morning of the surgery, according to the navigation app, we had an ETA that would have put us 15 mins early to our appointment but 45 mins before my appointment, I get a call from the nurse saying I should be there now since they were ready for me regardless of my appointed time. I start to panic but she said to just drive safely, and they would see me when I got there. When I got there, I was kind of rushed through the sign in process and was told, “Everyone is waiting on you”. Whatever. I was really stressed out at that point and pretty pissed because I did everything I could to be prepared for this, and had I received a call requesting me to come in earlier, I would have done so. Instead I get a call almost 45 mins before my appointed time saying I should be there already since they are running early. I don’t know know if it was because Dr Andreason’s team is so efficient that they just breeze through surgeries, or if people cancelled, or if they were in a hurry because it was the holidays, but they will not call you to see if you can get there earlier than expected, they will just expect you to be there. Which I have no issue with because I line up early for concert tickets, busy restaurants, Apple product releases so my boobs, for sure, I’ll line up early than expected for them… I just didn’t know I would have to and got stressed out. In summary: || Dr Andreasen: Awesome doc. Personable. Listens. Thorough || Office: Easy to find. Easy to park. || Office Staff: Kind. Attentive. Organized.
