32 YR old Momma of 5 got my Breast AUG on my birthday this year with Dr. Peter Newen amazing from the front desk to the operating room . Although I'm a nurse they explained everything to the T !! Such an amazing experience so grateful!! I highly recommend
I chose to have my surgery done with Dr. Newen and I am so happy with my results and overall experience. My neck/ jawline has amazing definition and the healing process was quicker than expected. I appreciate his amazing team for having excellent bed side manners and making me feel the most comfortable during every step. My recovery process was very quick and from my experience my pain level was at a 1. Thank you Dr. Newen and his amazing team for my positive experience.
I’m 6 days post op from my breast augmentation and I’m so happy! I’m so glad my Dr. Peter Newen from the Image Center uses Sientra, they have the best warranty and I’m obsessed with my results and shape. Best doctor and best implants!
I had a great experience with Dr. Newen and the entire team at the Image Center! I had a breast augmentation on 02/15 and have nothing negative to say about the experience. I was nervous going into surgery but the staff is very helpful and comforting. I'm 5'2" 125 lbs and was a 32B prior to surgery. I had 415 CC's moderate profile implants placed under the muscle. My breasts were uneven prior to surgery and Dr. Newen let me know that this would still be the case after surgery. I also have scoliosis so one of my The recovery has been easier than I expected. Day 3 was hell but by day 5 I was able to do most of my activities with ease and was no longer taking the pain meds. Can't wait to see my results in a few months!
I just got a breast augmentation on feb 11, 2021. I didn't get to meet Dr. Newen till the day of surgery to only mark my chest before surgery. His nurse whom i had my consult with said i didnt need no lift. so i choose a size i thought would be nice. the girls i spoke to said i would have a chance to talk to dr.newn right before surgery to have a final talk about any questions or concerns i had right before surgery. That never happened.Feb 11 came around. i wake up after my surgery. His assistant told me that the doctor performed a lift, which they call a lollipop lift. I am currently a week and a day post op. i like how they look. it does look like one has dropped a little than the other. i still don't feel my right nipple or around the nipple. I'm hoping i do get to regain sensitivity. That's something i didn't even get to talk about in my consult and the nurse never mentioned it to me either. When i did call to let them know i couldn't feel my right nipple and ask when would i get to feel it again she laughed and said i dont know. some people never get to regain sensitivity. Going off to say that some women it take a week, six weeks 3 months or sometimes they never do, which i felt so awful. I almost cried. I hope i do get it back. PLEASE GIRLS ASK QUESTIONS GET INFORMED PROPERLY. ill keep you updated about my experience with Dr. Newen
Today I got my lips done at the Image Center for the first time and my experience was beyond amazing! I have previously had a bad experience with fillers before at a different facility, but the Image Center took great care of me. The staff are extremely sweet and attentive to all of their patients concerns and questions. In regards to the fillers, I love them! They look amazing and are exactly what I asked for, natural and plump. I can't wait to come back here for whatever cosmetic work I want done.
Just received a breast augmentation today, 6 hours ago. I went with 355CC, High Profile. I am 5'0 and I weigh 118lbs. My old bra size was a 36A cup.Recovery is not to bad, my chest feel very sore. I am trying to sit up as much as I can, take naps here and there; also staying extremely hydrated. Took my Pain medication, along with my arnica and Bromelain! I will update soon. Updated on 16 Oct 2020: Sleeping was better the second night , Can’t wait to actually shower tomorrow. I am extremely bloated, took some stool softener and again staying hydrated. Walked for about 1 mile and it felt really good breathing out the the medication from the day of surgery. My breasts look swollen; icing them 3xs a day and just curious to see how they look in the end! Updated on 19 Oct 2020: They are feeling softer by the day! I love how round they are and sorta high. I wish they would come closer together so I purchased a surgical band to see if maybe that’ll help a bit but if not then I’ve come to terms with it. Anyways sleeping upward I’m not enjoying it, but soon I’ll be able to sleep flat on my back. Updated on 23 Oct 2020: I am happy with my results. I am starting to do more things and becoming more active by doing light house chores. They are starting to settle more and feel squishier. I am wearing my surgical band to sleep and occasionally around the day time just for them to settle more suttle but I couldn’t b happier and confident. Thank you, Dr Newen:) Updated on 28 Oct 2020: Loving how they look, just impatiently waiting for them to be more squishier! They have gotten softer but overall I’d love for them to feel “More natural” - I guess you may say? Happy with my results though. No more pain, I guess I’m a bit worried for capsular contracture to form; so I am hoping I stay clear from that!
I am 5’-1” 120 lbs and a size 32B before surgery. I went with Sientra 385 cc silicone, moderate plus, smooth round implants. It’s been a little more than a week since surgery and I’m excited to see how my breasts will recover. I had a similar experience to other reviews here and only met Dr. Newen right before surgery to get marked up and ask any last min questions. I wish I had met him during a consultation because I didn’t have great first impression. The nurse kept me waiting more than 45 min, didn’t seem very genuine, and was rushed during my consultation. I was able to look past that experience because everyone that has gone to the Image Center raves about Dr. Newen and his work. I knew that he would ultimately be doing the surgery and getting me the results that I want. Once I actually did get to talk to him I felt more confident about going into surgery but it would’ve been nice to have his help when finalizing my size and profile. My implants haven’t dropped yet but I no longer have pain. I’ll update more once they are fully recovered.
I got a breast augmentation with Dr. Newen on July 30. I am 21, 5'1 and 115lb. I ended up going with 435 cc, silicone implants, under the muscle, moderate profile. Everything went great, only thing I wish was different is that Dr. Newen didnt see me until the right before my surgery to mark me. I wish I had met him in my pre op because I wanted his opinion on the size implant I was picking. His assistants helped me but I wish I could have gotten his opinion on that because I was very nervous/stressed about the size since I'm very petite. When I met Dr Newen I asked him if he thought 435 cc was a good size for me and he didn't answer my questions he just said it depends what I'm looking for and how sexy I want my breast to look. Thought that was weird but it's whatever's. I've seen other surgeons measure each breast and chest size to determine your anatomical capacity for an implant so I wish I could have gotten something like that. Thankfully my breast are looking really good and are proportionate to the rest of my body! They may look bigger after they drop and fluff but I think that will still look good. My recovery has been great! I'm on day 6 and am able to shower by myself and get up by myself! I've had minimal pain and didn't even finish all my pain medicine! I just feel sore and morning boob is uncomfortable. The worst part of all this for me is the bloat/constipation :( probably from the pain meds and lack of activity during my recovery. I would recommend Dr Newen because his work is very nice. However if you're someone who needs to have a good relationship with your surgeon and need a lot of reassurance, I'm not sure you would like him. Let me know if you have any questions, I'm happy to answer! Updated on 24 Aug 2020: My recovery is going great! Soreness is almost completely gone and Im able to sleep on my back and sides. My nipples are extremely hypersensitive and the sides of my boobs itch from the skin stretching but other than that everything is normal! They still need to drop and fill out more below the nipple but they look amazing so far! I’m very happy with my results and can’t wait to see them continue to look better! Updated on 5 Sep 2020: I have my 6 week appointment in a few days and I will be able to finally remove the surgical tape over my incision! This is my breast in a crop top with no bra and really no support! I love how they are looking and feeling, this was definitely the best investment I’ve made for ME! I believe capsular contracture forms around 4-8 weeks post op so I’m almost out of that window and am so relieved because that was one of my main concerns! Overall I’m very happy Updated on 14 Sep 2020: These are my incisions a little over 6 weeks! Very small, thin scar. No discoloration or texture!
I've been wanting to get my boobs done for a very long time. Last year I went to the Image Center go get a consultation but never set up my surgery day, since quarantine is over but not Covid 19 I decided this is the perfect time to get them done. Surprisingly The Image Center still had my file from last year making it 10c easier!! I called to set up my consultation again on July 2, 2020. When the day came, I sat down with Jane again to go over everything. We went over sizing, surgery, getting a lift, etc. My friend's girlfriend had been here didn't have a good experience due to another lady not explaining the procedure & not helping her get the right boob for her body. She got 285cc making it too small to give her any cleavage (you can fit 3-5 fingers on how big her gap is). Explaining this to Jane she tapped on my chest to see if I have had good skin for it & made me feel very comfortable. After a good conversation I paid the $500 deposit & sent my surgery date for July 9, 2020 & my pre-op is July 6, 2020. Tips: - Make sure you do lots of research! YouTube, google, look on here, asking friends & family of people who has it done what they got & their experience. - make a picture PowerPoint of boobs you like & include size, implant, profile (this will help since most people come in asking what bra size that'll be). - include questions on your PowerPoint or just write it down to insure you don't forget anything. - wear a v-neck, sports bra, or low cut shirt when you go for your consultation so you can see exactly what your size will be. - change your size as much as needed! I changed it 2 times during my consultation & 2 more during my pre-op with Jane. She really really made me feel better about my decisions. - have people you trust to take you on the day of surgery. Have them take the day off to take care of you because you will feel like crap afterwards & need help with everything. This is pretty lengthy now so I'll continue & review my surgery & my recovery process! Thanks for reading!!
Hi! We would recommend scheduling a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, like Dr. Peter Newen, to see what their recommendation would be. Here at The Image Center we provide virtual and in-person consultations. We have 4 different locations spread out across Southern California, all under the direction of Dr. Newen. I attached our website in case you wanted to take a look.
