Mommy makeover surgery actually involves several complementary procedures, usually performed in a single operation with one recovery period. At my practice in Orange County, a mommy makeover typically includes a breast augmentation or breast lift (or a combination, liposuction surgery, and a tummy tuck, also known as an abdominoplasty.

I am known for providing beautiful, natural-looking breast enhancement results at my Orange County practice. My most frequently performed procedure is breast augmentation, which provides fuller, more shapely breasts courtesy of breast implants. In addition to offering silicone and saline breast implants, I am one of a select few board-certified plastic surgeons to offer IDEAL implants.
I also frequently perform breast lifts (with or without implants), breast reductions, and breast implant revision surgery, as well as gynecomastia surgery for men. Abdominoplasty

Weight loss and changes from pregnancy are the most common reasons to consider a tummy tuck, but anyone who is dealing with sagging abdominal skin or loose abdominal muscles could benefit from tummy tuck surgery at my Orange County practice.
I offer several iterations of the tummy tuck. The two most common are a traditional abdominoplasty, to tighten the skin above and below the belly button and repair the abdominal muscles, and the mini tummy tuck, which addresses laxity below the belly button. I also perform circumferential tummy tucks (also known as a lower body lift) to remove and tighten excess skin on the front and back of the torso, as well as panniculectomy, to reduce excess skin hanging over the genital area. The results of these surgeries can be transformational, both for my patients’ silhouettes and their confidence.

I cannot recommend Dr. Taleisnik enough. I came to him after looking for a couple of years at different plastic surgeons. After losing 180lbs, I had a lot of loose skin and need various skin removal surgeries.

Dr. Taleisnik performed my tummy tuck with muscle repair 6 weeks ago. I've been impressed with him from the start! His consultation was thorough and he has a great bedside manner. ...read moreLost a lot of weight pre ops weight 166 after loosing over 60 pounds (have PCOS). I got a breast lift/reduction from a 36hhh to idk what size I am now yet. I had about 1000cc’s taken out combined. About 5 pounds of skin removed from the tummy tuck. I also had a tummy tuck and lipo of back/flanks. I am still healing the first couple days were the worst!
However you get past the first couple days then it is more annoyance then horrible.
