i had a breast augmentation with Dr nykiel. The staff was warm and responsive, and I felt supported through every step (scheduling, pre-op instructions, and post-op check-ins). Surgery day was smooth and calming, and recovery was much more manageable than I expected because I felt so prepared and taken care of. Most importantly: my results look beautiful and fit my body. i do feel like i wish there was more attention put on ME and what i wanted. it felt a bit rushed with the actual doctor but where he wasn’t avail his staff filled in and they were great :)

Doctor Nykiel is a very talented plastic surgeon. The way he can change the human body from excess skin and fat to a beautiful masterpiece is amazing to me. I'm very happy with my experience. I had a tummy tuck and breast lift done. I was a rare case; the skin on my breasts stretched so far down—almost to my belly button—that I wasn't able to have breast implants with my lift because of the high chance that my areolas would die. However, in a couple of months, I'll be able to get implants, which I'm pretty excited about. I will definitely have Dr. Nykiel do my breast implants. I'm currently almost 5 weeks post-op from my Mommy Makeover and have been really happy with my experience. Everyone in the Upland office is so friendly and accommodating; it's really nice. I love that his team is fast to answer questions and get back to you. Amanda is by far my favorite person to talk to in the office.

I have seen Dr. Nykiel over the past 5 years for multiple consultations and procedures. I spent over a year debating on getting this last procedure done. I worried, questioned whether to do it or not, but despite this Dr. Nykiel continued to see me, answer all of my questions, and was always patient with me. I have never felt pushed to do anything and he has always been completely honest with me. Even up until the day of my procedure he was on the phone with me ensuring all my concerns were addressed and making sure I was ok proceeding, considering prior hesitations I had. I am so glad I trusted Dr. Nykiel as my results are even better than I expected. He and his staff continue to check-in with me and I know I can reach out to them anytime I have questions or need something.

He is excellent plastic surgeon. I am very happy with the results of my lower body lift/ tummy tuck with muscle repair. So much that if I ever decide to get any other plastic surgery done that I would go back to him to do it . He is happy to answer all questions at consult and anytime after surgery is done .

I had a surgery with Dr. NyKiel . He and the team were exceptional in walking me through the entire process pre-appointments were very thorough and discussed potential complications and expected realistic results. After the surgery, Dr. Nykiel and the team supported me through the healing process. I am one month post surgery and I am healing smoothly. They recommended lymphatic massages which I have been doing and they have really helped in the healing. The staff, specially Amanda, has been incredibly helpful and answering questions and/or concerns that I have. The experience overall has been an amazing positive experience. I underwent 360 liposuction with fat transfer to the hips and butt with Dr. Nykiel, and my experience was consistently positive from consultation through recovery. What initially drew me to him was his approach to safety, particularly his use of ultrasound technology during the procedure, which gave me added confidence in my decision. The surgical team was courteous, professional, and well-organized. I felt informed at each step and never rushed. Having clinical experience myself, I pay close attention to details, and I was comfortable with how the procedure was handled, including the operating room setup and postoperative protocols. Follow-up care was thorough and reassuring. I was contacted after surgery to check on my recovery, and I appreciated knowing that questions or concerns would be addressed promptly if they came up. That level of availability made the recovery period much less stressful. In terms of results, I was looking for refinement rather than an exaggerated change. The outcome feels balanced and natural, with improved contours and shape that suit my body. Overall, I felt respected as a patient and am satisfied with both the care I received and the final result. One month post-op from my BBL and Lipo 360, and I couldn’t be happier! I was nervous about not looking like myself, but that’s exactly why I chose Dr. Nykiel - his natural looking results. I had Lipo 360 with fat transfer to the breast by Dr. Nykiel after a lumpectomy left me with a deformity in my right breast. The entire experience was very positive. The office staff was caring and supportive, especially Amanda and Krista, who made me feel heard and reassured when I was initially nervous about the procedure. Their kindness and encouragement made a big difference. I had minimal pain and am still healing, but my breasts are now symmetrical, and I’m excited to see the final results. I’m very grateful to Dr. Nykiel and his wonderful team and would highly recommend them.
