Alexander Rivkin, MD

I went to Dr. Rivkin with the hopes of correcting some serious deformity of my nose tip after a primary rhinoplasty. I worked with several providers before him but thought it was serious time to go to someone who specialized in this procedure. Dr Rivkin was wonderful to work with and did a beautiful job on my nose. The only downside is that I am on the east coast and he is on the west and scheduling is a bit tricky (but that's a me problem). I wish the results could last forever!

I love the results! Very nice and comfortable office with a cute and friendly poochy making everyone feel comfortable. Staff is friendly and professional. Very brief waiting time, asked me what type of music I liked and I immediately felt comfortable and at ease. Dr. Rivkin was professional and had a very good eye for what I needed. The procedure was painless lasting maybe 20 minutes total and assistant nurse was very kind and attentive. I was immediately happy with the results and speedy experience. The results are subtle, most people wouldn't know I did anything but I feel much better about my appearance and that reflects in my self image and attitude. Definitely would recommend to anyone seriously considering the procedure. Updated on 20 Mar 2020: For those who wanted to see the forward view as well, I'm attaching these before and after forward view too. The after picture was taken just after the post procedure follow up visit. Dr. Rivkin was able to help the bump on the middle of my nose look more centered by balancing out opposite areas.

I initially went to see Dr. Rivkin for the under-eye circles I have been fighting my entire life. Every day people would ask if I was tired, even when I felt great and rested!! Finally I had fillers injected and was amazed at what a difference it made! The minute I walked out of the practice I felt reborn. No bruising, swelling, nothing! Nothing to hint at the 'procedure' at all. Twenty years simply wiped from my face. I truly had tried everything but it was genetic and nothing topical creams could ever fix. So this was one year ago. I forgot what filler was used but it lasts and lasts and lasts -I had thought about touching up the result during my next visit (as I only come out to LA once a year) but there was nothing to do. The results were still perfect!! I did however have a rhinoplasty in the meantime and therefore wanted to speak to Dr. Rivkin about perfecting the results. Sadly my nostrils notched slightly after the surgery.. So I went in to have fillers injected to bring down the nostril borders. I could once again not have dreamed of better results!! I highly recommend Dr Rivkin to anyone who is thinking about adjustments to their face (or other areas of their body). He is an excellent doctor with a sublime sense of aesthetics and I happily fly half way round the world to see him! His team is highly professional and take the most loving care of those who are afraid of needles..

I came to Dr. Rifkin to get the dents and bump in my nose fixed. All the staff was super nice and calming and helped me feel relaxed since I was a little nervous about the needles. The appointments are quick but super informative and they make sure you are happy with the results and that they answer any of your questions. I definitely recommend here to come for any of your needs, especially anything regarding the nose.

Amazing. Amazing service, but truly amazing results for non surgical rhinoplasty. Holy [RS bleep]. So glad I opted for this instead of surgery. Incredibly natural result, not overdone, subtle to outside observer but the overall look is transformational. Plus he does 3 updates until you get it just right

I have been seeing doctor Rivkin for a few years and every time I visit, I leave very happy. I usually see Dr. Rivkin, but this time I got to see Stephanie. I did under the eyes, smile lines and plumped my lips. Stephanie was super thorough. She asked what I wanted and what my expectations were. She explained the process even though I’ve been there before. She really took her time and recommended the fillers that would work better with my needs. I love Westside Aesthetics because they go with a natural look rather than overdone and never try to upsell you treatments you don’t need. If you are in the LA area and in need of fillers, this is the place to go.

Dr Rivkin's non-surgical nose job has been one of the best things I have ever done. He is a master with the procedure and makes you feel very comfortable and very confident in what he does. His staff and his office are also amazing. I wish I would have done this procedure years ago when I first saw him doing it but was nervous and wasn't sure it would really make a difference. I have had an amazing looking nose for a couple of years now and will never look back, and will never have the need to look at surgury :)

Great work! True artistry done here by Dr. Rivkin. The nurses are fabulous and cheerful and sweet. He’s also super happy to touch you up if you’re unhappy. Make sure to relax in the massage chairs while you’re numbing!

This location is professional and timely with a nice, clean, office and dr rivkin is a true expert at what he does! Excited to see the results over time! Would definitely come back for more services later.

I was born with a congenital hemageanoma on the tip of my nose, which made me look like Rudolph required several surgeries to correct. But because I was so young, the cartilage healed with abnormalities, and I spent my teenage and adult years with a bizarre scar on the edge of my nose and uneven nostrils. It caused me much embarrassment. But then I found Dr. Rivkin and his non surgical nose job. He is a brilliant practitioner and has made my nose look as if I never had the surgery. I am so grateful for his expertise, kindness, integrity and all around genius. His work is subtle and exceptional. I will be a long time patient!
