Impressed By This Doctor and His Team

I am in the process of working with Dr. Rivkin to allow him to do things with his filler finesse that I hope will lend appreciable improvement to several unsightly, distressing deformities that I incurred as a result of not one but, unfortunately, two very bad surgeries done on my nose over the past five years (Dr. Rivkin performed the initial filler procedure last month; I'm scheduled for a touchup in a few weeks). I'm impressed by what strikes me as Dr. Rivkin's earnest desire to help me to the best of his considerable ability and by his confident yet decidedly non-arrogant, likeable demeanor. Every member of his staff whom I've interacted with has been extremely professional and delightful to work with as well. I've been through a lot over the past five years with what's become a significant and uber-regrettable life setback for me, and I feel fortunate to have walked into this office. I feel optimistic that Dr. Rivkin can help me longterm, at least to the degree that help is attainable in my difficult case, and that hope means a lot to me -- a whole lot.
