MOTIVATION My neck had been bothering me for years as I thought it made me look like an old turtle. Then, when my face finally went downhill, I knew I was ready to find a good surgeon and I found one who exceed my expectations. PROCEDURES - Deep Plane Facelift - Neck Lift with Platysmaplasty & Deep Neck Contour - Lip Augmentation of upper and lower lips, using mastoid fascia taken from the neck lift. - Lip Lift - Temporal Brow Lift - Correction of pixie ears into normal earlobes RECOVERY Overall, it wasn't too painful, but I did need pain meds for the first few days. After that, it was mostly just uncomfortable. Bruising was not as bad as expected and went away quite quickly, about 2 weeks. Swelling was not bad either except for the lips, which grew to be extraordinarily huge. I looked like a cartoon character for about a week, but I was warned that this would happen so I didn’t freak out. Totally worth it and my friends got a good laugh, so everyone's happy. OUTCOME The final result is still months away, but I believe at least 15 years has already been taken off the neck and jawline. Previously droopy eyes and outer brows now have a subtle, lifted slant which is lovely without being overly exaggerated. The plumpness of the lips from the augmentation, along with the lip lift, has adds to the overall youthful look of the entire face. P.S. Along with the positive change to my appearance, I have also experienced a renewed interest in my overall health and well-being. A bonus to say the least and I’m beyond grateful for that. SURGEON Dr. Tansavadti did for me exactly what I was hoping for and then some. She was very invested in giving me her best and she overdelivered. I would not hesitate to go back to her again if ever the need arises. I will always be thankful to her.

I had researched other surgeons from recommendations I had received from some of my clients. I even had a list of surgeons who had all worked on various celebrities, but when I met DR. TANSAVATDI I knew she was the one. She recently gave me: • Deep Plane Facelift • Neck Lift with Platysmaplasty & deep neck contour • Temporal Brow Lift, • Lip Lift • Lip Augmentation of upper and lower lips, using my own mastoid fascia which was harvested during the neck lift. • Normal looking earlobes where I had "pixie ears" I’m only 5 weeks out from surgery but it’s already looking amazing. She has easily taken 15-20yrs off my neck and lower face, has given my eyes and outer brows a subtle lifted slant that is lovely without being overly exaggerated, the lip augmentation has given my lips a beautiful plumpness and the lift of the upper lip has provided a more youthful appearance to my entire face. To say Dr T knows what she’s doing is an understatement....she is a BADASS and also a lovely person with an exuberant personality and warmth. These qualities only add to her professionalism, and her love of what she does shows in her demeanor. I was right to put my trust in her and I have zero regrets. I’m looking forward to seeing the final results when all is fully healed. It wasn't too painful just mostly uncomfortable for a few days. Bruising wasn't bad at all and there was definitely swelling but very normal and has gone away more quickly than I had expected. If I had another face I wld do it again without hesitating. I chose lower lid blepharoplasty (repositioning under eye fat pads) to reduce the tired-looking appearance that my hereditary under eye bags contributed to. Caring, thoughtful, and highly skilled team of healthcare professionals. My nose had been broken several times as a child and Dr Tansavatdi did an incredible job of giving me the natural results I wanted. My nose is now straight and I still look like me!

Let me start off by saying that I have used three other plastic surgeons for various procedures. Not only is Dr. Tansvansavadti an excellent surgeon, she is great at all cosmetic procedures. She is kind, professional and knowledgeable, while at the same time being warm and caring. Her practice has grown since I started seeing her yet I feel like she hasn't changed her practice at all . She doesn't over suggest un-necessary procedures and will give honest advice on what would be the best treatment needed.. There is not the typical office manager treating you with that cold , money hungry attitude. This office has some of the nicest people you will ever meet. They all want to make you feel comfortable and welcome.The medical assistants are as sweet as can be. No plastic faces or expressionless botox women in this office. They also have a wonderful nurse who will always leave you with a smile or your face. If you truly value customer service and are tired of unpleasant, rude receptionists or doctors who treat you like it is a privilege to see them,then this is the office for you.

I wanted to improve my breathing and to fix my crooked nose and Dr. T went above and beyond to make me feel at ease throughout the entire Rhinoplasty process from our consultation to the post surgery follow ups. I chose Dr. Tansavatdi because she makes sure you are at a complete understanding of everything that will be happening and if I had any questions, she and her amazing staff were there to help me feel comfortable. Amazing!!!! I live in westlake and new we had comparable if not better docs here than Beverly Hills. I was not disappointed!!!! She surpassed my expectations. I look like myself but better, rested and not at all fake or “done.” I had tear trough and upper cheek filler. I am of Indian descent and have natural dark circles but now I look so much better without the hollows under my eyes! She is incredible...and very responsive. I went the first time, and then at 3 week check up she perfected results. Lifelong patient!!!!! LOVE HER!!!!
