Dr. Erfani is friendly and knowledgeable. I have seen him for the last several years and have always been happy with the treatments provided. Central location with close, free parking. Team is friendly and professional. Results of xeomin were great.

My experience with this doctor was wonderful, staff was fantastic place is nice and clean and friendly and I'm very satisfied with the outcome. Since I had my face surgery I feel better I look great and I get compliments everywhere I go

Dr erfani is wonderful. He is cheaper for xeomin injections than anyone in town. You just get on his email list to find out about special event days and only 8 dollars a unit. He never leaves a bruise.

Let me just say first off that I had an AMAZING experience with Dr. Erfani. He really cares about his patients, honestly!!! I’ve always been on the smaller side but I’m very active. My belly is by far the first place I gain weight. I really wanted to keep the shape in my legs and butt. I was able to remove a lot of fat in my waist giving me an awesome hour glass look. The surgery itself wasn’t so bad I was under general anesthesia. Recovery honestly wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. I read tons of reviews that lipo recovery makes you feel like you got hit by a truck. I definitely had to take a couple days off of work (the weekend was enough) but I actually didn’t take any pain meds except for ibuprofen. It wasn’t that bad, just a little sore and bruised up (only for a week or two). Every week I’ve been able to tell a small difference. I love it!!! Thanks Dr. Erfani you’re the best

Dr. Erfani is excellent! I have never felt so comfortable in doctors office and calm knowing I would get a great results, the surgery went well ( I had it Dec 26 and was back to work Jan 2), and all the other after care appointments went great. The staff is very friendly! They made me feel at home each and every time I came in. I would recommend anyone to go see him. Updated on 16 Apr 2021: Dr. Erfani is one of the best Certified Plastic Surgeons out there. This is my second breast augmentation with him, and I'm delighted. He's very compassionate and listens to his patients, as a patient, that is very important. I'll give him more than 5 stars if I can. I can't wait for my next procedure. Dr. Erfani moved to SD Body Contouring In La Mesa. The environment and atmosphere are not the same as the Doctor's old offices, disappointing, but I trust him, and ill go where he goes.

Dr. Erfani did a great job per-surgery, during surgery, and post operative care. Always available to consult and answer questions and did a great surgical job as well. Highly recommended and I would definitely use him again.

For the longest time I wanted to make my top lip fuller. I had to outline outside and inside with dry lip liner and then apply lipstick to get fuller lips. Then all day try to keep up. I am more than pleased with Dr. Sadi Erfani's plastic surgeon's work in CV. CA Spiritlift office. This is just a few hours after the procedure so its a bit bruised and swollen. I am sure the lips will not look as full in a few days but I hope they don't go down by much. This is the exact fullness I wanted. They save any unused product for touchup in 10 days. I will post another pic then. Updated on 2 May 2015: Today is day four, minimal swelling. I do return for a touch up next week, I want to make the top lip a bit fuller. Not to much more needed. Im very happy with the results.

I met with Dr. Sadi Erfani of Spirit Lift Plastic Surgery after having people continually ask if I was getting enough sleep or if everything was okay because I looked tired. As I am in sales, looking my best is important. I realized I had to do something about my situation. Dr. Erfani suggested that I have a facial fat transfer which involved taking out some fat through my stomach through liposuction (cool) and then purifying it to be injected under my eye areas that was giving me a hallowed and aged look. Dr. Erfani was open and extremely likeable. After checking out some of his reviews, I decided to have the procedure. Without getting into lengthy play by play description, I am extremely happy with the way things turned out. Right now, I look and easily feel ten years younger. I have had a couple people that know me kept staring and saying how much younger I look. I am grateful to Dr. Erfani for not only helping me to look great but restoring a youthful vigor back. Updated on 27 Dec 2016: I saw a comment here on Real Self and wanted to post an update since my fat transfer procedure with Dr. Erfani (awesome plastic surgeon) over 2 and a half years ago (going on 3)!!! Anyone considering this may hear similarly in consultation that 'there is no guarantee as to how long the effects of a fat transfer can last as everyone is different'. For me, it was totally worth it. I know that some of the effects have subsided, but I can still touch the areas just above my cheeks and feel 'strong' pockets of fat that I think 'generated' that don't give me that bottom sunken hollowed look under my eyes. I still feel and look at least ten years younger than I am supposed to. Best to all in their search here... Updated on 16 Apr 2019: I just received a Real Self notification regarding a man whose 50, had a facial fat transfer and complained about looking too young (great problem to have). It will be 5 years this November since I've had my procedure with Dr. Sadi Erfani. Although, I don't get mistaken for someone in my 20's, it still boggles my mind when people ask my age, I reply and get surprised looks to be told that I look much younger (especially when I get a haircut). I just wanted to post a recent pic so that for those considering this... Go and find an excellent doctor like mine. The procedure has been totally worth it. I still feel the 'fat pockets' under my eyes. I'd also like to thank Real Self for being an outstanding forum to help direction. Best in everyone's search... Updated on 21 Sep 2020: I saw some guy post that he was happy with his results - but no pictures? Here's mine as of almost now 6 years since my facial fat transfer by Dr. Sadi Erfani in San Diego. Know that I am 30 pounds heavier since my girl does not care how I look (and neither do I). But I can still feel the fat pads under my eyes although I can see volume loss. Maybe I should go for a facelift next?

I strongly advise all to not use this doctor! I had him do a mini facelift, neck lift, upper eye lift, and an under-eye lift in January of this year. He ruined my face and has taken zero responsibility. I've been asking him for months what it is that he did and how I can correct it and he refuses to talk to me.
