I cannot thank Dr. Peter Rullan and his caring staff enough for all they did to help me. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Such a very caring and professionally run office. I had to have several procedures done to eliminate a large tumor/abscess and minor cosmetic work. The entire experience went flawlessly. I have been a professional athlete my entire life and it had been over 15 years without having to go to any doctor so I was scared to death to see one. I do not always trust doctors or hospitals. I had been suffering with excruciating pain for almost a year (kept procrastinating) and I am telling you going to see Dr. Rullan was like a miracle and my life being given back to me. You have no idea. I thought I was going to be out for months longer, but what Dr. Rullan was able to do for me in such a short amount of time was a true blessing. The entire process only took about 6-7 weeks of treatments/procedures and was nearly painless. With Dr. Rullan's extreme knowledge in a seemingly complex dermatology field he was able to completely eliminate a nearly 3 inch by 3 inch growth in a very private area with basically very minor painless surgery. I went from pain and constant bleeding thinking there was no hope to healed in no time. I do not want to go into all the details because somewhat gruesome, but the outcome was just remarkable. I would trust this man with my life and will always go back to him. Now I know why he is known as one of the top 1% most respected caring doctors in the country. Anyone who is fortunate to be seen by Dr. Rullan should be thankful. He is extremely busy with a vast amount of clients yet the staff did whatever they could to always make sure I was able to be seen in a rather short amount of time on several occasions. Ever since the first experience I have been in a couple other times to have some cosmetic work done and every time perfect work. Wow what a great experience.

I had tca, subcision and CO2 laser. This is the second time I have this procedure and I have had incredible results. There is 60% improvement in some scars and in others even more. Excellent doctor very close and friendly. A great experience to be treated by him

I was super nervous about getting this procedure done and researched it for months before I decided on Peter. Me and my mother drove from Las Vegas to San Diego for me to get it done. In the waiting room I felt like I was going to throw up from all the nervousness. They set me up in the room and when the doctor came in I felt completely at ease. He’s very detail oriented and likes to explain everything that he’s doing when he’s doing it. We had light conversation throughout my whole procedure and he was very cognitive on whether or not I was feeling any pain or any discomfort. He numbed me very very well so I didn’t feel anything and took his time with the procedure. I appreciate his attention to detail and how open and communicative he was. I have two more sessions with him and I’m going to do a deep chemical peel and then I feel like I’ll be truly at where I want to be as far as my skin texture. I suffered from cystic acne and regular acne for years and had horrible texture and scars. You are extremely swollen and puffy for the first 48 hours. But I used ice packs constantly and I take Arnica supplements to help with the swelling. I would say by day five almost all the swelling was gone but I had a blackeye. It took nine days for the black guy to be completely gone but I was able to cover it up with make up. Overall an amazing experience I have another treatment scheduled in three weeks and I’ll post updates!

DRAMATIC RESULTS! Dr. Rullan and his team produce dramatic results. I got very sick about 7 years ago with an infection and it damaged my skin in every way you can imagine from pores, to acne scars, pock marks, elasticity, you name it. Dr . Rullan is Awesome !!! He listens to you , He makes you feel at ease and answers all your questions to the fullest . He is truly an artist and I have never bruised or had any down time with Botox or fillers ... I would recommend Dr. Rullan to anyone

Dr. Rullan has been my dermatologist for years. He is an excellent and a talented practitioner. There's no question about that. What puts Dr. Rullan above the rest is his excellent people skills. He is patient, kind and LISTENS TO HIS PATIENTS! Practicing medicine is only one-half of the equation. The other half is good "bedside manners" - the latter of which is of equal importance to the patient.

He spent a great deal of time with me during our initial consultation and I was impressed with the way in which he listened carefully and suggested various treatments and procedures to provide the results that I was looking for. Not only is he experienced and highly trained, he is friendly and easy to talk to. I look even better now than what I had expected and I will definitely return to Dr. Rulan in the future. His office staff, nurses and health assistants are also very helpful and friendly and were happy to answer any questions I had.
