Had a thread lift to improve my Turkey neck and jowls and am so happy with my results. Jennifer is a true artist and wonderful P.A. with an upbeat bedside manner. I have seen her regularly for my Botox, but her skills really shine when she approaches a makeover of this level. She explained the process thoroughly before I committed, and as we took each step during the procedure. Other than the numbing shots (which were no worse than Botox) I didn’t feel a thing. I did have some swelling pain about 12 hours after the procedure, which vanished with a dose of Tylenol. My aftercare by the team has been stellar and I can’t believe my neck…it looks 28 again. The team at Nowak Aesthetics always makes you feel beautiful when you walk in the door and their expertise and personalized attention leaves you walking out the door with your self-esteem soaring even higher. It takes about 3 days recovery time and I had 2 short aftercare appointments where the team lasered my bruises-they were gone the next day. Find a provider you trust and ask lots of questions. I had an amazing day at Dr. Nowak’s office! I traveled over 500 miles to see Jenny for Ultherapy & 5-Point Profile. From the online consultation to aftercare follow-up, Jenny listened to my concerns and made me feel important. She is extremely knowledgeable and attentive, and I felt that I was truly being treated as an individual - not just a generic consumer of ‘units’. Jenny has genuine enthusiasm for what she does. She is extremely skilled and professional, but also made the day a lot of fun with her wit and humor. I also have to mention Jenny’s MA, Cristina. Cristina was one of the best caregivers I have ever come across! She was prepared, observant, and attentive to patient care. She made sure I had whatever I needed to be comfortable, and at times when the procedure may have been uncomfortable, she was there with a reassuring hand on my shoulder - a subtly that made a difference. The entire experience was A+! Dr. Nowak’s office is run efficiently by professionals with focus on patient care, comfort and satisfaction.

I am beyond happy with my results. I purchased the Emsculpt Neo package during their open house in the spring and I have absolutely zero regrets. I had been battling with diastasis recti which is abdominal separation due to pregnancy. I was told by my OB that the only way to fix it was with surgery that would leave a huge scar across my lower belly, similar to a tummy tuck but without the tuck. So you can imagine my OB’s surprise when I went from a 3 finger gap to 1 in just 6 weeks. I have been working hard to lose my baby weight and watching that bulge in my belly go down definitely helped keep me motivated. I have officially been cleared to do sit-ups and most ab exercises by my OB. I don’t think I would have gotten this far without the help out Diana and Dr. Nowak’s amazing team.

I have had the most amazing experience with Dr. Nowak and his amazing staff. I am 51 years old and never had any type of cosmetic procedure done. After researching I decided to have the Thermal lipo procedure. Since day one with the consultation Dr. Nowak explained step by step on how the procedure works and what to expect. I decided to go with the procedure and there is no regret. During the procedure Dr. Nowak and his staff made me feel comfortable and they are very caring. When I got home after the procedure Dr. Nowak and his staff called me to ensure I was doing ok. I highly recommend Dr. Nowak for any cosmetic procedures. Very caring and friendly staff. I have been receiving Botox for about ten years, and I started getting fillers over the past four. I have lived in several other cities, including the DC area, Chicago, and even Tokyo, and I have had treatments from a variety of clinicians with different techniques. The experiences and outcomes have varied. I've even done Botox in Bangkok. I can tell you that if you come to Nowak, you will not regret it. Time and again, I am completely satisfied and amazed with the level of professionalism and skill demonstrated by Jennifer Adams, PA-C, with Dr. Nowak's staff. I won't let anyone else touch me! As a provider myself, I'm probably one of the pickiest of clients. Not only is Jennifer able to handle me and my diva requests, but she does it with such poise, kindness, and with a terrific sense of humor that makes me feel appreciated, heard, and relaxed. I have never felt worried in her hands, and I can always expect that she will treat me as she would a family member. She checks her work carefully and has a very precise touch. Over the last three years that I've gone to Jenny, there's been little to no bruising or downtime for my fillers. Not all at once, but over the last three years she has applied different types fillers to my face, including my lips, my temples and most recently a little bit of jawline support. Every time it's about as flawless as it could be, barring a little bit of downtime for swelling to diminish. Although recently, the office has undergone many changes due to Covid, Jenny and the team have worked very hard to try to correct any minor logistical problems I've encountered as a result of the changes in their policies. Jenny really is a gem. She's well-rounded, knowledgeable in many areas, and one of the most adept clinicians I've encountered in the aesthetics field. I'm really going to miss her as I'm moving out of the country, and I like the practice so much that when I return to San Diego for a visit, I won't stop being a client! Finally, as an aside, I am sure Dr. Nowak is wonderful as well, but I never experienced his care, and now that I've gone to Jenny, I really can't see myself going anywhere else - she's that good. I had Ultherapy (full face and neck) along with the Collegenius treatment which is hyper-diluted Radiesse filler in the neck. I had been concerned about neck sagging and these treatments made a significant improvement. About two months after, I also had the 5 point profile filler treatment. I had never had filler and I wanted to look natural and not overdone. I was nervous and Jennifer Adams created a plan with me based on my concerns, made sure I was comfortable, and answered all my questions. I bruise and swell easily, but knew this ahead of time and expected and planned for it, allowing myself downtime after the filler. (My understanding is that many people don't bruise and have only mild swelling, except with lips which almost always swell alot.) I was offered an optional complimentary quick laser treatment for my bruising which was great because helped them resolve much sooner. I could not be more pleased with the results and feel it was money well spent. I have received multiple compliments from people (not knowing I have had filler, or Ultherapy) about how good my skin looks or how great I look.

After much research and reviewing online reviews of treatment options in my area, I went to Nowak Aesthetics for Thermalipo as well as Emsculpt Neo. My procedure was incredibly easy and recovery was a breeze. Staff is phenomenal and patient with all my questions along the way. Now at 6 weeks since the procedure, I am THRILLED with my results and highly recommend as a safe and extremely effective option to address stubborn abdominal fat and excess skin issues.
