Amazing Experience
I had an amazing day at Dr. Nowak’s office! I traveled over 500 miles to see Jenny for Ultherapy & 5-Point Profile.
From the online consultation to aftercare follow-up, Jenny listened to my concerns and made me feel important. She is extremely knowledgeable and attentive, and I felt that I was truly being treated as an individual - not just a generic consumer of ‘units’.
Jenny has genuine enthusiasm for what she does. She is extremely skilled and professional, but also made the day a lot of fun with her wit and humor.
I also have to mention Jenny’s MA, Cristina. Cristina was one of the best caregivers I have ever come across! She was prepared, observant, and attentive to patient care. She made sure I had whatever I needed to be comfortable, and at times when the procedure may have been uncomfortable, she was there with a reassuring hand on my shoulder - a subtly that made a difference.
The entire experience was A+! Dr. Nowak’s office is run efficiently by professionals with focus on patient care, comfort and satisfaction.
