Just underwent surgery with Dr. Watson last week and have nothing but the best things to say about him and his team! He made the entire process from start to finish so easy and stress-free! I always knew I was in the best hands. I got a Septoplasty, turbinate reduction, and rhinoplasty. I've never been able to breathe well out of my nose, so Dr. Watson walked me through every single option for me. Surgery ended up being the best option and I am so grateful I went through with it. I added on cosmetic rhinoplasty and Dr. Watson did a fantastic job with both the cosmetic portion and the structural portion and is extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the nose. With how quickly I'm recovering, I can tell how meticulous, gentle and detail-oriented he was with my nose in the surgery. After just one week, all of my bruising and swelling is gone. I got my cast and splints off and out of my nose 5 days post-op and was immediately able to breathe. INSANE!! And already LOVING the shape. Dr. Watson knew exactly what I wanted without me even having to over-explain. Highly recommend going with him for surgery or any other services you are looking for. He spends the time with each of his patients, makes them feel so comfortable and is truly the best of the best in the ENT and plastic surgery world! Fantastic doctor and fantastic human being! I found Dr. Watson from searching through the San Diego plastic surgeons and was impressed by his credentials (Harvard, hello!!) and that he is a rhinoplasty specialist. I just didn't want to go to someone who does a little of everything. I went to the appointment hoping that I'd be a candidate for a non-surgical rhinoplasty because I'm way too busy with school and work to undergo the recovery time. Also, the cost of surgery is so much more and I was really hoping to make my nose prettier this summer. What I loved the most was that he took his time. He looked at the outside (and inside) of my nose and weighed the pros and cons of surgery and filler for my nose. I liked that he didn't just go ahead and put filler in right off the bat even though it's what I asked for. He helped educate me about the benefits of each one and agreed with me that with my goals filler would be the way to go (at least until I can afford to come back for a formal rhinoplasty). My main concerns were the hump on my nose (from my Dad's side) and also an indentation on the left side when you look at it straight on. It made it look crooked. I have to say the procedure was muuuuch easier than I thought...that numbing creme seriously works. It's not totally painless but I'd say 1-2/10, max 3/10 sometimes. It's nothing compared to what I thought it would be. He's definitely a perfectionist. He would stop and step back, walk around me, then focus on an area and step back. It was kind of fun..he was very artistic in his approach and I loved that. He let me see the progress as we went along and then of course at the end. My profile is amazing!!! The hump is totally gone, not visible at all, and I have the perfect tiny amount of slope. He filled in the crooked part from the front so finally my nose look straight! I've always avoided side profile photos and even ones straight on because of these problems. I'd always have to photograph at an angle on my right side. It's totally better. I'm BEYOND impressed what he did without surgery. I just wish this would last forever! I'll be coming back for tiny touch ups every year to maintain this awesome result and I hope I'll never even need surgery! SOOOO happy that I did it!!

Doctor takes his time, listens, and figures out the best treatment for you . He also does not try to sell you anything that you do not need , 100% honest . I am definitely a returning patient . You will love your Natural looking results .

I saw Dr. Watson a couple of months ago because I had a growing keloid on the side of my head that's been bugging me for years and was really making me feel selfconscious. Dr. Watson explained me all my different options and the pros and cons of each one. He didn't try to push me to have surgery. we decided on a conservative approach with injections first since this would save me money and there would be no downtime. I can tell you that in just three months my keloid has gone from very raised and noticeable to almost completely flat. It's much less noticeable and it doesn't itch or bother me. he called me to check on me a couple of weeks ago and I told him that I might set up for one more injection in a few months but that for now my problem is already solved. And no surgery was required!

I came to Dr. Watson for earlobe surgery because I had gauges put in when I was younger. Now that I'm moving forward in my career and planning to join the armed forces it was time to take out the gauges. The problem was that my earlobe was so stretched out from having them in for years that they looked worse with the gauges out than with them in! I saw Dr. Watson in consultation he told me it would be about an hour long surgery under local anesthesia. I liked that it sounded simple and was under local but still I was pretty nervous about anyone doing any surgery on me awake. It turns out I didn't feel a thing. Literally nothing! They put on nice music to help me relax, injected me with the local anesthetic very slowly and then by the time he'd started I didn't even realize it. He showed me the part of the lobe that was taken out and somehow got it to curve again so it looked just like it had before I ever had my gauges put in. I wish I'd done this years ago...just had been putting it off because who wants surgery but I'm so happy I did it!! No one can even tell I had surgery! No one ever asks about my ears and even in pictures you can't tell I ever had gauges or had my ears fixed. I look good now and I feel good because I know that people aren't distracted while they're talking to me and I feel so much more confident looking like my old self! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Watson. He's a perfectionist and takes his time...which is exactly what I wanted!!!

Today I had my first of three treatments of PRP and micro-needling with Dr. Watson. Dr. Watson was amazing! Dr. Watson has such an amazing technique with his injections. He is a true professional and I cannot say enough about the overall patient care that he offers to his patients. During the PRP procedure, he took his time with each injection. He formulates a treatment plan that coincides with the dynamics of the individual patient. Prior to the procedure, Dr. Watson educated me on the procedure and answered all of my questions that I had prior to starting the procedure. Thanks Dr. Watson for such an amazing experience!!

I went in today for a consultation with Dr. Watson and let me tell you, Dr. Watson and his team are amazing! I was taken back on time, given full details about the surgery and had 3D photos taken as well so I could see what my before/after photos would look like.
